I have S2 running on two laptops; Windows 10 and Windows 11 OS.   S2 was working fine.  Now neither  laptop can find my SONOS system on my network.  I have made no changes to my wifi network.  I’ve downloaded and reinstalled S2 on both laptops.  When I try to connect to an existing network I get “Your SONOS product was not found”.   Did SONOS change something on the windows S2 app?  Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

The Windows controller (running on Windows 10 in my own case) is working fine here .. might it be your Firewall blocking access or other security software like a VPN or even some kind of router issue?

If not attempted already, I would certainly try a reboot of the router and see if that may resolve the matter.

Thanks Ken.  I rebooted the router as you suggested and alas S2 on both laptops connected.  Oddly, the SONOS app on my android phone worked all along which is why I didn’t suspect the network. Lesson learned.  I don’t run a firewall on the laptop that I keep my music library on as the controller was unable to find my music library although SONOS had configured Windows Firewall AND library is on same laptop as the controller; another frustrating user experience.  Sometimes I wonder if an engineering or computer science degree is a prerequisite for being a SONOS customer.  Thank-you again.
