Firstly,I can setup two paired Roam in my room successfully.But can not add Sub(Gen 3) in my room.In Apps, All device is appeared.What can I do?

I feel like I’m way off base here.My Mac remained connected to the internet despite wifi turned off, the mesh access point being unplugged from an 8-port switch.A dumb way to troubleshoot, but I’ve been getting 5mbs down on my Mac and lots of other network issues. I go and basically unplug everything one by one until finally my Mac lost internet. The Sonos Port *seems* to have been acting as a terrible network access point for my devices on the 8-port switch.There is no way that’s possible right? Now that the port power is unplugged, my network is going strong again. The only things plugged in to my switch are 2 Sonos Ones, 1 Sonos Port, printer, Mac. The printer is not connected to wifi, neither is the Mac, at least it is turned off in the UI.

Anyone know what this week's system update addressed?  Is there somewhere that Sonos post update notes? 

TLDR: Does anyone know how to COMPLETELY reset products and app? I had an internet outage on Saturday, but my provider didn’t post there was an outage until over an hour afterwards. I completely reset my router, and had to change the network name and information, everything, thinking it was my equipment. In the process, obviously my Sonos system (Two Beams, Sub, two Ones, Roam) wouldn’t connect. I followed the prompts of updating the system information, and they got caught in purgatory and wouldn’t update. I kept trying and nothing, they wouldn’t do it. Last night I spent over an hour with the Sonos support team on the phone, and after plugging in each product to my router, adding them back to the system (which still didn’t want to add many of them the first few attempts), my system is finally working, but my Ones are cutting out constantly, and they’re both within 15 feet of the router and have never done that before. Overall, I want to just completely wipe everything and restart like

Do I have to use the USB-A to USB-C cable provided with the Sonos Roam? I'd prefer to use a USB-C to USB-C cable connected to an Apple 20W USB-C Power Adapter. Will this configuration harm the Roam in anyway?

When I upgraded to Catalina 10.15.7 (iMac) I had no problems using Sonos everything was fine unlike others or so I thought.I only noticed recently that the daily music library update was pushing out a message that I had too many Playlists and the update could not complete and I should delete some playlists and re-run the update or words to that effect.Checking in the Music app I only had approx. 70 playlists which should be ok.Checking my imported playlists in Sonos I noticed 2 playlists called Home Videos & Music - Home Videos contained all my Videos and Music contained all of my Music tracks around 16,000. Most likely the Music playlist size is causing the daily library update to send out the delete playlist messages.I have changed the music library path without success. Anybody else had this problem caused when Catalina binned iTunes , I still have a sub folder called iTunes under the Music Folder , but playing with the library paths was unsuccessful. Upgraded my router to wifi 6.  Setup guest network to connect wireless devices, everything connects except Sonos….. I have spent hours trying to reset the app, reset the router, reset the speaker, trying ethernet……   I have to say the product worked way better using the older app….I have $200 paper weight.  I am at my wits end….

Sonos Roam connected via Bluetooth with iPhone XR with iOS 14.x.Sonos app updated, Roam firmware updated.I regularly experience what I call ‘hiccups’, that’s to say every few minutes, with Roam in Bluetooth mode, the audio interrupts for less than a second and than restarts.It happens on a regular basis, no problem in Airplay or in the Sonos system, though. I’ve already sent the diagnostic (1334768659) shortly after the last event. Anyone else?Any idea?Thanks a lot

Playing edm music and my sonos randomly very muffled and sounds like something is vibrating inside of the sonos? almost how a car with a blown sub sounds, very disappointing as I thought Sonos made quality products? thought there was some fail-safe on them so things like this do nothing happen? barely have had this for a couple years and already breaking kinda sucks. 

I just bought a Sonos sub that I want to use in a covered patio. Can I use it with a cover over it to protect it without losing performance?

We recently purchased a Sonia ARC, Yamaha RX-V4A and an Epson Home Connect 4010. We have an HDMI cable plugged into the ARC and run to the receivers HDMI output eARC/ARC. Sonia ARC says it can not find the connection when we try it in the Sonos app, hence no sound. HDMI is plugged in to the receiver and the projector. Any help or insights would be greatly appreciated. 

I am getting an error message when trying to connect to XM. “Unsupported digital rights management system”

I have a Sonos boost and an number of Sonos speakers connected to it, everything works fine.  Now bought in-ceiling speakers plus amp.Not yet fitted and wired the in-ceiling speakers, but while waiting for the installers, decided to fit the amp into my hifi rack and register it with the Sonos Boost/home Sonos network.   Using the Sonos app, amp is detected and asked to enter the pin code. Once the pin code is entered, asked to press the blue flashing connect button on the amp.  But the amp connect button never flashes.  Regardless, I press and hold the connect button anyway, but nothing happens.  The led on the amp flashes green or orange, so the amp is doing something.  But the Sonos app times out and asks me if I want to try connecting to the amp again,  I’ve now tried connecting to the amp many times, but I never get the connect button flashing blue and the app times out.Do I have to connect speakers to the amp first, before connecting the amp to the Sonos boost?  If not, any clues

Using my Mac Book with Catalina I have no problem; however, on the iMac which uses Big Sur, Sonos cannot play half of the songs in the Musiclibrary (which contains exactly the same songs on the two computers. Any suggestions?

When trying to play a track through my Sonos One or Sonos Beam it keeps on cutting out for large parts. Ive tried the simple like turn off my devices and reset my internet etc. Any ideas? Thanks.

I would like to change the default music streaming service to YT Music. RIght now it has Spotify, so if I say to Google Assistant, “PLAY XYZ” i it will search for it in Spotify, I have to say “PLAY XYZ in YouTube Music”I tried deleting Spotify as a music service, but now Google Assistant just says “sorry, Spotify not available in Sonos”Is there a way to change the default to YTMusic? I want to cancel Spotify altogether.THanksEmile

I am trying to play a playlist with 224 hours of music but keep getting message saying unable to add songs to queue. I have done step 1 reset but that didn't work. Any suggestions? It seems disappointing that I can play this on my simple UE Boom but not on my flash Sonos Move device.

I bought the Roam to use as an external speaker for the Xfinity app on my iPad.  I only want to use it in Bluetooth mode but, every time you turn on the Roam, it starts up in WiFi and you have to press and hold the power button to turn on BT.  Any way to have the Roam default to Bluetooth when you first turn it on or turn off WiFi connection permanently or something?   

I’ve been using PLEX Media Server (PMS) running on a Synology Diskstation to serve up local music files to the household SONOS system. It has been working flawlessly until the last couple of days. Unfortunately, both the NAS software (including Disk Station Manager, v: 6.2.4-25556) and PMS (v1.22.1.4228) were updated during this time, so I’m not sure where the issue started, but this is what I’ve been able to establish: PMS will play any mp3 file via either the Android and Windows desktop SONOS controllers (S2). PMS fails to serve up almost all 16bit 44.1kHz flac files to SONOS and reports “Unable to play - the connection to Plex was lost.” This error is reported in both Android and Windows SONOS controllers. I have found only 2 flac files that will play and I can see in the PMS dashboard that they are being played as flac (stereo) at 834Kpbs and 941Kbps, respectively. However, all other tracks on the same album fail to play. I have one album that is hi-res flac and it plays fine b

I just purchased the Roam and have been trying for a few hours to connect it to the Sonos app on my phone. I received a message stating that setup was successful, but it may not show up in system and to follow certain steps if that happens. Will it is not showing and I've tried following the instructions and even resetting all items, multiple times. When looking at my wifi it shows it's connected, but not in the Sonos app. Any advice would be much appreciated, otherwise I guess I'll be returning.  Btw - I'm using an Android phone with the latest Sonos app and have the Xfinity router.

Hello everyone,I’m about to buy my very first Sonos product. My plan is to buy a Beam and 2 One SL for the TV, 2 One SL in the kitchen (right near by the living room) and 2 One SL in the bedroom (right near the living room too). I have a Playstation 5, a Nintendo Switch and an Apple TV.How to connect everything to be sure that it works as simply as possible? My wife will kill me if it takes too long to start the whole thing or if you want to switch from the Apple TV to the Playstation. In addition to this, there is wifi everywhere and RJ45 right behind the TV and in the bedroom.Thanks a LOT for your help :)
