Last week I noticed that 8 of my Sonos devices were incompatible with the Sonos 1 app. Somehow the 8 devices were upgraded to 15.x. I have never installed the Sonos 2 app, so I don’t know how this could have happened.

I looked through the community forum and saw that I would need to factory reset these devices, then install the S2 app and downgrade each device. I was able to downgrade all devices except for my two ZP100 devices. The S2 app does not list the ZP100s to downgrade, so now I’m stuck.

Any advice on how to downgrade the ZonePlayers? I’m pulling out my hair with all theses steps to get my devices working once again.
