I want to use an ARC as front with the TV, hooked up with ARC hdmi cable.

Use AMP unit designated as rear amp to drive ceiling mount surround speakers.

In this set up can the AMP sub output drive a slave amp and a in-wall sub?

Will it be putting out the proper bass information?

Will I be able to control the level?

No unfortunately it will not work, as the sub-output LFE port is disabled on the Sonos Amp when it’s being used for the rear surrounds in a Sonos HT setup.
