OK Changed my home network and I guess I waited too long to change the settings in Sonos. When I go into Settings the option for system isn’t highlighted and I can’t get in to change my network settings 

I am doing an outdoor sound upgrade and running four Sonos amps to 8 Klipsch AW-650 speakers to create 4 zones.  One question - The Sonos Amp is rated at 125w but my speakers (8ohm) are rated for 85w RMS and 340 Peak.   Should I be using Volume Control to protect the speakers? Or is the power close enough to not be a big deal?  Any idea what Volume Control % to use?  Thanks! 

A few minutes ago, I accidentally saved a new playlist with the name of an older Sonosplaylist, copying over the old list. Anyone know of a way to recover the earlier version of the old playlist? 

I have had a Sonos Arc for about three or four months now.  I have attempted multiple times and with different app updates to link YouTube Music with my arc.  I follow the steps carefully, and enter my code each time.  When I get to the final Google page, it says,“Success!  Device connected” Under that, it displays my google account gmail address.  Then it instructs me to continue to your device.  When I switch back to the Sonos app, the app says “Connection ErrorThere was a problem adding the YouTube Music account.  A connection to YouTube Music could not be made.”My only option is to click “done”.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app.  There isn't a way to add the service on the Sonos website, so I'm unsure how to proceed from here.  I have been waiting quite a while for this service.

Hello, I’m interested to buy Sonos arc black but there is not any available in Poland for some reason . I have found few white ones ( not fitting with my furniture). Do you have any ideas why is like that. I have contacted few shops in Poland and they can’t give me the answer when they will have black ones. Any idea ? 

How can I tell, without a better memory than mine, which is Mozart and which Brahms? This is not the only album with this problem. At least this has all the movements instead of only some, but still. Can I change a setting? 

I have had nothing but trouble from this sound bar. I was looking for a seamless experience and that's exactly what I didn't get. Every time I turn on the TV the sound does not come through so I have to turn the TV on and off a few times for it to find and play through the sound bar. So I disconnected from the TV. Now I cant even play music through it from my iPhone. Seriously what a waist of money. If your a techy and you like playing with these things every time they stop working then you'll enjoy. But if you just want to use the damn thing and want it to work every time, don't waist your time as it is the most frustrating experience. Also when it did work once upon a time the voice from the TV and the Lips of the person speaking were out of sync. I made the adjustment for this according to the instructions but still wasn't quite there. Just another frustration. It now sits under my TV just looking good. HiI’m just baffled - I update my Sonos regularly but there are over 2500 songs missing from it.My Itunes library is on the C Drive on my laptop, I’ve checked the tags on my compilations and none show ‘Various Artists’ so it’s not that, I have absolutely no idea what the issue is, does anyone have any ideas where I might start?  Any help will be very gratefully received.

Sonos Roam added normally to existing Sonos system (several speakers/rooms - all good). Then enabled with Alexa - appears to go fine.Back to Alexa - all other speakers listed correctly as Sonos speakers (have Sonos skill etc) BUT the roam will NOT discover as a Sonos speaker!The roam is listed in Alexa devices as “communication” NOT as a Sonos speaker.Only the roam has this issue.Any ideas? TIA...

Why won’t SONOS stop spamming me? How do I stop it? There are messages from other users in this forum going back years about this that are closed topics. But still SONOS ignores its own settings. I contacted Sonos support again about this earlier in the week. They said the same things to me that they did a year ago about changing settings when I asked. And then they said they would look into it more to end the conversation. And I have now received more marketing spam from them about yet another product they are trying to sell. Sonos is a wretched company. All my devices have in app and email contact options disabled but these switches are not respected by SONOS marketing.All my devices received the same spam. It goes on and on. If SONOS want to repeatedly send unsolicited messages then the products should be free. From what Sonos support tell me they must have been looking into a ‘fix’ for this for years. Or maybe they don’t want to fix this because people do not care. 

I bought a Sonos Roam. When I start playing via Airplay the speaker is mute after one or 2 seconds. Then it doesn't work. The issue occurs when I stream from iPhone, iPad or Mac mini. My router is Linksys E3200. When I stream from iPhone or iPad to Apple TV everything is fine, but I cannot stream to Sonos speaker. All operating systems and Sonos firmware are up to date. I can play via Bluetooth but I would prefer airplay, which is more convenient to use. Any suggestions or tips?Mike

G’dayWhenever I play Spotify through my Sonos set up, after 15 mins or so, my music cuts out and my internet crashes. At first i thought it was an issue with the internet as we have recently moved into a new property and set up with a new internet provider. I do not receive any error messages, it just cuts out and anything linked to the internet stops working until the modem has been reset. I have tried using Spotify itself and also through the Sonos app and experience the same issue. Sonos Radio just cut out and I used Soundcloud for over an hour yesterday via the Sonos app and had no issues at all, therefore I’m, assuming it’s an issue within Sonos.   Any help will be much appreciated 

My system was installed by someone no longer in the business, so I lack much of the installation information.  I have a Sony TV with a Playbar connected via optical (I think).  I have paired a Sub to the Playbar.  I have an Amp with some in ceiling speakers (not sure what kind).  Now I try to add the Amp to the room with the Playbar and the amp does not see the Amp so I can’t add it.  So I pair the two rims and it works fine.  What am I doing wrong?

Hi there,I’m having a bit of a nightmare trying to get my Sonos system to work with my ASUS Ai Mesh set up. I realise this has been posted about before but none of what has been suggested in the other posts has worked and neither has spending a few hours on the phone to the customer care team.The issue is speakers drop in an out of the Sonos app, not just in terms of audio but from the system set up screen. I have two Play3’s, a Play 1, Zimfonisk lamp, and 4 Books. Originally the system was set up on an ASUS AX Zenwifi mini AiMesh. I have tried the following to resolve this:Disabled Airtime Fairness Disabled QoS Updated firmware Plugged in an Play3 to my router for Sonos Net Purchased a BOOST to create a Sonos Net Created a fixed IP for every Sonos speaker as per this guide:  Purchased an ASUS AX-XT8 to see if the firmware was any better in working with Sonos products as there was very little listed on these pages regarding the AX mini...all of this to no avail. I am trying to get the “grouping” function working. I am listening on a roam, I press the Play/Pause button, wait for the two tones, and it swaps music to the my stereo paired Fives. I have pressed for a shorter period and it just pauses the music. Any idea how to get it to group with the Fives not swap to them?

Hi,Before i take the plunge and buy an additional Sonos 5 to create a stereo pair, will this work if i only use one speaker with aux input?To elaberate a little, i’m currently coming out of a mixer with RCA to jack cable into aux input of a single Sonos 5, but want an addtional Sonos 5 to create a pair.I used to use a connect to two 1’s but the delay from mixer cue to actual speacker output was hiddious so switched to a 5 with aux input, which still slightly delays but tollerable. Just dont want to get into that situation again (if its even possible).Cheers guys 

I have 2 x ZP100’s. They have worked faultlessly for years - well for as long as I have had them.However I’ve noticed recently that when the morning alarm triggers (one is in the bedroom and has been our wake-up music for years) the ZP100 stop playing after a random, and short, period of time - about 10-15 minutes. They are actually set to play for 90 minutes.Anyone know what’s going on. 

Is it possible to have alarms play on pre-grouped rooms and not just “include in grouped rooms”? Throughout the day, I like to have alarms to play specific play lists in different parts of my home. This would be a very desirable feature.

I am an AV installer.  At a client’s house which is all S1 and which consists of five Connect Amps and one Playbar.  The fifth Connect Amp was just added to the previously existing four.  In order to get the system set up I had to reset all five units and the Playbar.  I then set it up using S1 and was able to get Tune-In Radio to play on all units as well as the turntable.  As a result of resetting everything, I had to add back in Spotify and Pandora for the client, which I did successfully.  The problem is when Spotify or Pandora are selected I cannot play music.  For Spotify, no matter what I select I get an error message “cannot add music to queue” and for Pandora I get a connection error message.  Prior to resetting the system and adding the fifth Connect Amp there was a Bridge installed.  As part of the work to add the fifth amp I ran a data cable to the location where the five amps are located and connected it directly to one of the amps and eliminated the Bridge.  Since all uni

Hi all! I hope you can help me with the following super frustrating situation... Overall issue: I'm trying to set up a Sonos amp for an outdoor kitchen unsuccessfully - 2 Sonos AMPs have been "bricked" (gone irresponsive) attempting to go through the setup. I haven't been able to get any direction or resolution from Sonos support (who only attempted to diagnose / resurrect the faulty Sonos AMPs with no success).
