Hi my sonos one SL has stopped receiving power, it less than 5 months old. It was using it as a part sonos arc system.

If you use the power cable from your other One SL, does it power up?

hi @ssoin check also the power outlet and try to plug it in another one that you are sure about it works - in most European countries the minimum warranty is two years but this may be different in your country - if the device is indeed faulty, I expect that Sonos will be helpful to repair or replace the device

 

Hi @el rubio we tried troubleshooting but it doesnt power up. Also tried changing wires from our other sonos one SL speaker and using a new power outlet. Would really appreciate if we could be directed towards repair.
