Really disappointed that Sonos voice assistant isn’t available in Hong Kong yet in your stores in HK you readily market it that you have voice assistant but you don’t….this is false advertising…What I want to know isWhy isn’t it available outside of the countries listed here? When is it going to be rolled out? 

Is it possible to run the Sonos amp with a pair of One SL’s as the mains? I have a setup where I have existing power close to both speaker locations but won’t be able to run speaker wire due to existing construction. The reason I’m looking at the amp instead of the port is that I want to get a turntable and HDMI ARC into the system. Sorry if this has been asked before but I’ve searched the forums for a while and couldn't find anything.

When I stream multi-room including my study (where the port is the only device) several times a day the music will stop in the study with no error visible in the app (but continue playing in the other rooms).  when I check the app, the study is no longer selected.  If I add the study back again it works for awhile (sometimes minutes sometimes hours) before that room falls out again.  it doesn’t seem to matter what streaming music service  I use although I use SiriusXM most frequently.  All of my devices are Wi-Fi connected and I’ve done some basic troubleshooting (Wi-Fi signal strength measuring, google mesh testing, reset router and all mesh devices etc.) without changing the nature of the problem.   where can I start to troubleshoot this - is there an error log someplace I can check? if you have access to support diagnostics, my confirmation number is 220085643. thanks!!  

Hello:This is my system…ARC + 2 FIVES (as surround) + SUBThis is issue:I can’t use/see FIVES LINE IN available in app to connect my turntable.Of course if I remove surrounds from the bundle I’m able to use them.So how to do it without modifying my setup. 

My roam doesn’t make any sound at all. No sound when playing a song and no system sounds. Same issue in both connect and bluetooth. Any idea?

I added SirusXM service to my Sonos controller.  I can make it play through the speaker if I select it within the Sonos controller, but if i ask Alexa to play it, I get a message that the account has been closed and to talk to Sirus and/or Sonos.  I have re-loaded the service multiple times, downloaded the Sirus software App to my PC, changed PW and user names on the Sirus site and then in Sonos, all with no luck.  I get the same message.   I don’t understand how I can play it through the Sonos speaker when selected within the controller, but can’t access through Alexa/speaker.  Suggestions to get this to work?

My play base disappeared from my Sonos app one day. My play 1 still shows up. I have tried to reset and reconnect multiple times. It only shows in my network if I connect it with an Ethernet cable to my router. Which is not an long term fix for my Situation, this is the first I’m in Six years I have had trouble with it. App is up to date, running Latest build. anyone have any ideas what else I could do?  

Having upgraded S2 to latest versions the EQ icon is not appearing in now play window.  Any suggestions?

Hi guys, I am a proud owner of a Sonos Roam speaker. I love to carry it when visiting friends and barbecuing at different places with WiFi coverage.I prefer the WiFi connection so the music keeps playing even when I move farther away from the speaker.Any chance to see an easy and quick connection of the Sonos Roam to different WiFis? Or advise how to do thiss in case I have missed this option? Thanks, Toller

What is the error message that is displayed when one reaches the maximum number of tracks?Or, if there is no error message, what indicates that the limit has been reached?

I have a Sonos arc for my tv and a Sonos 5 and a Sonos 1 at my disposal. Can I link both of them up to get surround sound or do I need two of the same type of speakers? (e.g. buying another Sonos 1?).thanks!

I have tied to reset  my password with little   actually no success.   I press the password rest get a link and then update the password and nothing happens  the new password does not work.  It is most annoying and I have made sure that I am using the correct email address and I  follow all the steps.  Still no action   by the way  It is a Roam   I already have a beam and a sonos 1   It is really beyond my comprehension why it is necessary to log into a Sonos account to activate and use / set up/change something that I have paid premium dollars for.  This is enough for me to return the Roam and ask for a credit.    I’d appreciate any and all suggestions 

Using an arc and Sonos 1 speakers for surround. Wanting to have full stereo throughout the system instead of surround. Want to rears to have the same thing as the arc coming out. Is this possible in any way. 

It’s very frustrating that I’ll pause a movie or something to then go grab a snack, answer a phone call, and do a few other quick things and like 10 minutes later I hit play and there’s no sound for the next 5-10 seconds while the sonos stuff turns on again. I understand there’s people like me that want things to stay on forever or at least for like an hour or so, and there’s other people that want it to turn off after 1 minute of inactivity, so a setting is certainly the way to go here.

My Sonos Amp:Connect keeps flashing orange (start/pause button) and white (bar below it). I powered it off, disconnected the speakers, re-connected everything again, but lights keep flashing. However, speakers are working ok and music is playing. How do I get the lights to stop flashing?

Hello all! I current installed an Epson TW7000 projector (https://www.epson.co.uk/products/projectors/home-cinema/eh-tw7000#specifications) and purchased a Beam soundbar for the audio. To the projector I've got connected through HDMI a Playstation and the TV cable box.Because I've learned the hard way there is no Bluetooth built in the Beam, I'm at a loss as to how to connect the Projector to it. The Beam should be placed above the projector screen and so wires would be a bit messy.I need your help please as to how I can connect the Beam via Bluetooth to the projector... Or if that's not an option and the sound quality will be horrible, what other ways are there to make the connection work? Thanks!! 

My Sonos is working perfectly with other speakers, but one speaker is not working. It is plugged in and shows when pressing the on off button flashes red. In the system itself it shows I have all speakers working and also it shows music sound is going to that speak.

Hi there Sonos experts !I have a simple, but annoying, difficulty that I’m hoping someone has already overcome or reached a dead end with.I regularly group a number of our Sonos speakers together so we don’t get the phasing issues with them when moving from one room to another (kitchen, dining room, study). I have always used the Sonos app to group/degroup  them (& have enabled the Sonos skill in the Alexa app so I can speak to ‘her’ to play music, raise/lower volume and short circuit the syntax to do so), but I’m curious as to whether I can also use specific syntax to also group/degroup the speakers from one another if I want to play different music/content in different rooms, rather than having to use the Sonos app on my phone/iPad to do so ?If the answer is ‘you can’t (yet)’ that’s fair enough, but I didn’t want to not use the feature through ignorance. Cheers,Mike

Samsung TV (2019 series8) connected to Sonos ARC via HDMI arc.  The Netflix native app on TV shows ATMOS tag but it’s only Dolby digital plus 5.1 on Sonos app.  When using Prime (again native app on TV) shows Atmos on Sonos app.What am I missing?Changed HDMI cable.Tried already reinstall Netflix app on TV, logout/ login in, used friends account etc no change.Reinstalled, updated Sonos app from Apple store to latest version.  Removed and added arc, again no change. It’s still shows ATMOS on Netflix app on TV and 5.1 on Sonos app. It’s really frustrating, can someone help? Any suggestions? Thanks!

Is a Beam (x1) + One SL (x2) capable of true surround sound? Hello, I have the aforementioned Sonos equipment, and am not sure I am able to get true surround sound (speaker isolation). I have a Samsung TV (probably around 2015 model), and have my Beam wired with the HDMI to Optical to the TV set. My sound output on the TV indicates that it is outputting DTS Neo 2.5 (there is no way I am able to highlight the DD option, it is greyed out all of the time). I have setup the system in the Sonos app correctly, and have the surround pair setup so all 3 speakers are connected and working. I am using a surround test file on the Pirates of the Caribbean DVD. My Sonos app indicates it is receiving DD 5.1; however, when running the test and the test indicates that the only speaker that should be playing is a rear, sound is somewhat quiet from that speaker and still coming out of the front. So I just got the Roam yesterday for the primary use of connecting it to my projector via Bluetooth and then ‘sharing’ the sound with my existing pair of One SL. But the Roam doesn’t ‘share’ the sound to the SL, whether on WiFi or BT even though both sets of speakers have been grouped together.When on WiFi and using my Andriod Sonos App, if a song is first played on the Roam, it won’t play on the SL when it is added to the group. If the song is first played on the SL, it will play on the Roam when added to the group. (No issues with creating the group for both instances, but no sound on the SL in the first instance)When the Roam is connected via BT to my phone/projector, the sound won’t play on the SL when they are added to group. (clicking on the Group icon on the phone app shows both sets have been grouped and playing). Most of the times the SL doesn’t play when added to the group, sometimes it plays for a split second before cutting out. I’ve only managed to get it to play as a grou
