LG oled optical out to playbar to surrounds and sub.  Eeros router.  When starting or switching stations sound is distorted for a few seconds to a minute.  Stops immediately if I turn of surrrounds. Please help. Thanks 

Hi I have a Sonos Beam and 2 play ones as surrounds. I also have a connect amp and would like to use it with a third party powered sub. Would this work as a 5.1 setup and would the sub volume work with the beam as its a powered sub and it has its own volume. I have a red and white rca line input, would I need a 1-Male from the connect app a to 2-Male RCA Audio Cable. Thank you.

Hi, I’d like to ask for some help. I have just bought the full Sonos Cinematic system including an Arc, Sub (Gen 3) and Two One SL’s. There is a problem. De Sub en One SL’s keep disconnecting from the Arc. I think that I’ve tried everything. I tried using the Arc wired so it can make its own wireless network trough which the Arc can connect with the Sub en One’s and only use the WiFi from my TP Link x60 mesh network, connect everything via ethernet. But no luck. What I noticed is when my tv switches to Dolby Atmos (LG OLED55CX6LA) the problem sometimes occurs and won’t go away without rebooting all Sonos products. The TV is set to E-Arc to get Dolby Atmos. I tried using an Apple TV 4k (the latest one) and LG’s built in apps. But using both ways the problem still exists. I tried looking for answers within the Community but couldn’t find a solution that works for my situation. Thanks in advance!

Hey all, I have a Sonos Beam, a sub and two One SLs for rear channels for my TV in the living room / kitchen. I also have two more One SLs in my bedroom and office and a Sonos Roam in both bathrooms. I find that Dolby Atmos sounds best in the main room because of the separation of sounds. However, if I want to listen to music throughout the house, Dolby Atmos is deactivated in the main room and I get what appears to be ultra-HD, which may or may not be 5.1, but certainly has less sound separation in the main room. I assume this is normal behavior so stream the same signal to every speaker. Is there a way to get Dolby Atmos in the main room and also have music playing in the whole house? If not, I would strongly suggest this as a future update.

I am interested in getting the new Sonos Ray but our tv is a bit older. We have a digital audio out that looks really similar to an optical outlet, which is required for the Ray. Does anyone know if that port will work?

recently my playlist started skipping over any song from amazon music, but would play all others on the playlist.  when i select a single song/album to play from amazon music it plays fine.  large playlist, so it would be a pain to replace all amazon songs on it with other services….   any help would be greatly appreciated, thxthe error im getting is “sonos unable to connect to amazon music”

I have 2 x ZP100 and 2 x ZP80 that, despite all working perfectly, it’s probably time to ‘upgrade’ them….more because S2 might be worthwhile having (hmmm).I understand that I can get a discount on buying new Sonos products if I submit them into the Upgrade Programme but really unclear how this works if I retire all 4 items at the same time.Each ZP80 and ZP100 shows 30% discount. Thus if I submit them all into the Upgrade programme can I then buy 4 separate Sonos items, at different times, and get 30% off each? Or if I submit all 4 items at the same time do I get only one 30% discount on buying one Sonos item?Or do I just enter say one of the ZP80 into the Upgrade programme, get the 30% discount, buy a new Sonos product with 30% off, and enter the next ZP80 (or 100) into the Upgrade programme some time later when I need another Sonos product, get 30% off...and repeat until all 4 have been ‘Upgraded’?I also see in the FAQs that I can keep, and continue to use, the ZP80/100 even after ent

My sonos system is dropping out while playing both Spotify and Tidal.  It sometimes comes back to the same track, other times skips to the next track and other times jutters then completly dies.  I have tried resetting routers, hard wiring one in to my ethernet but nothing seems to resolve.  My diagnostic number is 888534667

I had an urgent need, and I mean urgent need to get the volume turned down…NOW. Couldn’t get it done because of the pop up ad nonsense from the brains at Sonos. Why does this crap have to hinder an otherwise smooth operation? Ditch the billboard!

I’ve been using SONOs products for the past year, and never had any problem with them playing music. However, I could never connect via Bluetooth to my Sony Bravia TV (2020, 65-inch - Model # KD-65KX75CH) so I bought an ARC this past month. I connected the HDMI directly into it, and … It wasn’t the miracle home theater experience I was looking for. PROBLEM:* The sound constantly cuts out every 30 seconds for a brief second (noticeable)* When turning audio up/down via my SONOs app or the remote control there’s also a blip in the soundREMEDY:* ?IS THIS:* A Google App/SONOs issue?* Do I have to play with my settings somehow? Thanks in advance for any suggestions or solutions.

After years paying for Spotify, and having flirted with Apple Music for years as well, and abjuring Pandora, I’ve finally decided that YouTube Music does by far the best job of curating songs for me based on just a little bit of criteria. In short, YouTube Music is the coolest. And yet as has been well noted by other commenters, Sonos completely sharts the bed when it comes to software integration with YTM. Don’t know about others but I can get mine to do a sum total of zero functioning, as far as YTM is concerned. It honestly feels to me like there was some spat between programmers or companies that resulted in a what is essentially a big eff you from one to the other, or a detente perhaps, where someone pissed someone off or had a huge ideological difference of opinion, words were said and then  everyone walked away from the conference room table, and left to sit there what is basically a 1/8th developed integration option that does nothing but get people angry. Hi All,Hoping to get some support here as Sonos support has been highly disappointing. I have had a Sonos Arc and Sub Gen3 for 7 months and recently added a pair of One SL’s to make the system a compplete 5.1.2. There were no issues initially until last week and quite recently I have started to experience the below symptoms: Sub Gen 3 and Surrounds completely pair out and produce no sound Produce Lag when a track is played All speakers show Online in the app (Arc+Sub+LS+RS)  and I dont see “?” Problem is consistent across platforms when it happens » Playing TV, Apple Airplay, Netflix, YoutubeI have a basic Wifi setup with dual band wifi and mesh that has been there for 6+ months. I have an outdoor tv that I would like to be able to play over my Sonos amps that have wired outdoor speakers connected.  However, I don't want to connect one of the SONOS indoor sound bars to be able to play my TV across all my outdoor speakers.  Has SONOS considered some sort of adapter that would connect to the tv audio outputs (but not necessarily a speaker) that would be visible in the app to group other speakers with?   Or a very small speaker that would connect to the tv that would be hidden behind a mounted tv? 

I was wondering if anyone had a solution for a scratched top of a Sonos Playbase other than just living with it? Whether it be a cover, a special solution or even reaching out to Sonos to see if they’d sell a replacement shell. I’m less disappointed than I would have been when I first got it, but I haven’t quite progressed to just letting it go. Thanks in advance to anyone that answers. 

Hi All,Since my last post I have added 2x Five’s. So, I have a Beam & Sub.2x Five’s at rear as surround (although in settings I have no way to control the “Surround audio” - I cant set the distance between myself and the fives.. I could when I had 2x One’s as rear surrounds)as the front stereo pair I have the 2x One’s.The problem is, when I want to watch TV I have to turn off the 2x One’s as they create an echo (These One’s were forced into a different room - TV Room 2.Music is fine with everything on.I would have thought this set up would be the perfect 5.1 ??I am probably doing something stupid as I’m tired :(

When will this be fixed??? It has been down for weeks. I opened a case and was assured Sonos was working on it and that it would be fixed soon. 

My daughter is away at college and would like to use a new Sonos Ray for her tv in her apartment. She has her own separate router set up but no ther Sonos devices. We have our own home Sonos network as well where she would potentially have it. So what’s the best way to go about doing that? Can you have 2 networks for one device and switch or would you have to in essence delete one network on the device and reset up each time?

Good afternoon, I was using SONOS fine yesterdays and then today I am getting the message that sonos is unable to locate the server. I have contacted Apple (IMAC) and then have gone through all troubleshooting. This is a frequent problem and I am getting fed up with the inconsistency of use. 

Hi All,I have an LG Oled C7V (2017 year) and Sonos Playbar. Looking for upgrade to Sonos Arc, but have a question related to newly supported formats (Atmos, TrueHD etc). there is a note that TV should support eARC which is supported with HDMI 2.1. But according to various articles i have read, the HDMI 2.0b also supports Dolby Atmos. Questions - will i get all the Sonos features working with my TV?

I would like to add 2 rear speakers to my Sonos Arc, but I’m confused about which ones I need - is it the Sonos one, or Sonos one SL? I don’t understand the difference - thank you!

I have an Amp connected to speakers on a deck and today there was no sound coming from the speakers.  On the app everything looks like the Amp is connected as it’s indicating music is playing.  i checked the volume and to make sure it was not muted and it wasn’t.  I tested the speakers by connecting them  to another Sonos amp and the music was no playing.   I then tried to connect the Amp with the issue to another set of speakers and still no sound but looks like music was playing on the app.  Wire’s are connected via the provided screw clamps I removed those clamps wiped out the area and then connected the speaker wires to banana plugs and still no sound.      Has anyone else had a similar issue?  Amp was purchased in 2019.   

Hi Everyone! Been looking for months to find an answer and figured it’s time to ask the community. Here is my situation: I’ve got 2 older amps (connect:amp and a ZP100) that each run a pair of Klipsch 650-SM ROCK SPEAKERS (FYI- each rock speaker is true dual speakers). These run on the S1 app since the older amps don’t support S2. My entire house is S2 and I’ve come to a point that I either need to downgrade all my speakers in the house to S1 or figure out a way to bring my outdoor speakers into the S2 world. Would I be able to purchase 1 Port and use it for both older amps? While they’re currently set up in 2 outdoor zones, one zone would be fine. Or do I need to bite the bullet and purchase 2 new Sonos Amps? Any other ways to make it work without dropping $1k+? Thanks in advance!
