I’m considering buying a Sonos Arc but before I do I want to make sure it will work for the intended purpose. Is it possible for me to set up a Sonos Arc, 2 Sonos One and Sonos Bass as surround sound on my TV and also use the same 2 Sonos Ones as a stereo pair when I’m playing music or does one negate the other? Thanks.

Yes.
Set the surrounds to “Full” sound rather than “Ambient”.

When streaming music to the room, the Arc will play stereo sound and the Ones will also play stereo sound. There’s a volume control to set a “bias” between Arc and surrounds. Depending on your listening position and that setting, you may not hear the Arc.
