I am hoping I can run 2 sets of speakers for 2 separate rooms off of one Sonos amp.   any suggestions or do I need to buy another amp?  

Only started tonight but I'm getting a different album from the one I requested on Amazon Streaming. Tends to be a simliar genera but completely different artist. When I ask for album info I only get one track listed. It isn't the one playing! 

I have a Sonos S2 system with a few Ones and a Roam in it.  We’re going on holiday soon and would like to take the Roam with us and put it on the holiday home’s wifi network.I’ve read other posts saying I can go to the general network settings and add multiple wifi networks which sounds exactly what I want.However, I’m just a little confused.  If I take the Roam away from my own network, how do I connect to it so I can put the new wifi network in?  Sorry I’ve seen a few questions on it - a lot about using multiple Sonos systems which isn’t what I’m after - but I’m obviously missing one small detail.  I’m sure this must have been answered elsewhere.

Just bought a Sonos arc and sub refurbished from sonos.com connected to Samsung qled via hdmi arc and original cable. But after 30 min there was a loud pop/crack and then shut down. This happen again after a reboot.  there was also some crackling/static sound once. diagnostic id : 1295034610   

I have just recently moved to my SONOS system which is superb. I do have one issue as I have a Ray connected to 2 One SL speakers and Trueplay set up.  A couple of times now it goes onto mute. When I tap the Play on the Ray it comes back to life. Any idea why this happens and how do you deliberately set it to mute as I cannot see any instruction to do that?

I recently purchased a Sonos Roam SL speaker and connected it to my computer. But sometimes the volume balance goes high and sometimes low. Is it the speaker issue or the issue of my computer? I was totally puzzled about what to do. Could someone please suggest a solution that might assist in resolving this issue?

Hi I’m just checking if this is normal. I currently have a playbar two play ones and a sub in one room. I’ve recently purchased an arc two one Sl’s and sub which is in another room. I’m about my system it’s show the kit in which room it’s assigned to but not the two subs. Is this normal. I do feel like since I’ve added the new system that I’m not getting the impact I used to have when I just had the 5.1  

I just want to remove a Play:1 from my S1 Controller, and then add it to my S2 Controller. It seems that would be a rather common procedure, but I cannot find it either online within Sonos or on third-party sites.

My Sonos One and Echo both stopped responding to voice commands last night.  While the Echo is now working correctly, the Sonos I'd a different story.  I have tried everything, including a Factory Reset.I'm hoping someone had some fresh ideas.

I have an lg television 49UN711C0ZBwhich is connected to my Sonos arc through the earc port and the sound set to pass through to the sound bar.HDMI 1 is set to bitstream and I have connected a Sony input x800m2 blue ray player.this is my second blue ray player that I have bought when playing a film the trailers sound amazing with the Sonos app reporting that they are a 5.1 formatas soo. As the film starts to play the sound quality drops and the effects are reduced.the Sonos app is reporting the sound as stereo.this is frustrating as I get Arnos and 5.1 when I use any of the tvs built in apps and also 5.1 from my virgin boxcan anyone help me with the correct settings as I don’t want to send another blue ray player back 

I want to avoid having to pass wires through the wall if possible. Does know if I can connect a Sonos Beam (Gen 2) to Samsung Smart TV wirelessly?

im not sure what has happened, I am still using the s1 app but three of my speakers now say they are incompatible and they worked fine before, I am trying to down grade which has worked on one of them but not on the other two, but even the one that is downgraded will not let me add it back into the sonos 1 app as its saying its needs to update first and it cant update because of a problem with the boost and one of the other speakers, this is all way beyond me   

When I click on an album in prime music, I can no longer see the tracks on the album.  Instead it immediately starts playing and it doesn’t stay on the album I click on.  It is as if I clicked on a band’s station and not the album.  Anyone having problems with this?

Initially thought this was just an issue with my One, but checked the Roam and also not responding to any Alexa commands. Other non-Sonos Alexa devices all fine.Tried all the usual troubleshooting suggestions:Disabled/re-enabled in Alexa Skills Checked correct Amazon account in use Factory reset Sonos devices on network Deregistered devices from Alexa Removed/re-installed Alexa voice service on both Sonos devicesWhen re-installing Alexa on the devices the process completes successfully in Sonos (Alexa says “hello” etc), but Alexa app still says they are “offline”.Any other ideas?

Hi,So I'm sure this has been tossed around before but couldn't quite find the clarity I wanted.I have 2x Sonos Five's, I would like to buy a Sonos sound bar also and just wondering would it work out fine to have the soundbar below the TV with the fives on either side of the TV so that all speakers are in front of me. The soundbar would most likely be connected via hdmi with the fives connected to it wirelessly. Would this setup work without any drastic audio delays or other issues? What might be an alternative if so?Any clarity is appreciated!

Anyone else having issues with the end speakers on their Sonos Arc? Purchased Sonos Arc just last year along with Sub and additional speakers and once installed they have not been moved or rearranged, etc yet one of the mesh fittings on one of the end speakers has completely come apart. Any recommendations or suggestions?

I have an Arc, One SLs and a Sub Mini connected to my Sony X95J through eARC and an AppleTV 4K. I keep encountering a problem where my Arc gets an HDMI error and my TV will only use the TV speakers and the Sonos app just stalls when I try and switch the audio to the TV (it says an error happened but no code). The issue is immediately fixed when I unplug the HDMI and plug it back in.From my initial observation it appears to happen mostly (only?) after I’m airplaying to the Sonos system and then try to turn on the TV to watch something.I do use my AppleTV remote as my primary remote that powers on the TV and starts to the last used input.I’ve spent hours googling this issue and can’t find much about it. Not sure if it’s the Sonos or my TV.

When Tv Autoplay is enabled it takes control of the Sonos Ray bar when playing music from Spotify (when Tv is off). I'm thinking the TV must be sending a signal via the optical cable and the bar detects this and changes input sources. With TV Autoplay disabled I have no issues, the same when unplugging the fibre optic cable with TV Autoplay enabled. Samsung TV.Anyone have any suggestions?  

Will the Roam speakers work with Play 1 speakers? We have a paired set of Play 1 speakers in our kitchen overhead and want to use/pair a third portable outdoor speaker for our outside deck as one system. 

Hi,the sonos app (mac and iphone) keeps on playing random songs instead of the songs and albums i select. in addition, i cannot go into the albums themselves (when i tap/click on them, it stay on the same view, and starts playing random songs)setup: 2 x Play:1, 1x playbar. Sonos S2 OS.i have deleted the app, removed amazon music, reset the system, but the problem is still there.i simply cannot play the music i want! Please help!

I’m going to upgrade my current Sonos One speakers (2) that I use as surrounds.  Is it as simple as removing the current speakers and then adding the new ones as surrounds with my Arc and Sub?

Without powering it up. Unit it disconnected from my system, so all I have is the serial number. The Beam itself does not say on the unit. Purchased new in October of ‘19. I’m fairly certain it’s a Gen 2. » I’ve powered it up. Still nothing that says G1 or G2.Bottom of unit says “Model S14”. Runs Sonos OS S2. Hardware version 1.23.1.10-1.9. Series ID: A100.
