Hello all - S2 App IOS / Version 15.5 / Build 73042060The past few weeks, under SiriusXM, when I choose the “Live and Xtra Channels” option, I receive an error “Sorry, something went wrong.  Please try again”.  It will not load the channel line up.However, I can at times still pull up channels based on recent or favorites and play successfully.Thoughts on the issue and/or resolution?

I purchased a Sonos Move so I could listen to podcasts that are on the Patreon app, but the Sonos app does not offer Patreon as an option. Am I out of luck? If so, I’m going to return this item. 

I was able to get my Sonos Move back online, but I can’t get the rest of the system back online. I have unplugged the playbar, reconnected and plugged in an ethernet cable. It flashes white, then goes to solid white, then I go through the Product Set Up and select Playbar, press and release the two buttons that make it flash orange, and then it finally goes to solid orange. I just don’t know how to get my system back online and I’m so frustrated. Any advice is appreciated!

This is a silly question but I will ask.Which way around should the pole end cap face for the Sonos ERA 300 Speaker stands.There is a notch for the cable to pass through. Does the notch go over the cable channel or does it face the direction of the rear of the speakers.Also does the wide part of the cable fit into the channel or does the thing edge go into the channel.Thank you to everyone who can provide me with the answer.

Good day all. Can you help us. I’m 70 years old and struggling to get my S1 to work/connect to my new WI-FI. We have 3 other units which do work ok. All I get is Orange, Green Or White flashing lights but can not get past this. I have done full resets but no joy. thank you. 

About 2 days ago while watching a show, my Sub Mini and both One SLs just seemed to lose connection. The Arc was still working fine so I went into the app and sure enough it said there were 3 issues. Cool, so I went in to "fix it" but I kept receiving an error that no products could be found and to try again later. Fine, we were about to go to bed so I tried again yesterday, same issue. I attempted to research and troubleshoot this for hours yesterday and have started back this morning.. I'm becoming exhausted. This has never happened before and NOTHING has changed with my network. The Arc still shows "Excellent Connection" in the app.At this point, I've tried resetting the router and modem and even factory resetting the speakers. When I factory reset the sub for example, I do get a message that prompts me to set up the sub mini. So cool, its definitely being recognized. It connects to the wifi! Hi, I’m new to all this Sonos gear so bear with meI’ve bought a Sonos 5 and now want to get a couple of Sonos 1’s and Gen 3 Sub that will all exist in one room.My question is, can I create a stereo pair with the 1’s whilst they’re in the same group as the Sub and 5 which will not be in a pair?Thank you  

I didn’t save the box my Sonos Move came in and I have to return it?  Any suggestions for a secure box?

I have a problem with TV bluetooth audio. Bluetooth is connected but without any sound. This issue started from yesterday, before it was working for many months. With other devices like PC or mobile phone it is working. TV is working with other bluetooth speakers too. Any ideas? Thank you 

Hi, I’ve just bought my first Sonos speaker (Sonos 5) so I’m fairly new to all this.If I connect my iPhone to a traditional Bluetooth speaker, any sound my phone makes will come out of the speaker.  This works well for me as I sometimes receive emails with MP3s as attachments and I can simply open them directly from the email and they will play.So far I have only set my Sonos speaker up to work with Spotify.  From within Spotify I click the green speaker icon and select ‘Kitchen’ and it worksMy question is, how can I play MP3’s attached to an email, that are opened directly from the email on my ipad or iPhone ?I obviously can’t simply upload to Spotify and play them from there.  I suspect I may need to save the MP3 somewhere first maybe (if so how/where) or perhaps connect to the 5 via a standard Bluetooth connection (if this is even possible?)?Any help is appreciated!  Thank you!   

Hi I need some advice.. My internet keeps crashing and my provider informed me that it could be the Sonos system I am using. I have Sonos Arc and two speakers in separate rooms and when playing Sonos the whole internet crashes including TV, IPads, iPhones they all come off line. Once I reset the router it’s all fine, until I use Sonos again. I’ve had Sonos speakers for years and this is the  first time it’s happening.  Can anyone advise me of the problem?   

Hi all, so I just want to know what settings to use on both my firestick and on my LG TV, in order to get the best sound possible with my Beam 2.Basically, I only have the beam, no other sonos speakers so don't have surround sound. I have read loads about the best settings to use, but can't seem to really find a solid answer.My tv is an LG 50UP75006LF 4K tv. My firestick is a 4K firestick plugged into an hdmi port on the TV. I have a beam gen 2 soundbar plugged into the eArc HDMI on the TV.I will list the current options I have on both the TV and Firestick, and I really need to know what to set them to for the best sound experience. Taking into account the only sound will be coming from the soundbar, again I have no other speakers / surround sound.  The sound options on my tv are: - DTV audio setting: MPEG, Dolby Digital, Dolby Digital Plus, HE-AAC, Auto - Input Audio Format: Bitstream, PCM - Digital Sound Output: PCM, Auto, Pass Through The settings on my firestick for audio are: - Su

one of my play 5’s stopped and will not work on wifi. Can i daisy chain it to my other play 5 with the rg cable?

Hi, I recently bought my first Sonos speaker (Sonos 5) and I’ve plugged it into my Echo Dot (via a double-ended 3.5 cable) so I can hear Alexa and use her to play Spotify Premium.  It seems to work well.  I'm now thinking of adding a sub and a couple of Sonos 1's, but before I do wanted to check whether these additional speakers will also 'connect' to Alexa and play nice.  Obviously, only the 5 will be wired to the Echo, but will it send the audio it receives from the Echo to the additional speakers?If the answer is no, then perhps one of the Sonos 1's I get should be the model with Alexa built-in, in order to get Alexa to play Spotify to the group?  In fact, I suspect this setup would likely be better than wiring to an Echo?Justin checking before I add more speakers and find out it won’t work with Spotify/Alexa to void disappointment.Many thanks! 

I have a Sonos Beam Gen2, two Sonos One SLs and a Sub-Mini in my living room for my television setup. I saw a great deal that’s hard to pass up for two additional Sono One SLs since they are on clearance. Is there anyway to add them to my television setup or I’ve already maxed out for my television? I’m going to still buy them even if I cannot use them for the TV but I thought to ask still.  Thank you for the help!

Hoping someone has this exact setup and can give me some configuration advice.  I just bought a Beam Gen 2 and was all excited about getting it hooked up to my Sony Bravia 55-in smart TV.  It didn’t work out as planned though.  I first ran into - and later resolved - the S1 vs S2 Sonos app because until I bought the Beam Gen 2 I had an entirely S1 (old-er) Sonos system that worked fine.  So now I have most of my speakers from the S1 transferred over to S2 and the Beam Gen 2 is there.  I still have one problem speaker (a Play 5) that’s still S1 and I have to reconnect it from scratch - but that’s a question for another day.  Today’s question is that despite (even with Sonos Tech Support help) I still can’t get the Beam Gen 2 to connect with the Sony Bravia TV.  It is plugged into an ARC-HDMI connector as required, but whatever we (Tech Support and I) tried, nothing seemed to work.  We concluded that the problem lies with the TV rather than the Beam Gen 2, and that’s the reason for my qu

Hi. When playing Spotify on one device (e.g. Sonos Connect), then switching to my Sonos One pair, I can see in the app that the music has switched to the Ones and it shows as playing, but there is 30 seconds of silence.  Then (if not using shuffle), it skips to playing the next track in the queue on the Ones, however the app shows the 'now playing' song as being the track after that one.  So the track that's shown in the app as playing, isn't the one that's coming out of the speakers.  This happens for either of the following:1. Using the Spotify app to change the device to Sonos One speakers that are in a group2. Using Alexa to move the music to the Sonos One speakers (not in a group) If the Sonos One speakers aren't in a group and I use Spotify app to change device then it works fine. Any help would be appreciated.  

What is the distance between the rubber "feet" on the Ray?

I have 4 Play:1 speakers - 2 on my covered deck and 2 in my family room.  We just finished an addition and want to add speakers and a sound bar to my existing Play:1 set-up.  First question, is it possible to build on the Play:1 speakers?  They are nearly 5 years old.  Second question is if I can build on this, what product would be compatible?  And finally, if compatible, can all speaker play throughout the house and deck simultaneously?  Thanks

Can I also ask if it is normal for the HDMI port on the Arc to be very sensitive to any touch / movements?  When I jiggle it even in the slightest, I risk losing the connection to my TV?  Its a brand new cable specifically compatible for up to 8K with eArc support. 

Sirius is linked through my Sonos app. I have a specific radio channel that is supposed to play as my alarm clock 5 days a week. At least 2 out of those 5 days, the alarm will be the default “Sonos chime” rather than the station because Sirius was logged out. I cannot search Sirius in the Sonos app although the Sirius option for music is still visible. Each time, I’ll have to go to Sonos setting and reauthorize Sirius. As soon as I do, I’m able to get back into Sirius through Sonos. Why do I have to keep reauthorizing?

The last trick I tried was powering down all of my playbar, two S One surrounds, unrelated Play5 and Move so that I could ensure there was no lingering Wi-Fi after power cycling my router. Then once joining the private network of the sub, same problem. No green light, so pressing the flashing “white” button or alternating “white/amber” button is not recognized. Sub simply will not enter into green light status. Yes I powered down the router during many stages of this process and no joy. This never used to be this difficult. What’s going on Sonos?

Hi  I think my playbar is failing internally  wired or wireless after a few hours audio dropouts then goes offline and no sound  in app  no white  light  on front of bar when tv  remote pressed white light on side still on needs powercycle to resolve latest diagnostic while online is 134246477 John
