I've been experiencing an issue with my Sonos Arc where the Alexa voice assistant keeps turning off. Despite multiple attempts of uninstalling and reinstalling, the problem persists. Additionally, there are instances where the Arc spontaneously turns off and on throughout the evening. When this happens, I'm unable to turn it back on through the app and must resort to using the controls on the Arc itself. Notably, I previously had a Beam set up in the same manner, and it worked flawlessly. I'm wondering what might be causing this problem or if there's a potential issue with the Arc itself?

I wouldn’t think so, but it may be worth it if you were to submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it.
There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.
When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
