Hello  I have 3 of the SONOS ONE SL products.recently ive gotten TRAKTOR CONTROLLER S2 now i want to play from the CONTROLLER and have sound from the SONOS ONE SLIS IT POSSIBLE??if it is possible ill be happy to know how THANK YOU

Sonos just updated some of my speakers making them S2 - thus separating my system - so now my system no longer works as one, I didn’t update to S2 for this reason, but the latest S1 update has done it! One would think sonos are trying to “brick” our devices AGAIN!!!

Use my iPhone to stream podcasts via AirPlay to my Sonos Move however, the signal intermittently finds its way to other components on my Sonos network. Other than manually muting everything else, any ideas please?system consists of 2x old S5, 2x old S3, Old Sub, Connect amp, Bridge, & Move. 

Hi have tried to get help with this in a previous post “Move Stereo Pair Drops Speaker”.  When playing my stereo pair of move speakers using Spotify, it drops one of the speakers. Only solution is to reset the system and play exclusively from within the Sonos app, which has limited functionatlity.  Support seems lacking. 

Anyone else get this to work?  It is part of today’s 13.4 update.   But when I try to toggle battery saver mode to the On setting -- it immediately toggles back to “off” on its own.   I can’t get it to turn on.  Am I doing something wrong -- or is anyone else seeing this? I’m using an iPhone X -- latest iOS updates applied.   I have a Roam I’m trying to apply this to.Here’s what it says to do -- and I’m doing it (trying to):Enable Battery Saver on portable Sonos products | Sonos 

I have 8 Sonos products throughout my entire house on 4 separate floors.  They work great (for the most part) when I’m home alone.  However whenever I have a party and have more than 15 people at my house Sonos freezes up, stops playing, disconnects certain rooms, becomes all whacky in general and it’s an enormous buzzkill. This typically happens when I am streaming Spotify through Sonos, but has also happened with SoundCloud and YouTube Music.  Is this because I’m maxing out the bandwidth on my router?  If I got a separate router and WiFi network for my Sonos system would this likely fix the issue?

I'm wondering if someone could please help me out with my Beam soundbar. I have a 2007 Sharp Aquos LC-42XD1E LCD TV which i'm trying to connect to the beam , but because its an older TV it doesn't have a HDMI ARC connection, only a standard HDMI connection. It also doesn't have an optical digital port either. Is there any suggestions as to how i could get it working? I have attached a photo of the back connections on the TV, any help would be greatly appreciated 

Hey all, joined the Sonos family today!Beam Gen 2 and 2 x Sonos one SL.The rear speakers are on my back wall which my sofa backs directly onto.I have placed them about a foot above seated head height.Is this optimal? Or would ear level be better?Also they are on a shelf, should they be angled down? thanks in advance 

Hello,I have a Sonos Arc connected to my 2021 LG G1 television via the eARC HDMI cable that was provided with the soundbar. My system includes two Sonos Ones for surround and the Sonos sub. Over the last couple weeks, any Dolby Atmos content drops out after about 20 minutes. In order to get the sound back, I need to either unplug the HDMI cable and reconnect it, or switch to a different HDMI input and back to the original input via the TV remote. This happens when using the Xbox Series X via HDMI, or when using the Apple TV with any streaming services broadcasting in Atmos. I have tried several online troubleshooting steps such as: a different HDMI cable, unplugging the system and disconnecting the HDMI for several minutes and rebooting, turning off TV autoplay, disabling HDMI-CEC, disabling the TV’s wireless adapter and probably other things I am forgetting. It still seems to be happening without fail about every 20 minutes or so. in the TV settings I have it set to eARC on and I’ve t

I can’t seem to find a solution to my problem. I have a gen1 Apple TV 4K connected to my LG OLED C1 TV, which is connected to my Sonos Arc. When I set the TV to PASSTHROUGH, I get Atmos content no problem from my Apple TV, but I get no sound when playing Dolby 5.1 content. Sometimes, after resettling everything, I get sound but it comes in as Dolby Multichannel 7.1, which obviously isn’t correct. If I set my TV to AUTO, the content will play as Dolby Multichannel 5.1. I was told Passthrough is the best option but it sucks Audio doesn’t work for 5.1 content. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi,Earlier this year I followed instruction to download the new Sonos app (think its referred to as Sonos 2) and connected my 2 existing Play 1 devices. However I rarely use them but went to check them today and the app wont connect to them, in fact the “system” screen is all greyed out where it should show each Play1 device. Im getting an error message “unable to connect to Sonos” and when I try follow the “lets fix it” message I end up going around in circles. It’s as though it has an issue connected to my wifi/internet connection, and that works fine for all other devices. Any advice would be appreciatedThanks

I will be moving my Beam Gen 1 upstairs and replacing it with a Beam Gen 2. It is quite difficult to get behind my TV to adjust the wires. So I am wondering if I can use the same power cord and HDMI cable from my Beam Gen 1 with the Beam Gen 2? Do they both use the same power and HDMI cords?

Would anyone have advice on connecting the Steepletone ST918 turntable to the Sonos One speakers.It has Line Out (RCA) AND sub woofer out connections.  I have been researching online and think I could use the Sonos Port but I don't want to buy it unless I'm sure its worth it.  Any advice appreciated  

I set up my Hd Fury Arcana to Beam gen 2 and connected Apple TV 4K 2021 model. I have set the Arcana to beam on but I don’t get Dolby Atmos just DD 5.1. When I changed the mode to EARC and turn off beam mode on Arcana I don’t have volume but can set up Dolby Atmos on ATV.  Arcana has the latest software version 0.84. I have watched on You Tube how to set up but I am not winning! Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thankyou in advance.

Spotify shuts down often while playing a playlist.  Our internet speeds are great so not sure what else could be the cause?

Hi everyoneI've got a Sony X950H and for the most part the Beam Gen 2 works quite well. That is except with the PS5. I've had audio delay issues when using anything but Linear PCM, so I switched to this setting. The issue I have now is that the volume (and perceived fullness of the audio), doesn't compare with the Dolby audio setting.Has anyone else experience this and will there be a fix coming?Thanks    

I’ve had the Arc with official Sonos wall mount for a bit over a year now, and this entire time I’ve had intermittent issues with crackling during sounds that have high bass. Doing some googling, I learned that the mount changes the EQ to reduce wall resonance. I’d like to try disabling this, but the magnets in the wall mount are getting in the way. Short of getting a mount without magnets (or hacking up the Sonos one), anyone know an existing way to disable it?If not, to Sonos engineering: can you please give us the option to force-disable this wall-mount EQ adjustment in software? Or even better, let us adjust the level of its impact with a slider. 

Hi, thanks in advance for any help you can provide with this issue.I have a stereo pair of One SL’s on my desk. I’m having an issue with the stereo balance between the two speakers. When I start a song playing, the stereo balance is centered, but over approximately 15-30 seconds, the center image drifts off to one side (one speaker is becoming louder or softer, but never drifting all the way to one side). When I pause the music, then start it again, the image is again centered but proceeds to drift off center again. What is perplexing is that this happens when using the Sonos app streaming any music service, it happens with Roon streaming Tidal or Qobuz, it happens with the Tidal app using Tidal Connect, but it does not happen when streaming via Airplay from any source. I recently noticed that the Sonos app for android is activating my microphone on my Samsung S21 when I launch it. FYI, I also have permission DENIED for Microphone in Sonos app setting.  NOTE: I have an app that senses when apps activate microphone or camera.  Please stop this behavior at ONCE!  I’m sure your users would not take kindly to SONOS listening in to their conversations whenever the Sonos app is running.

Can we please get back the ability to adjust the crossover on the sub. Why was that removed it was a great feature and made the system sound so much better.   Thanks 

I added my computer as audio source per the instructions from Sonos and SWYH and Sonos app confirms its been added but I can’t find it anywhere in the app.   Also where is Tunein in the app?  I can’t find that anywhere either.

Since I updated to 13.4 - (which on my beam +ones works great with DTS btw), I’m finding it simply impossible to get my Roam pair to establish a stable connection.I’ve lost count of the number of times I’ve tried to setup again from factory - but I always get the same issue, one of the pair goes offline after about 30 seconds.I have 2 APs in my home and I’ve tried on one of them in case this could be the issue but same result.

Hi Everyone! I would like to  update "my sonos-5" and "connect" with new sonos items to be able use everything under S2 program. I heard that I can be granted for 30 percent discount for that. How can I proceed ? Help is most appreciated!

I recently moved house to a place that has speaker in the ceilings throughout the downstairs. They are all wired through to a comms box. Do I need the Port or the Amp to set this up and will it allow me to play different music in each room or will it only allow one song to be played throughout?
