Hi AllHope all is well.I have a Sonos ONE in the kitchen running as expected with Alexa.I have just added a PORT into the lounge hooked into my existing amp and speakers.Via the Sonos App I can get both the PORT and ONE playing music together in sync.I use the ONE for voice control and I what I would like to do is is ask the ONE to also play music into the lounge at the same time rather than using the Sonos App.  I am trying to set this up via the Alexa app adding groups but Its all getting a little confusing. So simply put, music is playing on the ONE, I then want to add the PORT via Alexa so both the ONE and PORT are playing at the same time in sync.Anyone any ideas, is this possible? Thanks :)

I noticed this problem earlier this week. From my Sonos Favorites, I click on The Loft (Ch. 710) and i get the message. “Unable to play the selected item”.  Go to SiriusXM service and click on All Channels and all  of the 700 series channels are missing, the highest one listed is 470.  I removed the SiriusXM app and reinstalled it and no change.  I use the Sonos  S1 controller. Someone needs to fix this please.

At work we have an old sonos device connected to an old windows pc.. windows 7 i believe. The problem is that in the sonos app on the PC most things are greyed out, as in I can't click them. When I click the spotify button it says "your spotify account must re authorize, connect to another controller" huh..?When I try to update the sonos app it says there's problem with windows installer, when I try to download a newer windows installer it wont work.. feels like no matter what we are doomed.. I was wondering, can i somehow connect youtube to the sonos maybe? Because spotify seems to be no option.. i just want to be able to play my own music.. so far we can only play radio stations..  I tried to connect my phone to the sonos but it doesn't seem to have bluetooth, and It's hooked to some unknown wifi while I only have 4G.. Silly question but I guess there is no easy way to make your own "radio station" and play music from there?  What it looks like: https://imgur.com/a/93mkNcR

Is the feature in the backlog?

Hi All,Can anyone recommend how to stream high quality Grateful Dead?  I have SiriusXM but can’t figure out how to get the higher quality internet/app version to stream over sonos.  Satellite is understandably lower quality but there is a higher quality over the internet and over the phone app.  Has anyone dealt with this and have input? An altogether new GD streaming source would be great to learn of also.  Any input?thanks,Dave

Hi All,Not sure how best to explain this but when I open the app and try to search I can’t scroll down the list of services to see results from other services, I start to scroll and something happens and the screen goes back up to the top When I go to the list of Services & Voice I see that list constantly flashing as if it’s refreshing?  I have Amazon Music, Apple Music (x 3 accounts), BBC Sounds & Sonos Radio Any suggestions?

I am building out a home network and Sonos solution at the same time. I am planning on having a couple of amps wired via ethernet in a closet, but I also want to add one by our pool area. The SonosNet wifi definitely won’t reach there, but our home internet will, which would mean I’d need to go with a wireless setup, right? If that’s the case, will ethernet work on the ones inside the closet despite being in a wireless setup?

When I am playing music stored on my Samsung phone, the playlist or album wont play the next song unless my phone is unlocked and it will just stop. When I then unlock my phone it will carry on playing is there some setting i need to choose.

How can I listen to BBC local radio when the Winter Olympics are on ?

I purchased a Sonos Roam - it did not work. I have returned it and purchased another is the hopes that the first was simply defective. How do I remove the original Roam product from my account - as I have returned it to the store.

I’d like to take my pair of Sonos Moves to a friends house for a visit. What’s involved in hooking them up to a different wifi (while the rest of my sonos gear remains home) and then hooking them back up to my wifi when I get home?

Would you PLEASE add Scribd to Sonos Services?I asked this 2 years ago and still nothing and I have not been the only one, I reached out to Scribd and they said it has to come from your end, not theirs.I also requested the add to queue option for audiobooks like there is for music, would love to know where this is in development as well.

Hi, I had the problem that dialogs were extremely soft on my Sonos Arc + Sub + 2x One surround. I already tried:Enabling Speech Enhancement Enabling Night Sound Tuning via TruePlay Disabling the 2x One Surround Disabling Loudness Manually tweaking EQ Resetting to factory defaults and trying these things once moreThe problem remained. I found several threads with people reporting the same problem, some even returning their Arc:https://www.reddit.com/r/sonos/comments/ocsxnw/arc_dialogue_too_quiet/ And they all provided the same tips and strategies that I already tried and listed abive. Some of the tips would help maybe 20%, but dialogs remained extremely soft to the point where I too considered returning the Arc. I was coming from the Playbar and never had such issues. Then I found this post:  which explained that the Arc does not support LPCM which my Apple TV 4K was sending out. In the Apple TV 4K’s audio settings, I had to explicitly opt out of Dolby Atmos and let it re-encode all

My local university radio station is cjsw.com. I can use my Sonos app to listen to the station with no issue. On the web site they have all the programming available to listen to after the fact. I can go back a month or two and listen to a show I may have missed. I can find no way on the Sonos app to open and play previous programming. Does anyone know if this is possible? If not possible it would be great if Sonos added this as a feature. And if it was dependent on the Radio Station allowing it I’m sure CJSW would be more than happy to oblige if a donation was made.

I’m trying to add a second-hand (ebay) Boost to one of my S1 systems. On the first setup attempt, the S1 iOS app indicated that a device reset was required. That’s plausible. I’ve now reset the device, twice, generating the expected set of flashing LED sequences. On several subsequent attempts, the app just doesn’t find the Boost. The Boost is wired to the network, has acquired an IP address, and is pingable from other devices over both the wired and wireless networks. The Boost’s LED is flashing green, as one would expect during setup. Is it possible that if the Boost was previously used on an S2 system (as is likely), there’s a problem in now adding it to an S1 system?

Hi Folks,I noticed today that below Sonos Radio stations have disappeared:Glide Path Drum & BassI’ve been unable to find an announcement about their removal. Are they missing for everyone?Does Sonos publish release notes for radio station changes? Many Thanks

Please help me restore sanity and a working system oh wise ones!I’ve been using this set up for 3 years and @ratty and @John B double checked my thinking, and set up, which was correct and not complicated.Draytek 2760n router, Google hub, Sonos bridge into hub and various S1 speakers dotted about. It’s worked like a dream until now.All  that’s changed is I’ve switched to VM and have a Hub 4 in modem mode, into the Draytek and Google hub / bridge connected as before. I did have to disconnect everything but it’s all gone back exactly as was.  The Google hub says the bridge is wired, but the Sonos app keeps dropping, and when it does connect it seems to be on WiFi as the ability to change channels is greyed out, indicating SonosNet isn’t in operation. If I cycle the bridge power it seems to reconnect but only temporarily.I don’t know what I’ve done but I’ve broken it somehow and don’t know how to fix it. It’s been a struggle to get the Draytek and VM hub to talk but that’s sorted (albeit

After my Samsung Galaxy S20 updated to Android 12/One UI 4, I have lost the Sonos controller as a lock screen widget. The latest OS seems to group lock screen widgets in categories, such as “Music.” All of my device music/podcast app controls work as lock screen widgets in the music/media output category. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get the Sonos controller working again on the lockscreen - never fully recognized how useful it was until it was gone.

Please can we have hi res audio for play bar?  I can’t see it on the list of supported products and plan on keeping it for another couple of years yet. Thanks, Duncan
