Turn off HDMI-CEC control on the connected TV peripherals (Apple TV etc.) or use CEC-Less adapter between the TV and connected device. Power off all just for a few minutes (not standby) and then see if that resolves the issue. HDMI auto-switching is likely your issue, particularly as it’s a Samsung TV.
