Hello! Will the music be in Hifi if I stream it in Airplay from the Deezer app directly and can I see this information on the Sonos app? Thanks in advance for your help and best wishes for the new year!

No you won’t see the audio quality displayed in the Sonos App, it just shows as ‘Airplay’ (see screenshot attached). S2 compatible Sonos products will support audio upto 24/48KHz (bit-depth/sample rate), but for Airplay2, perhaps see the things mentioned in the discussion here:
