I have a Sonos Connect:Amp that has been working great until recently. I have read through several similar posts in here and performed some troubleshooting, perhaps the most helpful to highlight is after reconnecting the amp to the app, the light is white. I have no speakers plugged into the amp and I attempt to play music to the amp and it immediately begins to flash white/amber. Any suggestions?

That’s the troubleshooting I followed that had me test without the speakers connected to the amp.


Ah okay, In that case it maybe best to perhaps submit a Sonos system diagnostic report from within the Sonos App, note it’s reference and then contact/chat with Sonos Support Staff via this LINK and see what the Staff can perhaps suggest to resolve the matter.
