Hi, I have a Sonos one SL and I use the sonos app on IOS. When in ibiza I used a sonos system in an air bnb and played ibiza global radio on the app. All fine. Came back to the UK and bought my first sonos to play it here. Setup and the app won’t find Ibiza global radio or any other ibiza stations really. I’ve added tunein but that won’t find it. I’ve researched about adding radio but not getting anywhere.Am I able to add this on the sonos app and play in the UK? Presumed it would just find it straight away no problems. Struggling, help!thanks 

I have a play 5 which I occasionally would like to use in the garden with a line in from my phone. This means unplugging it so that it forgets that it is connected to the line in. As there is no WiFi in the garden it is then impossible to instruct it to accept line in again.Does anyone know a workaround for this?

I am willing to pay someone in Sono to produce an app to be able to sound on the hour and on the 1/2 hour of choosing various church Bells that would even stop the music for the on the hour church bell and 1/2 hour bell sound. I would even let sonos rent the app to make some monies . I live in the mountains and work outside and would love to know what time it is by listening to the church Bells. 

New system not connecting. Being told to factory reset.

With Stitcher going away (does Sonos even know this?), I transitioned to Spotify to listen to my podcasts on Sonos. Open Spotify on the Sonos app and all you get is music playlists. Why doesnt the interface match the actual Spotify one, and why is this the case with just about all of the Sonos APIs. They are all missing some key elements. 

Hi All, I have an AVR and I connected a port to it. Now I can switch to the Port input and it will play stereo out the left and right channels in my theater. My AVR has sub pre-out’s and I want to purchase a powered sub and attach it to one of  the pre-outs. Will the Sub work with the music streaming out of the Sonos Port ? I obviously also expect the sub to work when I am just using the theater normally as well. I am still figuring out how to also replicate the stereo sound to my rear channels as well. I have a Denon S660H if that helps. Would appreciate any feedback on this.Thank you.​​​​​​​  

I have Fire TV stick, Sony Bravia TV, Sonos 1 gen Beam and 2 one sl speakers.  Speakers fine with music but when play TV no sound in one sl speakers. Do not see pairing option on TV settings. Any suggestions appreciated.

Is there anyway to get Google Assistant working on the Era 100?  

I am planning to add Era 100 to my existing Sonos speakers. My reason is to use line in and connect my turntable to the Era 100. My question is as follows: if I connect the turntable to the Era will the sound then also play over the other speakers in my room (they are grouped together )? I have two Play 1’s and the first generation playbar in this room but also other play 1’s in other rooms. Thanks

I have a Samsung Q7F tv connected by ARC to a Sonos Beam 2 and Mini-Sub.  The combination is capable of great sound and crystal clear dialogue but annoyingly the TV often defaults to PCM which is not so clear.  Then it requires going to the tv settings>sound>expert settings to select bitstream out and Dolby or Dolby +.   We use the tv between UK free to air SD, HD and Netflix, Prime, Disney, iPlayer.  Does anyone know if the Samsung Q7F can be set to default to automatically select the best sound?

Hi,I’m not sure which products to choose when upgrading. Pls help :) My current setup is listed below, I’m currently using the S1 app.Amplifier: Connect AMP Main speakers: B&W 606 Subwoofer: B&W ASW608 Extra speakers: Play 1 (2 pcs) Sonos BridgeI would like to switch out the old Connect AMP with the new Amp in order to get my TV connected to the setup…. questions:Will I be able to keep my Main speakers and Subwoofer? Will I need to switch out the Play 1 speakers (dont think they work with the S2 app)? Will I still need my Sonos Bridge, or does it have to be replaced? Should I also get a soundbar?Thanks!!! :D_Michael 

I have a Beam connected to my TV through the ARC hdmi channel. It’s worked perfectly for around a year. Now suddenly the sound has started dropping and disconnecting from ARC randomly for about 1 to 4 seconds. I have done all the resets etc found in this forum and elsewhere. I have even talked direct with Sonos and gone through their recommendations like changing the Chanel number etc, but still the same. Now something new has happened. When listening to streaming music today, it cut out the same for approximately 3 seconds before reconnecting. I know this is the same problem as the TV as when I look at the display on top the white light is flashing before going solid white again. This has at least told me that the TV is NOT the problem, but the sound bar in some way is. I’ve tried different power connections but no difference. My wi if in the room is excellent and I never get any drop out or disconnect from it. Bit of a long shot but anyone else with this particular problem. I’m think

Sonos roam wireless charger not charging 

Hi, did a we chat this morning as I had a bit of time to finally sort out this Beam not outputting audio from my TV. The Beam suddenly outputting sound from my tv around 2 months ago. I tried to reconnect via the app but it wouldn’t work. It did however work through the app when I plugged the Ethernet into it direct but still wouldn’t play the tv sound. The tv was not old but we decided to move it to the bedroom and have a new one downstairs.Set up the new tv and still no sound from the Beam or connection. Decided to give up.  This morning we did a reset on both the app and the Beam. Outcome - the beam is now connected back to the app and plays sound from the radio etc. But it still won’t connect to the TV. The end error always says ARC not detected. Now, iv tried this on 3 separate TV’ (all Samsung), made sure ARC settings are enabled and selected the receiver as the sound output. I have also tried multiple HDMI cables. Hi all, I have a large-ish music library, around 30,000 files, mostly mp3 and a few flac.I've shared the music folder on my PC and want to add it to Sonos app so I can play it on my speakers.I do the 'add library' steps, give the path, username, password and that's all fine.On the Sonos home screen I think see the Music Library with a message that it is syncing.So far, so good.However... When I return to check on it later, the Library icon is gone from the home screen and the library is not shown in settings.I go through the process again and the same thing happens, I've tried it 5 times now.I've rebooted the PC in case of any issues there (no errors showing there).I'm sharing this library successfully to Plex so I'm pretty sure my library / PC is not the problem.Also, I've added Plex to Sonos and that can play fine.I could just use Plex but I'd rather not be tied to it and would like to see the native Sonos library interface.I'm using the latest version of the Sonos app for Android 13

Using Sonos on Android favourites do not appear anywhere

I have had my play bar connected to my TV for many years and I did not think I had the audio cord connecting from my tv to soundbar. I remodeled my house and had my guys reinstall. However, now I’m not able to use my play bar and it doesn’t connect to my Sonos. Do I have to use the audio cord to connect my TV?

Hello! Our apartment complex has a sound system that we want to turn off completely. We keep setting the volume to zero or setting the music to off in the app but every morning at 0800 the system turns itself back on. Is there a way to turn it off completely?I’m not sure about the model aside from there’s two little Sonos boxes in a service rack with an app we control it with.

when playing music our ceiling speakers((Sonos) sound tinny.  They are off sonos amp.i have changed volume level on app and tried full and ambient. Also, sometimes after playing music home theatre sound as if surrounds dropped off.

Good morning folks, been a while.Have seen this is the past but only very occasional. But yesterday and this morning, it’s happening a few times.I have a Tidal playlist (also saved as a Sonos playlist) with Tidal as the source. It’s been playing to two Amp’s that then feed to some B&W in-ceiling speakers in the lounge and bathroom.But at odd times the past half day, both have started playing tracks out of an OST playlist at very random times.So at about 5.30 this morning we had Nicolas Britell’s Succession Theme and then just past 6.00 Johann Johannsson’s ‘The Beast’ from Sicario. If you going to woke by anything, they are both great tracks to be woke by, but I’d rather have the choice. 😀There have been no configuration changes or additions. SW is kept up to date and I’m not aware of any updates the last couple of days.Interested if anyone has any procedures or solutions that I can look at to resolve this.Many thanks in advance

Due to power & ethernet access, I want to place the Arc on the shelf above the TV. That shelf height is about 8feet. The back sofa is about 12feet from the TV. The room is 20feet x 20feet. Will Arc be good in this configuration?  Will probably add Sub+2xEra later. Thanks!  ps/I am replacing 20-year-old Bose Lifestyle 50 :). 

HiI have two Play 5 gen 1 speakers and a projector with HDMI ARC.I connect the projector to the input of an adaptor. Then from the output on the adaptor I have mini jack going to my PLAY 5 Gen 1...but I do not get any sound.I am wondering if it is possible at all to connect my PLAY 5 GEN1 to a unit that has HDMI ARC... even though I convert from hdmi to mini jackKind regards Martin 

Hi - has Spotify disappeared from Sonos for others? It’s vanished from my app - and I can no longer add it as a service, or play to Sonos from the Spotify app. Hoping a glitch as haven’t seen anything about this anywhere. cheers!
