Dolby Atmos

I have a Samsung QE65Q60R (2019) QLED HDR 4K Ultra HD Smart TV, 65" and a Sonos Beam gen 2. I have the NowTV app on the TV and have subscribed to the NowTV boost option that gives 4K tv and Dolby Atmos. I am testing using Jamanji which is shown as having Dolby Atmos but my Sonos App just shows as Dolby 2.0 and not Dolby Atmos. Any suggestions as to why this is and how I can get it to play and show Atmos would be very much appreciated. Many thanks. Gary

Thanks. After a lot of fiddling about I discovered that I had to change the sound settings in the NowTV app which I didn't know existed which then allowed me to select Dolby Digital+ on the TV which then worked! I would have thought that it would have automatically go to the best setting, nope. Sorted now though. Phew. Cheers.

This link:

https://help.nowtv.com/article/what-is-highest-streaming-quality-for-my-device

states under Samsung TV’s that “Ultra HD, HDR and Dolby Atmos are only available on selected 4K models (2018) onwards with Tizen 4 and newer.” and from a brief search it does not appear that TV has the Tizen OS.
