Unfortunately Sonos does not do in- house repairs nor are there 3rd party authorized service/repair centers. You might call Sonos to see if they will offer a slightly discounted replacement product. Good Luck!

Sonos doesn’t sell replacement parts of the body of their speakers.
You might try searching on eBay for a seller who is selling your particular Sonos speaker model “for parts only”.
