I have purchased a Sonos Beam and trying to work out if it will work with my B&O Beovision Horizon 40’’ TV

B&O products are designed to connect to other B&O products, using proprietary connectors. It appears that TV has normal HDMI inputs, but no HDMI-ARC or optical output as required by the Beam. There are both official and unofficial converters out there which may allow connecting of other brands (they exist for audio, don’t know about TV). You would need one to convert whatever connection B&O has for their own speakers to an optical output. Or you could get one of the external HDMI-ARC extractors mentioned in this thread:
