I bought a One Gen 2 and integrated it to my home automation system (OpenHAB), but I can’t find a way to enable the microphone (without having to connect Alexa or google) so I can use OpenHAB’s integrated voice system.
Is there any way to do it?

Nope, the Mic is only enabled by setting up either Google Assistant or Alexa.
