I have a Sonos Arc in my living room and I would like to add one additional speaker in my kitchen to play the same sound as my TV.  Mainly to listen to the TV while I’m cooking dinner.  I can see the TV from part of my kitchen and currently have to crank up my Arc to be able to hear it clearly.  I don’t need anything fancy so I am thinking a Sonos One?

The Sonos arc rubber base has started to lose its stick holding it on after owning it about 2 ½ years and is dropping down on one side. Will Sonos help me with this as it’s really very disappointing as on the wall mount it now looks terrible.

I currently have a 3rd party receiver that I use for my surround sound system.  If i connect a digital cable from my reveiver optical out to the  Ray's digital in for sound will that connect with my Play 1 speakers for the sound?

Hello. There is no access to routers or AP’s in this retirement community and my 94 year old mom would really just like to listen to a little music on her Play One.I do not know what to say to the IT people who are well-intentioned and helpful, in order to get them to help this process.Any advice would be very much appreciated.Thanks, David

Hi there, When tapping into my "My Likes" YTM playlist in the S2 app on Android, I get a message "Unable to browse music."This is a large playlist, and another large playlist in my library has the same problem. From Google searching, I've seen reports from about 2 years ago of the same issue, though it appears that it was resolved back then.I've reinstalled the S2 app, and removed and re-added my YTM account. My sense is that this is caused by the 999 song limit in the YTM API.This playlist worked fine up until very recently, and its been well over 999 songs for a long time. I'll guess that either something has changed on the YTM API side, or the approach Sonos is using to workaround that limit (perhaps fetching only 999 songs from large playlists) is no longer working.I expect a response from Sonos might be that it's a YTM problem, and to contact them, but I do hope that Sonos engineers can take a close look at the Sonos side just to be sure.Thanks for great products, Greg

Hi,I have an existing Project turntable (with built-in phono preamp), an integrated stereo amp, a Sonos port, and external speakers and I’m after thoughts on the best way to connect them up.I could connect the TT (using the built-in phono preamp) to the port, then connect the port to an input (CD?) on the stereo amporConnect the TT (bypassing the built-in phono preamp) to the phono input on the stereo amp, and connect the Port (CD?) to another input on that ampWould either approach produce the same sound quality, or would the DAC in the port provide a better outcome perhaps?Would one approach be better from a user experience perspective e.g. connecting the TT to the Port and using autoplay for line-in, etc thanks in advance 😊

Hello, I installed a Beam 2 and Sub Mini in my family room last week. Had a few issues with the Beam and decided to take it back to Costco for exchange. I did a factory reset on the old beam before boxing it up to go back. When I set up the new Beam, what do I do with the Sub Mini in the ap? Should I remove it from the ap before setting up the new Beam and then re do the sub setup? Thanks 

First question is can I use 4x era 300 to make home theatre with 3D and dolby atmos. If yes what is better - 4x Era 300 + Sub or Arc + 2x era 300 and sub? Thank you ☺️ 

hi everybody,I’m using a Project elemental turntable (no pre-amp) with my sonos system through my sonos 5.It works fine but due to the lack of pre-amp on my turntable, I have to put the volume of my spreaker very high.So I bought a Nano LP1 pre-amp (RIAA equalization).Now, the sound is horrible. There are crackling noises that make the music inaudible.When I remove the pre-amp, the sound is back to normal (but I have to turn the volume up to maximum again) I went back to the store to get the Nano LT1 replaced but I have exactly the same problem with the new one. I tried to lower the source level with my sonos app but it didn’t solved the problem.Does someone have an idea?Thanks for any advice.NicolasEdit : I tried with different cables...

Hello, I’m trying to use YouTube Music on my Sonos One (all worked correctly before)It’s asked me to re-authorize app with a 9 digit code. After I enter the code: Access blocked authorisation errorYou can’t sign in from this screen because this app doesn’t comply with Google’s secure browser policy. If this app has a website, you can open a web browser and try signing in from there. Error 403: disallowed_useragentPhone is quite old (Huawei Mate 9) - have tried updating my web browser, still no cigar. YouTube account is not premium. Is this a Sonos issue or to do with my iron age phone? Thanks for your thoughts! 

Hello,I have a Sonos Beam (connected to TV via Arc), a Sonos amp wired to 2 in-ceiling speakers and 2x Sonos Ones.The Beam and 2x Ones are setup together as surround sound.However when I turn the TV on the sound only comes out through the Beam not the Sonos Ones. I cannot work out what is going wrong. No issue with playing music though.   Is there a way to get the TV sound to come out through Beam, Ones and Amp/Ceiling speakers or is the Amp/Speakers purely for a separate use (music)?

Hi all.  I would like to install a projector screen and projector for my pergola that points to the pool. I currently have a television in the Pergola that is connected to an Amp through HDMI. I would like to keep this connection but also connect the projector to same Amp.  The ultimate goal would be for the amp to play audio from whatever source is sending audio.  At any given time I would only be using either the projector or the television, but not both.  Is this doable with some sort of HDMI splitter?  If so, do you have any recommendations for a splitter?

I have a new 5.1 Sonos surround setup that I am looking to connect an existing non Sonos 2.1 PC speaker setup I have in my office. These speakers (Corsair SP 2500) are powered but not connected to an outside amp or receiver. Everything I see about the port discusses connection to a receiver or amp. I am wondering if the port will enable my existing speakers to tie into my Sonos setup?

I have two grouped Era 100s, I want my gf to be able to control the volume (or song but volume is the most important piece) if I am playing music. How can she do that?

Hello,  I am looking at getting a couple of Era 100 speakers. I have a record player with a line out, and wondered if plugged into one speaker will it connect/play across all other speakers around the house?  I’m looking at the best/cheapest way to listen to my vinyl in multiple rooms. And this looks like it could be an easy work around for someone who is not very technical.  Any advice would be appreciated!  Ian.

Sonos works on all of my other tablets, phones, etc… The problem is with my Fire Tablet 7, 9th generation.When I open Sonos on my Fire Tablet then it says it needs updating.   I click on the update button, it goes to the play store, and when I click in the play store to update the tablet doesn’t do anything.  I have tried starting, restarting the app, nothing.On the Fire Tablet, in compatible devices, my Fire Tablet does show up as being compatible.  I renamed it to make sure it’s the correct tablet. It is. Any help?

Just purchased a single Era 100 for my bedroom intended to replace the Sonos One currently there and use the line in facility to connect my TV sound out via the headphone port, checked the help pages which tells me how to select the line-in source but the S2 app states line-in is disconnected even when the the USBC to Line in adaptor is plugged in, any ideas how how to make it work please ?

Hello, I have a house full of Sonos gear including a Move for times on the go.  Currently looking to outfit a covered but open air structure with 3 mounted TVs.  Dimensions are 70 ft X 36 ft, metal room is 18 at peak w/ TVs and speakers to be mounted at the break at 12 ft.  There are no walls but speakers will be protected from direct sun and rain/weather.  Central Texas so temps will stay above 100 in the summer but rarely stay below freezing for more then a couple of days.would Fives and ARC handle that environment? would 4 Fives installed at each corner (well inside the edges to avoid direct exposure to sun/rain) and an ARC under the main TV in the middle fill that much space?   Is there a formula or calculation to predict volume ?  The space is mix use, TV watching and music playing/dancing.  Like to hear any thoughts or suggestions.  Any considerations I haven’t listed here?   For context, I had initially ruled out Sonos as an option due to exposure to the elements and producing e

I can listen to TuneIn, use Amazon music but the app keeps resetting and now wont play YouTube music, it keeps saying the songs are in the wrong format halfway through a song. Nothing has changed in my network set up

I’ve connected to my Sky Glass today using earc. Dolby Atmos sounds better (tested using Top Gun Maverick). Two problems 1. I can’t get the remote to change the volume. If I pair the remove to the beam it will change volume but all to controls are gone.After getting Alexa to play Radio 2, I asked her to stop but then TV connection was lost until I unplug the Sky glass and turned it back on.
