I am considering buying a Bluetooth turntable in order to revisit some dusty old vinyl. I am particularly interested in the Project T1 BT.I do not want to connect any additional cabling into the turntable.I only currently have Wi-Fi SONOS speakers in my system and was hoping that I could buy either a MOVE or ROAM bluetooth speaker to connect to the turntable and additionally use as a ‘bridge’ to enable playing of the vinyl on my other wi-fi only SONOS speakers. Can anyone confirm if this is possible to mix output via both bluetooth and non bluetooth SONOS speakers?Thanks  

Im using macbook and connected to Sonos One SL.I spotted if I pause playing and after a while wanna re-play again, although the connection was still there, but theres no sound output at all.So I would need to reconnect Sonos again. Is there anything I can do, to keep the Sonos One SL alive at all time, without manually re-connecting it every so often?

Hi everyone, I was hoping to see if anyone had run into the same issue as me on my Roam, and if so if they were able to resolve the issue.The first time I start a playing session with Spotify Connect, the song I choose to play starts playing about half-way through. However, the progress bar in the Spotify app starts from the start of the song - so there is a disconnect between the actual audio of the song and what is shown in the app.If I manually drag the progress back to the start, the audio and the progress bar sync perfectly to the start of the song.A couple of other observations:This only happens with the first song played after connecting to the Roam with Spotify Connect within the Spotify app This only happens with Spotify connect. The Sonos app, Airplay etc all work as expected. About 1/10 times the Spotify Connect doesn’t even connect and I have to restart the app a few times to get it working. HiI can search and find an album stored on my NAS library however when i click on it it get the error as in the attached image this occurs for a number of albums in my library, however the majority play just fine. Please could you advise

Hi Sonos, I have been using sonos for over a year now for this system, it run perfectly fine but until recently:I have few system:1. arc + one sl x2 + sub2. playbar + amP + sonance3. amp + sonance4. Few Sonos oneThe playbar is always missing from the app. I have perform device and router power off for a few times to add it back. But It doesn’t fix the problem permanently as it will keep missing again. For info, my network was setup in WiFi mesh, it’s running fine and no settings has been changed. diagnostic number 239312862Regards,keith. 

I can use a rooftop amplifier plus an ARC and a sub. The whole system is brand (sonos) and I want to connect it to the TV to watch movies and listen to music. Could I?

I'm having problems with my sonos system. the hsr previously worked but has at times skipped songs or been at times it does not find some speakers, or suddenly stops playing. Now it does not work to play any samger from spotifye. the apartment is 120m2 and I live in an apartment from 1896 with a lot of thick walls. yes wifi is not super good because of this. I have moved the internet outlet to the middle of the apartment, bought a killer router and ordered high speed, without it seeming to solve the problem (have also factory reset all speakers and added them again) struggled a bit to add the speakers as I often got error 800 but it is now fixed. Have ordered a Sonos boost, do you think this solves the problem or is it something else?

Hi I would like to buy some new speakers but have a set of decks and a huge Rotel stereo thats old but barley used so want to retain the separates. What Sonos speakers will work with my set up and be able to withstand the 200wpc please?

So everyone know my system:2 - One SL1 - Sub1 - Arc barTwo weeks ago my landlord changed the wifi access in the house. Due to traveling I have not been able to change my Sonos system over until two days ago. When using the app, I was unable to get the system to switch wifi connections. So at that point I removed it all and tried to start over. Well that did not work. I can put one of the four items on my network, but then none of the other three will connect. I keep getting the same error each time:“Your Sub has been added, but may not appear in the System tab. If so, unplug the powercord and plug it back in to finish the setup from the System tab.”.But when I go back to the system tab, nothing is there but the one speaker I have connected. I have also tried to factory reset the speakers, with no success. Can anyone help?

I clicked upgrade on one of my Sonos 1 by a mistake. I dont want to Trade it. Is it possible to undo this by not using The discount ticket?Can I still use The speaker or Will it disconnect or something? 

I have a Play 3 that I really like.  Is there something similar that can remain outdoors?  I would like music around my pool and have electrical outlets available.  My preference would be to use wifi or bluetooth with speakers that I plug into power.Does this exist?Thanks

Hi there,I just upgraded to a brand new Samsung TV, and joined the Sonos world for the first time with an Arc sound bar, plus a sub. We’re really impressed with the sound, having upgraded from a 10yr old Sony. We also bought a couple of Move speakers to stream music to, one to use upstairs and one for downstairs. The downside is that our now much more finely attuned ears (!) notice how crummy our bedroom TV sounds. I’ve checked, and did a bit of searching on the web, and the bedroom TV won’t seem to connect to the upstairs Move speaker, and am thinking a Beam sound bar might be a better investment anyway. The TV is a few years old and just wanted to sense check with the community that the TV should connect and play sound through a Beam rather than the TV speakers OK. There doesn’t seem to be a sound bar option in the TV settings menu. I found the requirements for a Beam at: https://support.sonos.com/s/article/1920?language=en_US and have checked, and my TV does have an HDMI ARC socket,

I picked up this play base from a friend who said it just stopped working, gave me it FOC, (he has far too much £££) I plugged it in & there’s no lights on the front but there’s an awful high pitched sound coming from within, doesn’t sound like it’s coming from the speakers. When plugged in for a 10mins the top surface is getting warm which I’d expect but nothing else. I’m sure it’s out of warranty & I’m not sure who to turn to. Any advice would be appreciated.

I don’t seem to be able to play any Podcasts. If I use iHeart Radio or Tune-in, if I select a podcast, the mobile app (iPhone 13.0.2, Sonos build 62187200) I get a message that says, ‘Unable to play <podcast>. Unable to connect to <service>.’ The weird thing is that I can stream radio stations and other content just fine, it fails only on podcasts. Any help would be appreciated.   

I have a Sonos one Gen 2. It is working fine as long as my Macbook and the Sonos are on the same Wifi network. As soon as I switch my Macbook to a different Wi-Fi network, The Sonos is not visible to the Mac. Is that a design limitation or is there a solution?

I currently have a pair of Fives set up as stereo for music only listening. I’m using a turntable and CD deck as sources. Works great. I was wondering if I could add another pair of either Ones or Fives to the existing Fives for multi channel audio like SACDs?

I recently moved to the New Eero 6 Pro wifi mesh system with 3 nodes.  I had a similar Netgear Orbi system before this.  Now I can no longer see my sonos matrix.  Any ideas?

Hi Purchased an Orbi RBR50 router and satellite mesh Wi-Fi for our house. Mix of older and new gen Sonos  components (Play3, Playbar & One). When running set up in the Sonos S2 App its finds the product but when trying to connect to the Sonos network, I get a ‘Unable to joying the network “SONOS”.’Ran the same setup with the old wifi router and it set up ok.Only variable is Orbi. Any hacks or trips please?Or is the Orbi useless with Sonos? If so, what mesh wifi works with Sonos?Thanks..Matt   

So my Roam all of a sudden became unresponsive. the white light on the top is permanently on and same with the orange light at the bottom. I have tried fully charging and fully draining the battery out but it did not help.  Charging - When I put it on charging, the white light stays on and the orange light at the bottom also stays on. I leave it for hours and come back assuming it’s fully charged but the lights remain the same. I remove from charging and try to connect, it does not show up anywhere. I try to turn off from the power button, no response. the only thing that happens when I keep the power button pressed is that the white light blinks once after few seconds and come back on permanently. same with the Orange light.  Draining the battery - I left it overnight and in the morning all lights were off. I tried turning on with power button and no response which is expected so far. Now I plug into the charger, the white and orange light immediately turn on and stay constant through

I’ve a very simple setup, yet can’t find a straight answer online. How do I connect my Sonos beam to my Denon A/V receiver (as center/front channels) along with Bose inceiling speakers as rear channels? I’m planning to buy a Sonos port/connect

This issue has been previously posted BUT the “solution” did not work for me. Ever since I upgraded my modem/router to a Netgear ‎CAX30-100NAS and the speaker will only connect briefly (if at all) to my iPhone. I have removed and reconnected my network (the 2.4 and 5 ghz) numerous times. I have tried all of the internet and Sonos and IKEA’s suggestions and “solutions” but nothing works. I am about to recycle this speaker. SONOS employee, what is my real solution? Don’t tell me to do what was listed here because it didn’t work:

None seem to have a solution that works.)When I play music from the Apple Music app on my M1 MacBook Pro to my Sonos Arc or Sonos One over AirPlay 2, there are occassional, random short high-frequency cracking, popping or clicking sounds. They make the music unlistenable.This does NOT happen if I change any of the variables; e.g. there are no errant sounds from the Sonos app (playing Apple Music), the iOS Apple Music app, the Spotify app on the MacBook Pro, or a non-Sonos AirPlay speaker. When I separate the Group to just one of the Sonos speakers, the popping persists, but it is worse on the Ones than the Arc.Sonos phone tech suppport was helpful, but ultimately decided it was an AirPlay problem and that I should contact Apple. I think it is a Sonos/AirPlay issue, and so I feel stuck. Apple will say it is a Sonos issue.Does anybody have any solutions or advice?
