After working with four Sonos tech support people, my wife somehow got my playlists findable on my Windows computer However, they are not findable on my iPad and iPhone. However, the song that is playing does appear as normal on the  two devices when the sobg is playing. Any ideas?

First, try force closing the controllers. If this does not resolve the issue, you can “reset” or remove and reinstall a fresh version. Nothing critical is stored in the controllers.
