I cant connect Sonos Connect to wifi or via Ethernet cable to the router. The app cant configurate the Product 

Following the update I cannot get my preferred radio stations to play, even through the new search function.

i can no longer see my music library or update it (says pinned content is no loger available) and cannot add Apple Music as content as it says it has expired and requires reauthorisation. Is anyone else expeiencing these problems

I want to build a surround system with 6 below speakers.■beam x1■One x1■One SL x1■Era100  x2■Sub miniI set beam as center, One and OneSL as Lear.However, the remaining two units cannot be incorporated into surround sound.Excluding the sub, I can only connect 3 speakers, and I would like the other two to be on the left and right front, but is that possible?

Since the IT outage my two Sonos one SL’s have stopped working. I’ve factory reset them, found them and attached them to the WiFi but they are not showing on the app and I can’t turn on the speaker sound to give it commands. My beam and Roam are fine. Any help would be amazing, thank you. 

Just when I though that thing scold not get any worse Sonos decides to tell me I need a paid Deezer subscription.I have been using the same one for years.Totally ridiculous.

On this week’s app release and latest firmware, with Sonos app open in the background I cannot turn the iPhone system volume down to 0. If you turn down to 0 it returns to say 5% a second or so after. I’ve closed all apps, rebooted phone and opened only Sonos and it reliably happens unless the app has been swipe up quit. Also seems to be using a lot of battery. Anyone else seen this?

Hi @Corry P / @Jamie A / @Sotiris C., so many issues with the new app and so many threads, that I don't know if this one has been discussed yet, so I would like to report it to be sure it’s on the backlog:I use Amazon Music and I listen mostly to their Stations. When I play an Album from Amazon Music or Live Station from Sonos Radio they correctly appear on the Recently Played. But, when I play an Amazon Music Station, it doesn't.In 16.1 and before it always appeared. Could you add it to the bug backlog, please?Thanks

Installed the new app update today and am running into some bugs with Qobuz integration.  Navigating to Qobuz —> Favorites —> Artists, nothing loads, just an icon screen (screenshot below).  Same with “Tracks” (screenshot also below).  Anyone else having this issue?  It looks like the Sonos app maybe thinks they’re playlists? Qobuz —> Favorites —> Albums loads fine.   Thanks in advance!   

Can anybody suggest me an alternative to Sonos? My system is practically a useless brick, hence it'll end up in the bin.All suggestions will be greatly appreciated ThanksRIP SONOS

I have been using Sonos for several years, and it is attached to a streaming service and my music library on a USB drive, which has years worth of accumulated music, including a lot not available on streaming. I have just (8 May) updated to the new Sonos app. Now I can still see and trawl through my music library, but cannot search in it. The general search function just returns the streaming and Sonos radio results, and there’s no dedicated search for the music library. This effectively cuts off my access to my own music, by making it prohibitively difficult to find anything. Please bring this functionality back. I know you want to prioritise revenue generation, but this is disrespectful to your customers.

After 2 hour wait finally got tech support.  The Support Rep was very unclear and confused as if the things broken, were coming across as new bug reports. Sonos product team decided they will use customers for bug testing rather than releasing their own tested product.  I have 5 Play 1s, 1 Play 3, 1 Play 5, 1 Move2, 1 bridge, 1 SUB and 1 AMP.  The Play 5 and 2 Play 1’s are used with the AMP and SUB for surround sound system.  Here are my major issues.  App update broke EVERYTHING.  Had to do a complete reset and reinstall. After I got over the anger, was able to add all the speakers bad.   iOS- trying to GROUP the AMP with the PLAY 5 and 2 PLAY 1s to do surround with TV DOES NOT work.  But the MAC app allows that, so i’m able to watch TV but i have to use MAC to control everything. iOS app is useless. I tested Android app with android phone, and that app works fine.  Also, when i choose “TV” input while trying to group the AMP with any speaker, the app doesn’t allow that.  But i can ch

I have seen others run into this problem:  Sonos Roam WILL NOT register. It is connected to same wifi and communicating with my iPhone 15. I go through the steps, phone and Roam communicate. Then on last step with green & white blinking lights - the Roam turns solid white for 30-60 seconds saying it is completing registration - then Fails. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. The Roam appears in my iPhone System settings but shows as:  Not Registered.  And that means I cannot do anything with it.  So it’s there, but Sonos will not let me register it and continues to fail every time. HELP! Right now this Roam is useless to me.  FYI - I have rebooted my iPhone several times. I know my Router is fine and my other two Sonos Products (Play One and Move) are working perfectly. This is a Sonos issue and I really need some help here. 

Yesterday the Sonos iPhone app prompted me to reauthorize my SiriusXM account. I did and ever since then all of the SiriusXM channels are greyed out and unselectable to play. I tried deleting the service and readding. No luck. I tried the Sonos iPad app and I’m experiencing  the same issue.  If I go into the SiriusXM app and connect to my Sonos via AirPlay, it will work, which is my workaround for the time being, but it’s extra steps and annoying. Is anyone else having this issue? I have the play bar, two sonos ones and the sub. Thank you.

Starting this morning (7/17) the Sonos Android app is just repeatedly crashing. It’s been generally terrible and barely usable since the redesign, but now it’s literally useless. Just immediately crashes. No updates were installed to the app or phones, and nothing else has changed in my system. I’ve tried force stopping, clearing cache, clearing all storage, and completely uninstalling & reinstalling. The Windows desktop app still works, but both phones we have are seeing this issue. I'm not able to complete the software update for my Sonos roam sl. I'm using android phone Asus Rog phone 7. The speaker connected to WiFi showing in the app but when it comes to the update it says error 1101 and when I try again it shows error 1106. I tried for hours to reset everything my phone my router my speaker. The WiFi works just fine for everything else but the Sonos app. I'm really angry I don't understand why I have to go through all this update hustle to use a Bluetooth speaker. I will never use WiFi on it. I should be able to just turn it on and blast some music. Now it looks like I have bought a 200 dollar paperweight

Hi, I am considering changing from iPhone to Samsung and want to know if people are having issues still with the app on android? I occasionally use airplay because the iOS app sometimes fails

Just to make sure I am correct (because it is hard to believe): the new app does not allow connection to a local music library - only to streaming services. I had the confirmed in a chat with the customer service  people but it seems so whacky that I thought I should check here. 

Hello I have had my Beam for a number of years with absolutely no issues.  Over the last week or so when watching Television it will switch the source from TV to Music Library causing the sound from TV to drop out and l have to go to the Sonos app to reselect TV as source.  I’ve tried various solutions, factory reset etc but still having the same issue.  This seems to happen roughly every hour.  Any suggestions of a solution would be appreciated, thanks.

I am trying to add this brand new Move 2 to my existing system. The setup fails saying to try again later. The speaker appears in my system but says “Move 2 is not registered”.I’ve been at this for hours. 

Hi I’m considering purchasing a Sonos Era 300 for listening to music. I’ve watched some YouTube videos, read reviews and am a little confused now whether to go for one Era 300 or get a stereo pair of Era 100s.I am also interested in whether to add a sub mini into the equation as I like bass.The music I mainly listen to is house, drum n bass, and not sure how much is with Dolby Atmos. I currently listen to music via an Amazon Echo speaker (don’t judge) but appreciate good quality sound and want to upgrade my listening experience in my home. The speaker(s) will sit in my open plan living dining and kitchen space approx 40m2, in the living space which is on one side of the open space.I’m open to getting two Era 300s either from the start or adding a second later on. And should I consider the sub mini or wait?i welcome advice on where to start on my Sonos journey. Thank you!
