There are several system design issues that I cannot get around.  Please advise.I have two separate locations in which I own and regularly use 19 Sonos devices. This includes one Roam that I take back and forth between sites.  I have Amazon Echos to control the speakers, along with the Sonos app on my phone and my PC.Problem: I cannot use Alexa with both networks at the same time (even though Alexa has no problems controlling other devices across separate networks).Details: In order to control Sonos devices with Alexa, I must use the Sonos skill in the Alexa app. When I enable the skill, Alexa knows I have Sonos speakers on two separate networks, and asks me to select one by listing the Sonos devices that are on each network. Once selected, things work fine on the selected network, but do not work on the other. When I wish to change locations, I must disable the skill in the Alexa app and re-enable by choosing the other network. This breaks the first.  If I am in location A but my wife

Hello. Before I return my speakers - I thought I would check here for advice/ideas. I have 2 kids who do not have tablets/phones in their rooms. They do have their own Spotify accounts on my family plan. I bought 2 gen 2 Sonos One speakers hoping I could put then in their rooms and set speaker 1 to leverage Alexa to play Spotify account 1, and speaker 2 to leverage Alexa to play Spotify account 2. I see that I am able to associate multiple Spotify accounts within the Sonos app, but it appears that I can only able to select 1 account to play on either given speaker. Further, when 1 speaker plays music, the other speaker is not able to play different music. For example, if speaker 1 plays song A, and speaker 2 starts song B, then speaker 1 stops playing song A.  My goal is to allow kid 1 to listen to Spotify account 1, and kid 2 to listen to Spotify account 2 at the same time, without conflict, and to have this able to be controlled via voice controls. Do I have any options here? If not

I have a set of Dali Rubicon 2 stereo speakers that I was planning to be run by a Sonos Amp. I have been told (not tried yet), that the Amp will not have sufficient power. The setup is primarly to be used as a stereo for music, but I also wanted to be able to connect TV sound.  Any recommendations how to setup my stereo speakers? Can I use a Beam connected to the TV and stream audio to a Port connected to external amplifier for the speakers? Will the be a delay?

I contacted Sonos 3 separate times to find out what devices support Trueplay (please do NOT send me links to Trueplay compatible devices on Sonos site. I’ve seen it and it doesn’t tell me anything.) I was told that the iPad gen 8 WAS compatible with Trueplay so I bought a used one and come to find out it doesn’t work. I was also told by others on forums etc. that it would work also. Between this and the last update I’m at my wits end. Why can’t Sonos put out a complete list of every individual ios device that supports Trueplay. Now I’m out hundreds of dollars. No, I don’t know anybody that I can borrow a device from. Can anybody tell me exactly which iPads (not iPhones) support Trueplay please!!!

I am in the process in getting a new TV (Samsung Frame) which will be mounted over a fireplace. I previously had a setup using a Sonos Sound Bar , Sub and two Ones. Mounting a Sound Bar (even the Arc) is not going to be feasible above the fireplace. What option do I have for TV sound without using a Sound Bar?  (e.g. just using the two Ones perhaps)? Thank youAnthony O.

That's it... That's my question! Reasons please... Thanks in advance community.

Another variation on what appears to be a very persistent and annoying complaint. (Diagnostics confirmation number: 938688458) When I first start listening to my Sonos system, songs in a Sonos playlist will play for a while (around two minutes) and then skip to the next song. After 10 or 15 songs have played, the skipping stops and everything seems fine. This is very reproducible but only happens after my Sonos system has been idle for more than 12 hours or so. It doesn't seem to matter if I use the iOS or Windows app.  I’m running a Sonos BOOST wireless network for the various Sonos products, everything else is hardwired on a GE IPV4 LAN. Music is hosted on my Synology NAS, but I had exactly the same problem when my library was on a local Windows machine. For what it’s worth, this problem only cropped up sometime early his year. Absolutely nothing has changed with my network setup and it’s the same NAS hardware. If I had to guess, it sounds like some kind of network buffering issue to

Changed routers, lost all 3 devices from Sonos 1 app, nit compatible with 2 app. 2 x amps connected with Ethernet then showed up and converted to wifi - all ok. Sound bar is downstairs, stuck to a walls NR no chance of Ethernet connection and it will not appear. Tried the button press flashing orange light etc but doesn’t find it. Add a product doesn’t find it, etc etc - any suggestions?

Why cant i control spotify from sonos vouce control or use gooogle assistant to control spotify through sonos

I have an ARC and LG C8 connected via the HDMI ARC port. About 6 months ago, the sound started not to come out of the ARC and when I tried to turn up the volume, I received this volume bar at the bottom of the tv with a green music note merged with the bluetooth symbol. I disconnected and rebooted everything, some times the problem would fix itself, sometimes nothing would change. I can’t figure out why it’s doing this… I’m in the process of purchasing a new cable to see if that’s the issue. I have ran a diagnostic - 740537237Has this come up before? Is there any solution beside someone blowing me off and telling me it’s the TV or something else?

Is SUB compatible with SONOS 5 gen 1 AND 2?

The Sonos Controller for PC app keeps grabbing focus.  This happens while minimized and while not minimized.  I am experiencing this behavior across multiple PCs in the house.  Is anyone else experiencing the same thing?I’m using controller version 11.5.

Hi thereI have Sonos play 5 speakers ( first generation I think) in a pair with a sub. They are all operated wirelessly, but I have a bridge plugged directly into my network with Ethernet. All have been working fine for several years now, but recently I have begun having issues with the stereo pair and sub. They play fine for five minutes or so, but then the sound from one speaker drops out entirely and the others are low and muffled. After about ten seconds or so everything starts playing fine again. It’s quite annoying. I have a tp-link AX5400 Wi-Fi 6 router running both 2.4ghz and 5ghz. The speakers are less than 10m away from my router and bridge with no walls between them.

Hi everyone, I am finding myself a bit confused with all of the audio options that come along with the Pro-Ject T1 Phono SB Turntable and am hoping to find some input.I own several Sonos products such as the Beam, a set of the Play:1 speakers and the sub.My questions are:Is it necessary to purchase another speaker like the Five or can I use something to push the sound out to one of my existing speakers? If I do need to purchase a Five speaker, is it possible to group it together with my current setup and play the music through my existing speakers?Appreciate any feedback and insight! This is also my first time venturing into the turntable space. ☺️

Hi, i am restoring my living room and i am getting a steel beam in the roof behind the sofa.Inside the steel beam its room for one sonos ray on each side.  can multiple sonos rays Play music together?  also in the future, if i get an sonos arc for example, can the sonos ray work as a back speaker ? regards Benjamin

Sonos app on iOS (currently 14.12, but this issue started sometime before that): touching an existing alarm in order to view/change its settings freezes the Sonos app. Have to kill/restart it. Can toggle existing alarms off/on, can create a new alarm, but can’t get to the settings to change the time or volume. I know that I could access these settings as of late February, so the problem crept in after 14.2. I can access these settings through the desktop app -- but (for example) the volume control is an uncalibrated slider, so I can’t tell whether I’ve set the weekend volume the same as the weekday volume. So it’s not ideal.

Just got this TV a couple months ago and initially had the same issue but ended up resolving it by unplugging the one connect box and reconnecting. After a power outage last night the sound bar is no longer being picked up by the tv. Theres no damage to it (surge protected) or the TV. For some reason the TV picks up that something is plugged in to the eARC slot, but it isn’t giving power to it. Has anyone else with this neo qled set up found a fix for this? I understand that this is a fairly common problem with Samsung TVs. I honestly wouldn’t have bought the TV had I known it would be giving me this problem.

HelloIn a large room there are 3 stereo pairs of Sonos One speakers. They connect via Wi-Fi and there is a PC with Windows 10 connected via Ethernet to the router. There is iTunes streaming music from Apple Music via Airplay. When I start the music all speakers sound good however after a while they gradually becoming out of sync and thus echoing. The speakers are brand new.Could you please help how can I fix this problem? Thank you!

HelloI have 4 rooms set up (4 stereo pairs SonosOne speakers, connected via Ethernet, Wi-Fi disabled)From time to time I can’t connect to one of the rooms from AirPlay and I receive “Unabe to connec to Room1” error message. I get the same error message on iPad and iPhone as well (iOS15.5).However I can connect and stream to Room1 via the sonos app.Sometimes this issue disappears for weeks then it comes back again and the problem is always with Room1 and via AirPlay. Do you have idea what can cause this issue?Thank you!

I upgraded to an IMac running Monterey, and I used the migration assistance to move my music library between the networked computers. I then used the ITunes export and import feature for Expertsapk to transfer all of my playlists from my old iMac to my new one.I then uploaded my new music location to my Sonos system, had it indexed, and was able to access my whole music collection. Imported playlists, however, were not included, and the system now displays "no selections are available" instead. I have kept up with all relevant discussions in the Sonos community, but nothing has changed thus far. I've updated my index, made new smart playlists, and built new playlists, but Sonos doesn't play anything.

Hi,My Move doesn’t turn on anymore after working perfectly. I went a week on holiday and upon return my move won’t turn on anymore. It have been sitting on it’s charging ring all that time. Therefore I think it’s definitely charged and I’ve tried every combination and fixes/resets I could find. The only thing I couldn’t find on the internet is the way the battery leds are flashing. These leds are orange solid for 5 seconds, then off, then solid 5 seconds and so on…It’s not the normal short on/off charging orange led cycle.I’m now trying to let it drain completely for 5 days, hopefully when recharging it will come alive again. In the meantime, anyone an idea what it could be?Thx,Bjorn

Hi- I moved homes and am trying to set up my old Sonos Sub:Gen2 with my new Sonos Arc. It looks like Sonos has my Sub:Gen2 still registered with my old home and I don’t have access to that old system via the Sonos app to unregister it from that system. How do I get it set up with my new system in my new home?

I setup successfully my SYMFONISK speaker using my Sonos App in my Android phone. Few days later, I use my friend’s iPhone to setup the same but with different Sonos account. she was not able to. Now my Sonos App also not able to connect to my SYMFONISK speaker.  Does anyone encountered this?

We have a new built house with an open space kitchen/living. We listen to a lot of music all the time. I have provisioned two play 5 at the corners marked with red (power and ethernet connection at 2.5m height). Will it be enough? Any other suggestions?
