Sonos move not playing when grouped

I’ve made no changes to my sonos system.  All speakers are working perfectly, but when my move is grouped it says it’s playing but has no sound.  The volume is on and not muted.  If I press the pause button, all the grouped speakers pause. Please help.

Perhaps try powering the Move off for a minute or two (not sleep mode) and back on again and if the issue continues, then maybe ensure that the speaker is setup on the routers 2.4Ghz WiFi band, using channel 1, 6 or 11 (non-overlapping channel) and set the channel-width to 20MHz in your router settings and see if that fixes it.

Note: if using SonosNet for your other non-portable Sonos devices, than ensure the SonosNet channel in the Sonos App network settings is set at least 5 channels away from your selected routers 2.4Ghz channel.
