Why doesn't it show up?What can i do to solve it?

Hello all,  I have my Arc paired with two subs and two Fives for surrounds. Earlier all the sudden, the Fives and Subs disspared from the System > Products menu, usually it says TV (+Subs x 2, LS+RS).  I tried disccconet all of the speakers for 30 sec and also reseting my router. Strange thing is I still see the products on “About My System”, just not in products. And they still all works, but now I do not have true tone anymore and I can not adjust the EQ settings of my subs and Fives anymore. I have not tried factory ressting my speakers.  Below is my network matrix and Info, any help is welcomed.  Thanks!  

I have a McIntosh-based stereo system and want to add an outdoor Sonos-based system. I’d like to have the outdoor system be able to play what my McIntosh stereo system is playing; my stereo system uses a variety of sources, including a turntable and a streamer running to the preamp. Reading through this forum I can see that a number of people are having trouble trying to add the Roam to the existing wifi network. I couldn’t find a clear answer to the problem though. The rest of my Sonos products have been working just fine for over 6 months on the same wifi network, so why does the app tell me there is a problem with my router and cannot connect the roam??Normally Sonos set-up is wonderfully east so this is really doing my head in.  

Just setup my Sonos Roam, and set it up with my Google Home Account. I can ask my Sonos Roam "hey Google what is the time?" And it will tell me correct time just like my Google home. But if I say "hey Google play some music" it says sure playing music on YouTube music (the default setup music app) but then says, sorry I can't play music at this time. Thought it might be Google Account but all Google minis and home work just fine. I tell them "hey Google play music" and they all do. Am I doing something wrong or miss something on the serup?

I have a Sonos Connect, Play3, Move and two Play 1’sAll works perfectly well until we have the occasional Power Cut. Once this happens all the products power up and reconnect to WiFi Network except for the older Play1’sWhen happened previously Sonos support have assisted but never solved. I’ve sent diagnostic reports in and they can find nothing wrong with Network setup Tried all the usual Add Product and Find Missing Product methods With the other Sonos products all reconnecting fine I assume my Network setup is fine and it’s an issue with Play1’sIs this a common problem ? Assumption is Sonos will do little to fix as clearly want people to upgrade even though a loyal and long term user 

It’s been a month since I installed my SONOS port, installation was fairly easy. My problem is with your app/software updates. After updating my IOS app, I was unable to connect to my port. It had been disconnected and had to reinstall it.If I have to go through this every time there’s an update, I might as well return it to the store.P.S. Instead of sending email advertisement, perhaps a notice that a software update is available would more appreciated.  

This is my first SONOS product. While I can connect SONOS One SL thru SONOS app, it is not visible in Ariplay and Spotify Devices list most of the times. Only occasionally SONOS ONE SL is visible. I have tried in iPhone 6s and iPad 8 gen. All iOS products are on latest version.I have tried power on/off, wifi switch off/on but did not solve.I called SONOS customer support and they asked for diagnostics data which I sent thru SONOS app but yet to hear back from them.Did any of you face same issue?

Problems configuring Roam (using Google WiFi) - I do as I’m told, but receive the message Sonos not found. Tried resetting to factory default - same result.

I have the Fire HD 7 4th generation using OS 5.6.8.0..Sonos S2 App is not supported. What can I do if anything?

I'm having a wired SonosNET setup. (playbar is wired). The sub, 4 ONE's and the PORT are not wired, but will strengthen the SonosNET mesh setup (i was told)As I still encounter an occasional drop out (Wifi is on channel 1, SonosNET is on channel 11), I'm wondering if it would help to also wire the PORT….or to purchase an additional BOOST.In case a BOOST is suggested, should I then wire this one? Or will it also strengthen the SonosNET being wireless?Thanks upfront for your suggestions.

I was given instructions yesterday on how to do a wireless setup since my bridge stopped working.  I followed the prompts on the app but when I entered the password for Netgear 53 it said it was not correct.  I know this is the correct password so I tried again.  The 3rd time I decided to change my Netgear password but it is still saying incorrect password.  Do I need to call Sonos?  I did yesterday and the rep was not knowledgeable at all.  Is there a trick to getting through to someone who can really help me?  They had great customer service when they were a new company.  Thank you.

My system is setup on a 2021 LG 77CX - using hdmi e-arc input & hard wired to Wi-Fi. The system was set up with true play and seem to have worked as designed. when watching movies thru Netflix/prime tv including Dolby digital rarely if ever do I hear sound effects from the two rear speakers. any suggestions?

Why is it such a d***dance to connect to everything.  I am $5K in to this product and love it after it takes an month to set it up.   The Roam and trying to connect to bluetooth has ruined one raod trip hotel party and 2 golf games.  Stop trying to be cute and innovate and just do what every other speaker does on the market and connect to bluetooth with a simple button.  Seriously, its f*****g annoying how much work it takes to get your product to work.  I have bought everything in the line up and love the sound quality when it works but it is serioulsy a 12/10 on the D**dance scale to connect to it at any given time Less getting cute on trying to get us to pay for radio stations and put all of the focus on R&D doing the simple things to make your premium priced speakers work without the hassle that you haven’t worked through If you have 5 pages of FAQ’s on how to solve problems then clearly you haven’t got there yourselfBe better please, I’m a huge fan and invested heavily Moderat

Hi, I have a consistent issue when steaming music from Spotify to my Sonos play1 speakers. I set music to play and after a little while Spotify disconnects from the speaker so I can no longer pause the music or skip songs. The music continues play but I just can’t control it as Spotify reverts to listening on ‘This phone’. I can usually reselect the speaker as the device and it will pick up the song that is playing and allow me to control it again.   This is very frustrating, has anyone experienced the same issue and able to suggest a suitable resolution? 

Due to limited space on laptop, my music library is on a desktop that is always on (but not always plugged into a monitor).  I have a SONOS One (original no Alexa)I’m finding that playing songs from my library is really hit and miss.   Some days it will play ok, then others it says it can’t find my music library.  Even if I plug my DT into a monitor, it says it can’t find the music library and refuses to play.  If I decide to play from Amazon music, it plays OK.I’ve even tried to play from OneDrive, but SONOS doesn’t really like it.I’ve just done an update and it’s now decided it doesn’t want to play again and I’m getting really frustrated with this system that I’m thinking of getting rid and getting a speaker so I can play directly from iTunes.Does anybody have any ideas what I can do, before this speaker gets thrown out of the window! TIA

I noticed that my 2 plat ones in the bedroom were flashing last night at about 3.30am (mosquito kept  me up). This morning my surround setup of beam + 2 one SLs isn’t working. The beam is connected to the TV via HDMI and is OK, but the surrounds cannot even be seen by the app (Android & up to date). I have rebooted and reset everything - the app finds the surrounds with support>find missing products and adds them as a stereo pair, but when I try and add them as surround I get an error.What can I do? Everything was fine yesterday - there were no power outages and my network & WiFi all work fine with various devices.

Dear Community I own a 5.1 Sonos System including the new Sonos Arc. I got my Arc some months ago, and firstly it worked absolutely flawless. But lately I'm having some troubles with my System. My Sonos App keeps telling me that it’s unable to connect to my setup. Now if I disconnect the Sub and the two Surrounds and set up a new System with just the Arc and the Sub it works completely fine. But if i add the two surrounds to the setup again it works for some hours but then the same problem pops up again. I tried restarting every Products, restarted the router and set the arc back to factory settings, but nothing helps.Maybe someone has had the same issue, everything helps :D

Hi,I am trying to figure out how I can use sonos (and also which sonos devices) using it both as audio output for my beamer and to listen to music from a DVD/CD player and stream from a smartphone.I will basically have a TV and a Beamer as outputs:TV : Video & Audio output (HDMI) - using the TV speaker as audio output Beamer: Video output (HDMI) - the Audio which goes to the beamer should always go to the Sonos SetupI want to do the following setup using an HMDI Matrix 4x2:Inputs: Apple TV DVD/CD Player TV Box Computer or Gaming setupOutputs:TV (Video & Audio) Beamer (Video) - Audio to Sonos Setup (coaxial or optical)The idea was to get the sounds from a pair of Sonos One (or One SL?). Hello.  We are buying a new house that has 3 sets of speakers each connected to Sonos amps.  Each set of speakers is in a different area of the house.  We would like to buy a Sonos arc and connect it to the TV in the living room.  Is it possible to wirelessly connect the sound coming from the TV into the Sonos arc to the amps so the TV sound is broadcast to the speakers in the other rooms of the house.  I think the answer is yes, but wanted to make sure before we make the decision to order the Arc.   Thank you!

As the topic title suggests, can I authorise multiple SSID for the Move and Roam? I live on a large property that has one network, but with my main router in a large shed with one SSID, an access point in the detached house with another SSID and two direction access points outside, each with their own SSIDs. Often when I am working in the grounds, I use the Move and Roam and the coverage changes depending on where I am. At the moment the house SSID is registered in the Sonos app, but it would be good if the Move and Roam could switch to other SSIDs as strength dictates. Please don’t suggest that I make all the SSIDs the same, as this does not help me to manually shift connections when devices (often) don’t let go of a weaker signal in favour of a better one.

I have Sonos in several rooms but have only used it to watch TV or listen to Apple Music. I recently added two Moves for my backyard and love them. I now want to add a projector and 120” screen and would really like to play the audio through the Move speakers. Is there a way to get audio from the projector to the Moves, either through the app or Bluetooth? The source for the projector will likely be a Tivo Mini, Xbox, or Roku connected by HDMI. The only thing I could come up with was to connect my Arc in the family room to the projector to get audio on Sonos and then group the Moves with the Arc. I could then turn the volume all the way down on Arc and up on the Moves. That feels way too convoluted and I’m hoping someone here can steer me to something simpler.
