Hi, is it possible to connect a turntable with a preamp included to a sonos connect 2nd gen, so I can play wirelessly through my sonos speakers.

Yes, this will work fine. Just make sure the preamp is turned on.
Yes it is. The line in on the Connect is RCA stereo. You just need suitable cables and/or connections.
