My sonos roam has been plugged in and connected for two days. It’s been working great! Suddenly on day three it won’t turn on and a steady orange light is showing. Help!

What is the power output of the charger you are using?


Thanks Ken_Griffiths for reaching out. Since posting the problem, I read about chargers. I’ve since plugged the Roam into the back of my Mac. It took a few minutes, but then the orange light disappeared and the white light returned and everything seems fine. I was using an Anker wall adapter, but I don’t think it’s 10W. I hope that was the problem and the Roam will be back to “great” again.
