2x dead roam speakers 14 mos/ 17mos use.  The china 18650 batteries are junk.  I guess the battery module is smart enough not to overcharge these lithium batteries to a thermal runaway condition and burn down the house.  Never buy these speakers, knowing they are disposable same as the cheaper ones.Good job on battery control module, no lithium battery fires reported yet!!

i would like to know until which year sonos shall provide battery replacement support on sonos move speaker. if anyone knows answer to this, kindly reply.

After moving to a new house with a different wifi, our system won't connect.

I bought a pre-owned Sonos One and trying to set it up.  It asks for the email address and password of the account associated with the previous owner's email address.  How can I erase or delete that account and set the device up on my new account?   Hope someone can help.

I have a Beam Gen 2 plus mini sub. I have just bought two Era 100s. I want to use them as surrounds (have done that). During the setup I said yes to stereo pairing, but that’s not in fact what I want.  I want the 100s as separate speakers in a group with the Beam, all playing the same full stereo music (for max volume in party situation).  Do I need to undo the stereo pairing before grouping the speakers by playing music on the Beam and holding down the play/pause button on each 100?  If so how do I do that?  Once done how easy will it be to switch between surround mode and grouped?

Dear All, I am planning to buy used sonos playbase and wanted to check if it is compatible with my Sony Bravia 49xd8305 TV.Could you please help me with this.BTW I have sonos play 5 connected to my TV and wanted to check if playbase adds any benefit over my play 5.Thanks in Advance

The service from YouSee Musik suddenly stopped for SONOS. I have tried to remove the YouSee Musik service and wanted to connect I again but now it is no longer on the list of selectable services in SONOS. Anyone knows of changes between SONOS and YouSee?

Himy sonos system is 10 years old. It includes a pair of play5 speakers, a playbar, and a zone bridge and is operated with the s1 app. I have recently moved to a house where I am using starlink for internet access. The starlink router does not have an Ethernet port. is it possible to use my system without connecting the wifi router to the zonebridge with an Ethernet cable?

Hi.  I have an arc connected to a Samsung QE60b and sky stream puck connected to tv. I am having issues where the audio cuts out for 2-3 seconds every 15-20 mins. I have tried every different combination on audio settings on both TV and sky puck and retuned via trueplay but the issue is still there and gets worse on different settings. I’ve read a few similar posts but haven’t found any workaround.  anyone have similar issues and found a solution. 

I bought a "beam" and now I'm undecided whether to add Era 100 or Era 300. Does era 300 make sense with a beam? Does Atmos work in the sound round Era 100 + beam configuration or only with Era 300? In addition to these I will also buy a sub-mini. Thank you

My primary streaming service is Tidal (lossless formats, 24bit, hi-res), etc.I am trying to get the latest information about what “hi res” formats Sonos supports from Tidal. I have read articles about 24 bit streaming from both Apple and Qobuz.Assuming the answer is “yes” - Does it matter whether I start a song from Tidal (then “connect” it to Sonos) or whether I start the song from Sonos?

My current Sonos system: Playbar, Sub, One SL (qty. 2).  I want to connect a turntable (I’ve not decided if it will include a pre-amp or not).  Assuming I use a turntable without a pre-amp, and do not utilize a non-Sonos receiver or amp, what are my best options for turntable connection to my Sonos One SL speakers?  Would a Connect Amp work, or is another solution preferable?

Hi there, Concerned I may have to rebuild my playlists in Sonos, comprised mostly of tracks from SoundCloud. Recreating them by adding a track at a time, when there are probably 1000+ different tracks up to now does not sound ideal.  After the "partial outage" of SoundCloud last week, no tracks on any playlists from this particular source would play/ will play. Tried many times to load different playlists with different tracks to different speakers on my system (have 3 different speakers)...none of them worked. This same behavior has happened both during the outage, and after the Sonos status page said the service was restored.  I tried reauthorizing my SoundCloud account multiple times, both during the outage, and after Sonos claimed service was restored...no tracks from SoundCloud would play from my playlists. Got desperate and tried removing/re-adding the SoundCloud account to my Sonos services, but still nothing plays. Fear this last action may have nuked the playlists. But good ne

I have 2 Sonos Subs, 1 Sonos Boost, 1 Sonos Playbar and 1 Sonos Play:3. I was able to pair all of them except for the Playbar yesterday to my Sonos app yesterday. The Playbar only had orange flashing light. However, when I moved them to a different location and tried to connect again today, it doesn’t work.I have tried to factory reset them but for example, on the Sonos Play:3, I only managed to get the flashing orange light, which never turned green. The light on the Sonos Playbar does not turn on at all. Steps i took for the Playbar was: Turned off power. Press and hold on the play/pause button, then turning on the power. Sonos ARC S19 connected with HDMI cable, not Fiber Optic. HDMI 3 Arc on TV connected to HDMI on Sonos. I have rebooted both TV and Sonos. I have switched HDMI cables. When I press Settings on TV controller, scroll to Audio output, and scroll down to select Audio system, it says, “Switching audio to external speakers.” Ten seconds later it says, “Audio system is unavailable. Switching to TV speakers.” When I disconnect TV and Sonos from power for 2 minutes, and plug them back in, it says, “Switching audio to external speakers.” Ten seconds later it says, “Audio system is unavailable. Switching to TV speakers.” In the Sonos app on my iPhone, when I go to Home Theater > TV Setup, it says, “Let’s get your Sonos connected to your TV.” After the required steps it says, “Audio System not connected.” The four tiny white LEDs on the Sonos sound bar indicate it is working properly. Hi all, I'm having problems with my sub mini. It is connected via my beam gen 1 which is connected to ehternet with the WiFi still enabled. I also have 2 one sls connected as well. Everything stays connected no problems or issues apart from the sub mini.  It goes offline with a red/orange coloured light. Having watched it tonight it runs and works fine and then all of a sudden the white light starts flashing then eventually goes to red.  I don't think it is over heating etc as I had it running for ages via YouTube off the TV and it ran fine.  I've spoken to sonos support today and they seemingly reset it so everything needed updating and said there was nothing wrong. The sub didn't work after this but it was connected and then started working after I updated it.  It always seems to coincide with watching the TV for some reason, but it's just a Samsung smart TV running emby via an internal app.  In terms of location the beam is wired to the ethernet cable and the sub is about 60cm away
