So it seems when I play Spotify through both Spotify Connect and the Sonos app on both my iPad and iPhone, Spotify randomly stops playing. This seems really to only seems to happen at night. I can press play and the audio will resume right where it left off. This is with a SYMFONISK hardwired with an Ethernet cable. I submitted diagnostics: 1031354842

I have multiple zones of speakers with my Sonos Amps, and would like to use my outdoor rooftop speakers (powered by Sonos Amp) for audio output when I’m watching a moving on my outdoor projector. I currently use Chromecast to play content on my projector but there isn’t a way to play video on the projector and get audio to push to Sonos. Is what I’m trying to achieve possible? Would it be better to get a Apple TV to connect to the projector?Current state I have to connect a portable speaker via 3.5mm to the projector but would be a much better experience with my outdoor speakers. Alternatively I think I could purchase a Sonos 5 and connect that to the projector via 3.5 to act as a “center” speaker and bridge to the Sonos Amp. But honestly that’s overkill and wouldn’t use the Five for anything but one off movies on the rooftop. Appreciate the help. 

I unplegged the speakers for the holiday, when I came back the group is not working anymore. They all work on their own, if I group them it works only the latest one was playing. 

 Cannot conncte to Sonos after hours of troubleshooting attempt. Any one had the same issue before? The system worked fine for years.There was an issue for the connected Wifi some point and no devices could connect to it as SSID dissapeared form the list of SSIDs.During the time of Wifi dissapearance, the Sonos devices worked on another Wifi NW.After rebooting NW devices the dissapeared NW came back. Tried to have Sonos back to the old Wifi NW. ‘Fix it’ ended with ‘Cannot connect to Sonos’ message. S2 app was reset and Sonos devices all rebooted but it did not change anything. Used App is Sonos S2, Sonos one SL x5 installed.  Cisco router → Cisco Switch →  AP →  3 SSIDs                                                             →  Sonos Boost 

I want to disable the "start sound" that sets of when I say "Hey Google".Obviously I want to have Google assistent activated, but the sound annoys my girlfriend. I found how to do turn the sound of in Google Nest products (se link below). But I don't find how to do it on my Sonos products (or if it's even possible). I have Sonos throughout the house, including an Amp and surrounds in the living room, Fives upstairs - and Play:1s and One SLs downstairs, across multiple rooms.Always worked perfectly until a couple of months ago. I’ve switched to Qobuz, so presumably data throughput is higher than when everything was Spotify, Mixcloud, Bandcamp, etc. However - that doesn’t really explain the problem as far as I can tell.When I join the Kitchen speakers to the Veranda (both stereo pairs), I get massive dropouts. The Veranda is the closest room in the house to the kitchen. Individually, the zones play music absolutely fine. Different albums on Qobuz at the same time in every room, no problem. Same album at the same time when grouped, if Kitchen and Veranda are both in the mix, always results in terrible dropouts.I bought a Boost in the hopes that might help. We’re on a Google mesh wifi setup, which I understand is problematic unless you connect the Boost directly into the main hub, which I’ve done. I’v

I changed my wifi password and was able to update 4 of 5 of my devices in the app. When I go to add the final speaker, it claims the app is out of date and will not let me progress. When I go to the app in Playstore it says it is up to date.  I am on version 13.2 Sonos OS S2 I have factory reset the speaker, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app on both my phone and tablet. I have also restarted my phone and tablet.I found a similar issue from a post two years ago. Tried everything on that list and was unable to resolve this issue. 

Hi, i am having an issue with volume not syncing between normal stereo content and high res audio.I have an LG 55 nano90 2020 model. I work with a Chromecast with google tv. Chromecast is in hdmi stating higher refresh rate. And Soundbar is plugged into the eArc port. Chromecast is also directly plugged in with Ethernet.*Yes ALL my stuff is updated to latest software. (Computer nerd, build computers...have Plex server...)At first I struggled to get the Atmos or Dolby format to play. Was only getting stereo. Finally found setting in Chromecast to allow surround sound formats and also set tv to passthrough.*Other settings hdmi is set to bitrate and not pcm. I have tried turning eArc on and Off. Unplugged system so it could reset between swapping. I have tried to turn off and on the CEC settings in Chromecast and or tv to see if that would help...nothing.I don't know what else to try...i have fiddled with app settings but not much. I see there was remote setups but it doesn't pick up my C

I have my Music Library saved on my MacBook Pro and recently when I’ve updated my playlists and exported my library to sync to my WD MyCloud Home, it’s still showing playlists I have deleted and is missing new ones I have added. I’ve even tried deleting the original .xml file and exporting a brand new library but no luck.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello dear support I read lots of comments about beeing abke to make move souroundsound avble. I understand when unbonding and bondong it takes lots of tome and configuration. ..it is so frustrating.The Spotify connection is very intermittent;Yesterday Sonos played perfectly for 12 hours and then disappeared completely from my Mac and iphone necessitating a complete reboot of speakers, router and gigaclear range extenders... the second time in three days. It come back up but takes 15minutes to achieve this... My mac is hardwired and the gigaclear range extenders are wireless; I have a 100megabit fibre connection and no near neighbours … why does my sonos keep failing?? 

I have several different groups set up on my Sonos system (multiple Sonos Ones).   In the Sonos App, I would like to be able to select which group to play and/or to switch between groups (e.g. sometimes I want to play music in the living room, but nowhere else.   In short, I’m simply trying to figure out how to play music in different rooms at different times thru the Sonos App.  I assumed I could just switch the group that was playing, but I cannot make that work.)   Can someone tell me how?Thanks

Hello; my you tube premium service has been working fine and then today in some of my playlist specific songs are appearing grey and not playing via Sonos App siting ‘Your account is being used in another location’! Note I can still play the playlist via YouTube app. Also I have deleted and re installed the YouTube service within the Sonos App.  Please could some help to fix this issue?  thanks

Hi, my Wi-Fi at work crashed and was not working correctly, we had to do a bunch of resets to the system, once I got it resolved, the Sonos system was unable to connect to the speakers or spotify, I determined that reconnecting the speakers would solve the issue after trying one so I set them all up on a new system via my phone. After that all the speakers were working and are able to play music but I can no longer find them on any of our register or office computers. Most of the desktops are using an ethernet connection, however our office computer has a Wi-Fi connection and was also not able to find anything with the sonos app. We do have a backup Verizon network that may have kicked in at several points, however I think its supposed to be the same network since we don't have to do anything on the computer to switch to it. Does anyone know any solutions for this issue, or would a Boost make it work again? Thanks!

Can anyone help please? I have two Sonos roams and two of the charging stations. Neither of the roams will charge and the stations are clearly of no use to me now because the roams don’t work.  sonos refuse to refund me for the defective products and won’t refund me for the charging stations because they aren’t broken.  any suggestions?  thank you 

Will a gen 2 sub work with Sonos Arc ?

Is there any real fix for Spotify losing connection over Sonos?So far there are only tips offered on the forums.Spotify is completely unusable for me over Sonos for a few weeks now. All other services play fine! 

My Sonos One SL had been set up for 9 months and worked perfectly. Yesterday i went to use it and it was not on the menu for available rooms. I tried a hard reset and then to add it back to the network. It can be located and then the app tries to connect to the home wifi network it comes up with this message: “Your Sonos One SL has been added but may not appear in the system tab. If so, unplug the power cord and plug it back in to finish set up from the system tab”. Once done it still does not appear on the system tabI have tried to add it back to the network by hard wiring it to the router but this also failed. Thanks for any advice given.  

I have bought the Pro Ject T1 Phono SB (preamp) Turntable from Sonos, to play all my vinyl on my Sonos Play:1 stereo pair in my room. I have several other Sonos products around the house, including a Sonos Connect. I have connected the Turntable to the Connect via phono, i get some audio out of my Sonos Play: 1’s but lots of feedback, very low volume and a good 20 second pin drop delay and. My Sonos settings on the Connect are as follows:Source Level 2 (tried them all volume increases as level increase but feedback also increases) Line-Out Level Variable No Volume LimitHope someone can help me out here :)

I’m wanting to up Grade to the Sonos ARC from a JBL 3.1 Sound bar. I really like the JBL 10” powered wireless Sub. Its Fills the room so well and nothing is wrong with it. Will this Wireless Sub be able to connect to the Sonos ARC?I have heard the Sonos Subs and they sound very nice but i see no reason to spend the extra money when i already have a sub that works well in this room.  

As an early adopter, I am beyond frustrated with this product at this time.There’s constant breaking upgrades.After I finally made time for the S2 upgrade and started recycling my setup (3 Play:5, 1 Connect Amp into wired ceiling speakers, 1 Sub), I can’t discover my second Play:5 nor my Sub.All the documentation I find online seems outdated. Do NOT tell me I need to wire any of my SONOS products into my router---I paid $$$ to avoid wiring.Extremely annoyed at this point.

When will Sonos allow to add two Play 5 as Left and Right FRONT speakers to complement ARC?This would mean essentially using ARC as a Center FRONT speaker; along with Left and Right FRONT Play 5.The sound quality of ARC is not good enough for large open rooms.   

My Sonos only works sometimes. Is everyone feeling the same level of garbage tech? Support does not work…chatbot nothing.
