Sonos connect gen2 breaks system

Searched but could not find this error here. I have 2 play3 speakers and just bought a connect gen 2. I had some problems uppdating and installing it but this is now fixed. The connect is now visible as a system component in the app. However, when hooking it up, the system falls silent after a few seconds. Shutting the connect down makes the system work again. I have no idea what to do besides unplugging /rebooting etc.

Hi. Which, if any, of your components are connected by Ethernet cable?

Are you still having this problem? If so, I recommend you submit a diagnostic report after the Connect has been online for 15 minutes or so and then get in touch with our technical support team, who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system.
