I am considering purchasing the Ultimate Immersive Set with Arc home theater system (Arc, Sub, 2x Era 300). Can I also use these speakers to play music from streaming or other sources without changing any connection to the Samsung TV?

Yes, you can stream music to the Arc setup directly from the Sonos app or from a music streaming app on a streaming device connected to your TV or a music streaming app from your phone (like Spotify Connect or via AirPlay from Apple Music). You don’t have to disconnect the Arc from the TV.
You can also select “Full Mode” for the surrounds so they mirror the front L/R channels if you want more sound from them while streaming.
