playlist text encoding error

I’m korean and I’ve problem with playlist on S2 

I use synology nas and I take it to the sonos S2 sucessfully
There is no problem to play with file name  but text seems to be broken in the playlists 


It is just only playlist and tags 

there is no problem with file name. 

How can I fix this problem?

This is likely not something the Sonos community can help with, as it appears to be a font support issue. I would recommend that you call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.
