Bonjour,J’ai lu de nombreuses plaintes au sujet de la présence de la publicité au démarrage de l’écoute d’une radio, juste après le jingle “TuneIn”. Je trouve ça également insupportable : d’abord parce que survenue sans en informer les utilisateurs, ensuite parce qu’apparemment, Sonos ne réagit pas, enfin parce qu’il semblerait que c’est incontournable.Depuis qq temps, l’utilisateur peut choisir entre TuneIn et Sonos Radio. Pourtant l’écoute d’une radio comme France Inter sur Sonos Radio déclenche la diffusion sur TuneIn !! Bien entendu, avec pub ! Qqun peut-il me l’expliquer ?

Hi. I have the Sonos amp powering two speakers for the TV. I also have the Arc and was wondering if there is way to play both simultaneously with TV or music. I have a Sonos sub as well and two Ones for surround. Thanks. 

Hello,     I currently run 6 connect:amps to passive speakers and 2 play:5 speakers to power whole home audio.   These were set up in 2012 so all are Gen 1.   The system stopped working recently so I started attempting to individually connect each one to the sonos system (S1).  I was able to connect one amp, however the app does not allow me to “add another product” to my account without updating the app.  Obviously, if I update the app to S2 (which I assume is what the app is asking me to do) I will not be able to use my Gen 1 Connect:amps ? Any suggestions how to reconnect my current hardware since the app is not allowing me to “add another device”, the option is grayed out and when clicked it pops up telling me to update app or not be able to add anything else. Thanks!!

Hi I just want to share my experience to the community and I hope no one encounter the same issue as mine. Hopefuly someone from sonos can see this and give me some guidance on what to do next. I always love sonos brand and recommend to many of my friends, however the recent events make me hesitate to continue to do so. I have a broken sonos roam which got warranty  exemption after initiate contact with sonos CS team (which is nice!). But as I am currently overseas, sonos service team said there will be someone contact me and issue an RMA label slip. After a week, no one contact me, so I had to contact the service team again. This time they say they have a internal error and someone will contact me within a week. Unfortunately that did not happen either. so I tried again...but still, they said my case is responsible by my region distributor and someone will contact me. but sadly still no contact.I email the ceo mail box on their support page, no response at all.In short, after nearly t

I have 2 SONOS sets of equipment.   Each is under a separate Wifi and ethernet sub-net.   I can control each of them from my iPhone using Sonos app.  To change configs i simply logout, change my ethernet on my iPhone and log back in.   This works great.My question is that i would like to transfer one of these systems to someone else.   Can i use the transfer ownership under system in the iPhone to transfer ONLY the system (SONOS components) that is connected to ethernet that iPhone is using?  Will that leave the other SONOS components connected to the other ethernet sub-net alone?

Should Sonos make a speaker in the wall for a home theater set up 

I recently installed a pair of Sonos One speakers. They keep disconnecting. I spoke to Sonos tech support, who ran a diagnostic and said that the problem was that my two routers have similar names (one name is “…..”, and the other is “…..-5G”. He advised me to change the name of the router and/or call the internet service provider. This all seems more trouble than it’s worth for setting up two small speakers and will likely just return them and go with a different system, but wonder if there are any simple solutions.

I'm using a Sonos Five and Pro-ject T1 phono Sb turntable but when I go to use it no music will play unless I unplug the aux chord and turn the power off at the wall and then reconnect. Unplugging and plugging the chord back in doesn't work by itself. If I unplug the chord after every use still doesn't help.

I have just recently added a Sonos entertainment system to my bedroom. I have the Sonos arc paired with a Gen 3 sub. The sub has been causing me many problems in my 2 weeks of owning it. The sub will sound amazing when first paired and it will be booming. However, over time the sound quality seemed to decrease and the oomph that the subwoofer had was completely gone. I would have to increase the sub level even higher than normal to even try to achieve the oomph I once had. I decided to purchase the Sonos Boost to help with any connectivity issues. I cant tell if the Boost really helped or not to be honest. If i place my ear close to the oval opening in the Gen 3 sub it seems to emit a sound that sounds like an old film reel ticking over and over. When the sub was performing at its best with the oomph I was looking for, there was no weird film reel ticking sound when i put my ear close to it. I just want to figure out what the hell is wrong with it. Im sick of purchasing more things to

I have had a Sonos surround system comprising Arc, Sonos One SL, and Sub. Recently I purchased another Sonos One for a different room. All these products  are connected via wifi. I go through the setup process and add the new Sonos One. But say after a day or two, the iphone Sonos app indicates that Sonos One is “not connected” and I have to repeat the whole connection sequence again including factory reseting Sonos One. I update the iphone Sonos app, disabled Private Wifi as some other community post suggested but this loss of connection keeps happening repeatedly over past couple of weeks. Any pointers on what could be wrong here?Thanks

Hi, My grandpa uses Sony Bluetooth headphones to the Samsung TV, which is equipped with a Sonos playbar and two speakers. The problem is, the second the Bluetooth turns off, the TV sound then goes through the TV speaker and Sonos, which creates an echoing sound. This is also visible in the settings from the TV: Bluetooth shuts off when the headphones are turned off, the optical sound turns into TV speaker.  Does anyone knows a solution to prevent this from happening without having to change the settings every time?

Hi I have a Sony ag9 4K olde and have Sonos sound bar. I can’t use my Sony remote to turn volume up or down on the sound bar I have to use my sky remote

Hi, i’m looking for some advice on a modification to my home theatre set up.   I had until recently my tv set up with a Sonos playbase and a  Sub (gen 2).  I was very happy with how that sounded.I recently changed the configuration of my set up and put the tv on the wall,  this has made the playbase and  therefore the sub redundant.   So i want to replace the playbase with a soundbar but i do not have the budget to buy an arc and think the original playbar is too chunky so was looking at a Beam or even a Ray.   Would someone be able to tell me if the Ray would work fine with the Sub (gen2)  i think i might have read somewher that the sub would be too powerful for the ray.   If that is the case would the Beam work fine instead?  Would i get away with the 1st gen Beam?  Things to consider,  my tv is a relatively new 55 inch LG but does not have Dolby Atmos.    Many thanks in advance.

Subject says it all, it is ridiculous that we have Google Home products in Japan since many many many years, and there is still no integration with Sonos.Could the Sonos team at least state whether they have the intention to get this working?I don’t think there are legal problems, because you sell Sonos One with Google Assistant, so incorporating is definitely not an issue legal wise.So why don’t you support speakers like the Sonos 5?

When I try to connect to my Sonos system, the circle just keeps spinning around and it just doesn’t connect. It connected yesterday I don’t understand why. Anyone know why? I have several sonos products and it happens with all of them.

why can’t alarm music be selected from sonos favorites??? 

Sonos system was working fine then it wasn’t. I had to unplug hdmi cable to allow tv speakers to work, but all lights on the system were working just no sound.

Hello- I have had an arc+sub for about a year now with LG C1 tv… since I have had it the arc will often not come out of standby and wake up when I turn the tv on… most noticeable in the morning after things have been shut off for the night but it seems somewhat random and intermittent.when this happens, usually the tv will revert back to tv speaker and if I switch back to HDMI arc nothing will happen.Other times, the tv output will stay as HDMI arc but the arc stays in standby as far as I can tell and no sound. If I try to change the volume, the tv shows a volume icon with a line through it like a mute symbol. Also, switching tv sound output to something else and then switching back to HDMI arc does not change anything.  The only way I have found to get sound back is to unplug the arc and replug.  Any ideas what could be going on? very frustrating issue that I have been just putting up with… but i am about ready to just ditch the Sonos. thanks   

I am currently looking to purchase a Sonos 5 speaker for my turntable. I want it to stream most of the time, but I also want it to be ready to play records at a moment's notice without changing the setup. I know it can do both, but I’m not sure if I have to constantly go into the app and select/deselect the "line-in" option every time I switch from streaming to "line-in" and back again? It’s a bit of a deal breaker if it doesn’t know how to handle switching on its own, as I won’t be the only one using the speaker on a regular basis. A much less important question... As I plan for future upgrades, I’m wondering if you can pair a sub-mini to a five (or set of fives) and an Arc at the same time. Not to play at the same time, obviously, but could one sub switch back and forth between the set-up that is used for home theater and the other set-up that is used for playing vinyl?

Hello to everyone, I just got a playbar and connected to the TV and I works great. My problem is that I'm not able to connect to my account from the app. I can connect  well from the website but not from the app, meaning I can't use the services like napster or Spotify. It keeps saying that the email or password is incorrect and I don't understand why. I've tried changing it twice already but I still have the same problem. Any idea why ? Thanks a lot Romain
