As the title states, are there any Sonos products with a coaxial input?

My setup is Beam (Gen 2), two Sonos One SL and Sub (Gen 3). Also have a Playbar with 2 Play:1 and Sub (Gen 2) in another room.  I kept having the Sub (Gen 3) disconnection when on wireless mode so I switched to wiring the Beam and deleting the wireless network. The Beam is wired to a Linksys router extender. All the components, including the Playbar based 5.1 system now seem to connect through SonosNet. Everything shows WM:0. However, only the Gen 3 Sub keeps falling off to the “?” mark. It seems strange that only the newer sub keeps disconnecting when everything else works fine. In order to reconnect, I have to reboot the Sub and then it works fine for a few hours until the question mark shows up again on the app. Sucks to have to keep doing this every time plus I loose my tuning every single time it happens. The Sub (Gen 3) is only about 3 or 4 feet away from the Beam 2. Hello, so I got my beam 2 sometime last year and I hooked it up to my 4K Phillips Smart TV which I use as a tertiary monitor on my PC when I want to watch a movie or an anime or something. For the first few months it worked flawlessly, but one day it started to drop only certain sounds from whatever I was watching. For example, background music in a show would not play unless two characters were speaking. Any time there was a gap in speech the music would stop. This has also happened with some background noise such as rainfall. I’ve tried factory resetting the device but the issue persists. I have tried removing my PC from the equation, and using the beam solely with the TV, and that seems to fix the problem, it works perfectly fine until I hook my PC back up to it. Any help would be appreciated

Hi all, from a few weeks, the Deezer service on my Sonos Connect stoped to work. I have a Premium Deezer contract.Is there a known issue with Deezer those last weeks?Yesterday, i rebooted the Sonos Connect. It changed nothing. I tried to add the deezer service even if it was present and i had an error message, something like “issue with authentification. if it continues, contact your Sonos support”.I delete Deezer service successfully. I tried again to add it and i had the same error message.I reset my Sonos Contact. Now, i have only one available service which is “last.fm”.Please, how to have again the list of all the available musical services like before the reset?The version of the Connect devive is 8.6 and i can’t upgrade it as i use an old dedicated Android tablet to pilot it.In advance thank you for your help.

Hi. How and what is the best way to connect Sonos Connect to an A/V Processor ? Do I need to use TOSLINK® optical audio cable or a digital coaxial cable ? How to use the Processor’s DAC  ( Not the Sonos ) to hear best Audio as my Processor is preferred.  I am adding my A/V Back panel , Don't know where to connect the cables.  Thank you.  

Hi, I have recently installed a new Sonos One and it when plat=ying through Alexa, it repeatedly cuts out for a few seconds then restarts by replaying the previous 1-2 minutes of previously played music.

I just removed my library and the controller has been indexing for a couple of days I removed incompatable products in order to install the S2 app all smoke and mirrors nothing is happening how can the music play if the library is removed how do I set the path to a NAS Storage device where can i find the whatever it is address to the NAS device they tell me to ask manufacturer Manufacturer is dumber than I am

I bought the sonos arc , ones for surround and the sub .I just got 1 Five can I connect it to my surround as a center channel or just so I could hear them all together or do I have to buy the 2 . If so I definitely need to return it if I need 2 to get it to work . Thank you 

Set up is arc, sub g3 and 2 one SL’s. No sound from right one SL. Diagnostic config is 2030156316. I will try and resent the one SL to factory default to see if that works. Powered off the router for 2 mins and power cycled the Sonos kit and that made no difference. If anyone else has any ideas I would appreciate it. Thanks in advance 

I am redoing my garage and have an HD Projector mounted in the ceiling, sent to a 110” screen.  Previously, I had hard wired speakers through my AVR, playing content from my FireCube.  I purchased a new port and 2 new SL1s so that I could get rid of ALL the speaker cables for my 7.1 Setup.  I know im sacrificing surround sound capability for ease, but I’m OK with that.  I just can’t get sound to play through my new speakers.  Any suggestions? Current setup:HDMI OUT of Fire Cube toHDMI IN - Sony AVR Video Mono Audio OUT to Sonos Port In. Help!>!?! Thank you! SCarolina Man 

I got the Roam yesterday, and was able to get it to work and I added other devices when I linked them to Roam.  But now the other devices will no longer work on their own.  When I click on the “play” icon, it immediately goes back to the square - stop - icon.  Tried the computer, my iPad, nothing works without having the Roam as the primary device.  Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

I use the SONOS app on iOS.  When i deselect a speaker they all stop playing music or whatever and the app freezes and is unusable.  Any suggestions or help would be useful.  I had this system as it is supposed to be flexible etc and should not have to reboot the router or whole system every time i want to stop playing sound from a speaker.

My wife has some hearing problems.  We have an Arc and still most of the time she has trouble hearing the dialogue.  One of the problems may be that we sit very far away from the tv.  I am now considering another Sonos for the table situated next to her. Hopefully something small and out of the way.  What would you reccomend? Would this even help the situation? 

I have two Symfonisk bookshelf speakers in my living room paired to work in stereo. Up until today they have performed perfectly.  I’ve had them for about a year.  Today they suddenly started losing the stereo - one speaker would drop the audio and then pick it back up. It is occurring in both speakers - it’s not like just one goes out.  It started out fine this morning.  After I had been listening for about 30 minutes it started and hasn’t stopped.  I’m not finding anything like this when I google - most people have one speaker go all the way out.  Both of mine cut in and out.  Help!

Hi there…I have several Sonos speakers. One (Sonos Arc) of them is wired to my router.Issue: My Sonos Move was not visible - so I went ahead and got it connected from my iPhone. Now it plays - BUT the Move is NOT visible from my PC (Mac).Any suggestions please 🙏

Hello all,I’m looking to improve the sound in my golf simulator room by using some of my spare Sonos play 1 speakers which I was hoping to link to my Denon 3700H AVR. I would be obliged if someone could take a look at the connections on the back of the AVR and advise whether this can be connected to a Sonos Port or similar and indeed how I would do so? I use a Nest Hub to play music on one of my Sonos speakers. I have three speakers on my main floor. I cannot seem to get the the Nest Hub, which uses Google Home, to play on more than one speaker at at time. That forces me to open my phone and then add the other two speakers to the playing speaker. Is there anyway to fix this?

Amazon UHD subscription. In the Amazon app , when I select UHD music to play, on my S2 app ‘Now Playing’ doesn’t show any information regarding the format playing via the Arc.

I just recently bought 3 IKEA Symfonisk speakers which I have 2 as a pair in the living room and one in the kitchen connected over WiFi. Almost on a daily basis I need to reboot the router to get the speakers to work. Sometimes the app can’t find the devices, sometimes it can’t play the music on them etc. etc. I am very disappointed with how this works. There must be another solution than rebooting the router all the time? I am working from home and I can’t reboot the router as I need it for work.For instance, right now I only have music in the kitchen which I managed to start. Now the Sonos app says it can’t connect to any of the speakers but the music is still playing. Is there  a solution to this or is it just a waste of my money?  

Hi guys, I have an issue with my Sonos arc with DTS audio, for example when playing a Harry Potter movie I have to change the settings to PCM in the bd player, and then the audio then works but it's only in stereo PCM which is a bit rubbish. My Samsung TV is only a couple of years old, but only has arc, not e-arc. The TV can handle dolby digital plus from what I can see in the TV settings. I tested with a Dolby Atmos movie played via Plex (TV Plex app), and the Sonos app said atmos, so it does seem to be able to cope with it. I also tested a DTS-HD movie in Plex, and I got sound, but Sonos app said it was Dolby Digital 5.1, which is weird. ​​​​Why can the Arc not handle DTS HD audio from my bluray player?​​​​​​I tried a new hdmi cable to a brand new 2.1 version, same issues. Lastly, my Disney+ app will only show 5.1 audio as well. When playing Netflix Dolby movies, app says DD 5.1 plus. Any advice appreciated!   

My speakers continue to cut in and out. I’ve unplugged all of them and restarted the app and there all running on one wifi so I’m confused? My diagnostic number is 752225820

The Connect Amp Gen 1 is cheap used by me.I have a good pair of JBL speakers, and several Sonos One and Play. rather than pairing (software, outdated) can I just run and Ethernet cable out of my Sonos One into a Connect Amp Gen 1 Ethernet port? And then the Amp can power the two speakers? thanks!

I am need of some support.  To clarify I have had number of Sonos speakers and google home devices for over 5 years I think so am familiar with both technologies and their capabilities however I have recently purchased an Arc which is the first sonos speaker I have owned with built in assistant capabilities.I have set it up and the “hey google” wake word works 99% of the time regardless of how loud the speaker is this is fine.  However I have found the actual voice recognition is very hit and miss.  I have been doing some experimenting and to remove variables I only use a single voice command during testing “activate the movie scene”.  I have found that this probably works less than 50% of the time.  When it doesn’t work it is not miss understood, the speaker simply ignores the command completely.  Sometimes it only detects part of the command but sometimes it is the start of the command or the end of the command but never the bit in between or misinterprets the words.  Furthermore I h

I have previously used the Amazon Prime Music service but have now taken up the offer of a free 3 month trial of Amazon Unlimited which offers 90 million songs, many of which are HD. My question is if my Sonos system of Soundbridge 100 and Zoneplayer 90 can handle the HD tracks. Also, is there any way in the Sonos app of seeing if a track is standard or HD ?
