I cannot connect to Spotify on Sonos app,it just shows an error page.i tried uninstallling and reinstalling both apps but it is still the same. What can I do to make them connect?

I’d certainly try a reboot of your router, followed by a reboot of your speakers.

I’d also double check that your address is set properly in the account settings at www.sonos.com

If none of that works, however, I would call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and network.
