Sonos website problems: shop with an upgrade code

I’m getting this error:

When I click on “shop” on the webiste.

Yes, I’ve cleared the cache, restarted the browser, restarted the computer and tried on both a Mac and a PC.

Any ideas?

I’d recommend calling in to Sonos sales directly. The community won’t have much in the way of providing assistance to this area.

Much as I’d love for Sonos sales folks, much less either web devs, or engineers to be here, I’m not going to hold my breath :)

Hopefully, your call gets your order in the way you wanted, and they also were able to point out to the correct department the issue (although I do wonder if the redirect issue was related to the AWS outage this morning).
