I don’t understand why this keeps happening. For over a year, we never had any issues. Now all of sudden in the past week, our Sonos Beam loses connection. Called tech support the other day because it just would not connect after working perfectly fine the night before. 
It’s connected to the HDMI Arc port and powers on. Why do I have to disconnect all my other cables just to get it to work? This makes no sense. 

Do the cut outs occur with both music and TV Audio or just TV Audio?  If just TV Audio, I would try swapping out the HDMI cable to test if the cable has some form of internal damage.
