Diagnostic: 1931005545I have a Deezer playlist (a Deezer Editor one, not a personal one) which has a song that cuts out after 30s every time it gets played. No problems otherwise. How do I get the system to "refresh" this song?Playing the same song on my phone in the Deezer app gets me the whole song, so the source material is good.Thanks

We bought a Sonos One and Sonos SL on Black Friday last year, we use these in the living room. Just bought a 50” Samsung TV, thinking of looking at maybe getting a Sonos Beam for the TV. if the price is right on Black Friday  this years.  We will be moving the Sonos Speakers to another room.Biggest dissapointment with the Sonos One is the mic, we found we had to shout to get things working, in the end we bough a Echo Dot to work with it and after a bit of a struggle got it set up, and all was ok.I did buy a beam about 18 months back from John Lewis, but really struggled to set it up, gave up in the end and sent it back. Have a bit more confidence in setting a Sonos up now, I  have a couple of questions i need some help onCan you use an Echo Dot and with Alexa to control the Beam, if so can you turn the mic off on the beam. we use Spotify a lot with Alexa and would like to do this with the Beam. Can I Bluetooth pair the Roam to my Iphone without wifi setup enabled? 

I have an ARC with 2 x ONE SL surrounds. I don’t always want the surrounds on (quiet hours at night). What’s the easiest / best way to turn them on and off when desired?

Hi all , I know Sonos products are designed to be kept on but I'd like to know is it ok to unplug the beam gen 2 every night and plug it back in every morning ? Thanks

Ma contrainte, je ne souhaite pas avoir de fils entre la beam et mon vidéoprojecteur.Est il possible de diffuser le flux audio sur la beam en passant par un chromecast, firestick ou apple tv branché sur mon vidéoprojecteur ? I have successfully logged onto my Sonos account (here) but cannot login on the App. The app askes me to “enter the account info fo t***i@outlook.com”. I have no idea what this account means or if it is the source of my problem. The same thing happens when I try to open my account through the app on my wife’s phone.

Hi,I’ve recently gotten a Beam (Gen 2). At first, touch controls were working just fine, but since a couple of days they’ve stopped working.I’ve checked the settings in the app, toggling touch controlls off/on doesn’t do anything.I read through the forum here, and some suggested a factory reset, which I did, but did not help either. I made a diagnostic, 43670915. Is there anyone that can help me with this issue? :D Kind regards

Bit late in the day, but we are looking at buying a refurbished Sonos Beam as a gift. My wife isnt to keen on buying second hand, but with the Black Friday discount it looks a good deal to me. What sort of visual condition are Sonos Refurbs, she would want it it more or less mint condition, I know they can be returned if your not happy, but to avoid all that faff i would appreciate it if anyone has any views or actually bought a refurbished Beam from Sonos Thanks

I have an aging set up of two connect amps and a connect for zone playing, all connecting to hard wired ceiling speakers .the two amps work fine in their respective allocated room kitchen and bedroom but the connect isn’t working and can’t reconnect despite every attempt. I get a flickering white light. Any ideas? Just dead?

I’ve managed the process of migrating my system from S1 to S2 with only the loss of one deprecated speaker so far. But my Playbar is not being recognized by the S2 controller. I’ve gone through the in-app “add” process several times, power cycled the Playbar, even done a factory reset.What is the step-by-step process that will definitively get this Playbar into the S2 controller? I’ve done all the “troubleshooting” and it has not worked. I just need a guaranteed, straightforward procedure.

Hello everyone is there a way to play music with dolby digital plus playback?I play music via youtube app on Sony tv with the arc and I can multicast it to another room with dolby digital plus playback. Is there another way of doing this without me having to turn the tv youtube app on?Theres a very big difference in sound airplay vs dolby digital plus. Thanks

Can you play WAV files from a WD My Cloud connection?  Also does it need to be a NAS or can it just be a regular My Cloud?

In my iOS app in settings/system it correctly shows my Boost. However when I go online and look at my account it shows my old bridge not my Boost. How do I correct this?

Ever since the most recent update, sometime when I’m using the Sonos app, the volume will turn up on its own and start blaring whatever is playing. Has anyone else had this issue and know why this is happening? Its also worth noting that every so often the audio will cut off in certain rooms and come back on a few seconds later, but it makes it sound like the music is cutting in and out. Again, does anyone else have this issue or know why it’s happening?

So i’m having problems with spotify playing through Sonos. Whenever I change songs manually, wheter it is through the Spotify app or Sonos app I get a pretty big delay on the songs Im playing. If I tap a song it will start to play on 1 or 2 sonos units and then connect the rest 15-20 seconds into the song, which is pretty annoying. Funny thing is, when the songs change by them self going through a playlist I will not experience any delay at all.What can be causing this problems?For information:I have 7 play 1 units, 1 play 3 and 1 play 5 gen 2 and a boost.I have great internet connection and my apartment is only 83 square meters so distance between shouldn’t be a problem.  

Hi, All references will be to S1 components unless otherwise stated.Have an interesting problem. Fri evening, just as the guests were arriving for pizza night, my entire system (1 bridge, 2 5s, 1 3 and a one) went dead. It was on and just stopped playing, and the app (both my wife’s, which is android, and mine on iOS) was “unable to connect to Sonos”.  Problems with Sonos connectivity are plentiful for us but ive never had it die in the middle of a session before, so my thinking was that my bridge died/mechanical failure. checked the router and it came up as connected, but unplugging it and plugging it back in made it disappear, irrespective of which socket i tried to connect it to. So, I removed it and have attempted to connect to the individual players via the apps (my wifes, mine on iOS as well as my PC one) but the apps dont find them. I get an orange flashing light when hitting the buttons on top. Obviously Ive checked power, Ive rebooted the router and the speakers, and as far as

Does anyone know of any way to lengthen the allowed time limit to make individual room volume adjustments???  System gives you approx 3 seconds to make adjustment and so you have to keep going back and forth to consider changing different room settings. Thanks!

Hi all, Forgive me if this feature request has already been submitted, but I’d really love the ability to stream Airplay to a stereo pair of Sonos devices (One, Five, Roam, Move) and hear it come out of both speakers in stereo. If this is an Airplay limitation, I understand.

I am mounting a frame/art tv above the mantle and I don’t want to look at a speaker beneath it, I’d like to have two matching sonos speakers on the right and left.  I already have one beam, i love the shape of it.  Ideally I’d like to know if it’s possible to connect two sound Beam bars to one television to create right and left channels.  If not, can two beam speakers connect to make *balanced* sound on the right and left of the tv, connected with a split optical cable (or other solution?). I know I can *add* Sonos speakers to the tv if one is hardwired, but I want them both to be connected to the tv automatically.  I have read mixed reviews on connecting the speakers to the tv with HDMI cable. Either way if the two are hardwired to the tv, a splitter would be needed (I assume?)I don’t want a middle channel/speaker as I don’t have anywhere to put it.  An amp or woofer would be fine if that’s absolutely necessary.Thanks for your help and ideas!

Have an OLED 4K Samsung TV sonnected vis E-ARC to the Sonos ARC & Directv with 2 GEN 3 Subs & 2 SL ones for Rear. I have Seatcraft theater seats with “soundshaker’ in them -- bought the AMP to use the RCA in and out to power these and so the seats will shake when playing a movie….Question is th following:When I added the AMP to the App it added it as its own room and will not allow me to add to “Home Theater” where the rest of the components - why? Need help or if this solution wont work Ill have to ship the AMP back as it would be a waste otherwise...

Hi!I have the following situation.I am in a house with Eero Pro mesh network (total of 4 units, so good coverage).My Arc and Sub are connected to Wifi and have been working with a surround setup well in the past.The house came with built in-wall speakers that I would like to connect as surround speakers to the set up.  The TV/speakers are on the 2nd floor, but the cables of the built-in wall speakers go all the way to the basement.The Amp worked without a problem independently.  Hower, when I tried to add the Amp as surrounds to the setup, I got the error message “There was a problem adding your surrounds. Check the network connection and make sure your products are powered on”. I have the suspicion that the issue is as follows:  The Arc wants to connect via a direct Wifi connection to the Amp, but the Amp is too far away and therefore out of reach to create the connection.Would it help if I tried to run my Sonos setup on SonosNet instead of Wifi (I have 8 devices, so should get ample
