Rummene falder ud, sporadisk, og når jeg så ikke kan holde ud at være her mere, så stopper jeg "controleren", men de bliver bare ved med at hoppe rundt i rummene, og stopper ikke med at spille..... Jeg må rende rundt og trække stikkene ud på højtalerne.. Det er til at blive sindssyg af.. Jeg har Sonos i hele huset, alle rum, det er 7 sæt plus tv-soundbar, 1'ere og sub i stuen…!Der er ikke netværksproblemer i huset, og ingen højtalere står op af en router eller noget. Kan man få en fysisk person ud og kigge på hvad der er galt ? Også uden at det skal koste en formue for et helt nyt system ? Jeg kan kun køre med S1 controlleren, da ikke alle højtalere (80%) i huset er kompatible med den nye..

...I just want to see if there are any upcoming updates that will solve the compatibility problems between the Apple TV 4K and the Arc.My LG TV has eArc and it’s set to passthrough, and the program material on the Apple TV is Atmos, but the Atmos doesn’t go through to the Arc.  (Neither does 5.1 unless I do some finessing in the Apple TV, which shouldn’t be necessary considering the cost of the Arc.)I have the option of watching the programs through the LG TV onboard apps, and those pass Atmos through to the Arc just fine, but the video quality on those onboard apps is g.a.r.b.a.g.e.Is this ever going to be solved?

Occasionally, when I turn on my LG smart tv, no sound comes out of my Sonos Arc. If I turn the TV off and back on, the sound plays. It doesn't happen every time, just enough times to make it annoying. Any ideas on a fix for this? Tnx 

Hello, I have a strange situation : on my iPad, if I play youtube or youtube music, if I use airplay, I can see my Sonos and stream to it. on my iPad, or Android phone, if I clic on “cast” icon, I see no device connected.That is not cool, as if I use airplay and close youtube app, the sound stop. And Also I can not use my android phone.With Sonos APP it works well, but in sonos app I can not add music to my library and playlist. How can I manage this to work ?Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi there,i just purchased a Sonos Arc to replace my Beam to level up my sound setup.I have a Philips 50PUS7303/12 TV, the Arc is connected to the HDMI Arc port, and tv sound set to Dolby HD.With smart TV apps, the sound is just synced perfectly, but when I use the PS5 (configured to output Dolby), there is a enoughly large delay to be noticed (more than an half second of delay). When I change from Dolby to PCM, sync is better but the sound seems muffled.I’m a bit lost here and disappointed by the situation.Any idea on how I can solve this ?Thanks !

I am planning to get a Roam and leave it constantly plugged in to use it primarily as a wifi speaker, with the option of taking it out and about when needed. My question is, will leaving it constantly plugged in degrade the battery life? The FAQ for the Move explicitly states that leaving it on the charging base will not degrade battery life. However, the equivalent FAQ for the Roam is notably missing this reference. Thanks for your help!

Hi all , had a weird repetitive chime sound coming out of my beam . Happened for 2 days . Forums intimidated an alarm but checked the app and dates no alarm set. When playing music the chime seemed to dominate and could just about here music played through it . Turned off and left off for ages - nothing - them all of a sudden all ok today . Any ideas what is was as I fear it may return ? Thanks 

Hey there, Just moved into a new place and am trying to add my living room setup of a playbase plus paired one surrounds to HomeKit.  However the Home app is not recognizing any of the speakers.  I tried factory resetting all three and was eventually able to see two speakers (not sure which ones) in the Home app, but still wasn’t able to add them (failed) and now they will not appear again.  Also have power cycled my phone, Apple TV hub and router. I’ve successfully added a set of stereo ones and a standalone one to HomeKit so no issue with the rest of the setup.  Would appreciate any help.

I recently separated from my spouse. We had a Playbar, a Sonos One and a Sonos Five. I’ve taken the Five to a new apartment and want to connect it to a wifi signal mediated by a Netgear Wifi Extender. If possible, I’d like to keep my old account including my various subscriptions, preferences etc. I’m on good terms with my spouse, so I can ask her to create a new Sonos account to connect to the Sonos One and Playbar. How do I do all this? I’ve tried following the instructions to fix my Sonos system on the iPhone app several times, without any success. Any advice would be appreciated!

Just set up the Roam.  Sounds great but a few minutes after I turn it off it comes back on.  Has done this several times.  Any ideas?

Hola,Soy propietario de 3 dispositivos Amazon Echo y 2 altavoces Sonos One (Gen 2). He intentado crear una multiestancia para que suene en los 5 altavoces la misma música de Spotify, pero no logro. Leyendo foros, veo que no es posible ya que las tecnologías son imcompatibles.Encuentro poco serio que Sonos indique que es compatible con Alexa sin especificar que es “parcialmente” compatible. Hay alguna solución o tiempo en el routemap de desarrollo para que incluyan esta compatibilidad? Okay, so I hade a quite confusing question. I’m interested in getting a surroundsound system. I was thinking about getting a playbar. I have a pair of active speakers i would like to use as surround, is that possible with a connect? And if so, is it also possible to connect a sub to these speakers? Cause they have a sub output and I cant afford the Sonos Sub. Would appreciate some help!//Filip

Despite several old threads dealing with the lack of bookmarks, there's no coherent explanation why this is not possible or implemented. Who would be responsible for this feature - Sonos, Audible or both?And, does Audiobooks offer a bookmark feature?There's an ancient Linux program on github which claims to be able to provide sonos bookmarking, but I doubt it actually works by reading the issues reported. 

Hi GuysFirst Post.Tearing the remains of my hair out.I have an LG G1 Evo connected to my Sonos Arc.  All sound outputs are good (ish).  I have connected a Panasonic DP-UB820 Ultra Blu-Ray player to the TV via HDMI.  All cables are connected properly and up to spec.  No matter what I try, I can only see Stereo PCM on the Sonos App when using the player.Any suggestions welcome.Thanks for reading.

I have a stereo pair of Fives that has a line in from a Denon turntable. The Denon has a built in pre amp and this all works fine. However it seems the overall volume isn’t as loud as I feel it should me. It’s perfectly listenable but less than the CD player also attached. my question is if I were to bypass the turntables built in preamp and instead add an external preamp might my overall volume increase?

hello Everyone, Need some advice/guidance. Looking to create a whole home music system. Looking to get one Sonos 5 (for my family room area) and a Sonos 5 (for my Living room area) - both in the lower level of the house. And a few Sonos Ones for the upper level rooms of my house.  Also looking to add some rich bass to the set up and therefore looking to get a Sonos sub. Will one sub do the trick and have enough bass for the entire lower level if I kept it in one room in the lower level. Or does each room require a different sub. Also, any suggestions on placement of the sub. The lower levels rooms are all connected through large open doorways. Thanks you all in advance. Sandeep

Hi there, during the day I get multiple drop outs where the audio stops, or I am unable to browse music. I typically use “Music Library\Browse Folders” that points to a Buffalo Linkstation. When it happens, I can open the network share from a Windows10 pc and can see the file exists. I have read a few other articles that suggest encoding, but these are one off tracks within an album, that do play if I press Play (possibly 2nd or 3rd attempt). Any ideas?Diagnostic reference 81528097

Hey,I was just wondering if there’s any future release planned containing profiles for audio settings to be shown on the main player screen on the app for easy switching?? EQ/sub/trueplay settings??I like to turn the sub off at night, flatten out the EQ and engage trueplay to make it more subtle for nighttime listening, but it’s a ball ache going into the settings and changing them all manually, wondering if there is scope for these to be saved in audio profiles to be easily selectable from the player UI. RegardsSteve. 

Hi, I have a number of Sonos products at various rental properties. At one property the Gen 1 Play 5 seems to have been hacked and the email changed to someone who stayed there. How on earth do I reset it without the password for this account?

Hi SonosLast night at around 01:06 AM, we had one of our Sonos player turning on. Saw a few other conversations on here and hope Sonos Support can help. Created diagnostics: 1272713662The Player was the Play:1 called Kitchen. I don’t use alarms, but I do have openhab and Google Home that could potentially interfere. But I checked the openhab logs and nothing happened before the music started. I used a Google Home yesterday at 7:16 PM and gave a command to start a playlist in the kitchen which didn’t work (I got the confirmation from Google Assistant “OK, playing .. in the kitchen”, but no music started which happens often). Is it possible that the command did work, a few hours too late?Thanks for any help
