Launched the app on my iphone this morning and all my favourites (radio stations from various sources) have all disappeared. Instead, is a handy “tip” explaining how to save favourites.Has anyone else experienced this? How do I get my favourites back?

Every time I use Sonos with YouTube on my Mac then I go back to Apple Music within Sonos on my phone, the zone I was using with YouTube is missing. I have tried quitting Sonos app and unplugging speakers in the missing zone.  Eventually it comes back but sometimes now for days.   Others can use the zone with Apple Music and airplay

Hi!I have 6 Era 100 speakers across our home and 1 Arc.  Quite often, when I want to connect my iPhone’s Spotify to Era 100s, the AirPlay screen will load the selected Era 100 pair and display a failure to connect message.  Then, if I try a second tlme, it works.  It’s not a huge issue, but it used to work and it is getting annoying to deal with every single time.  I have no idea how to reset them.  Thanks for any input!

I've got a stereo pair of play 3's downstairs not doing much anymore, just a bit of Spotify. What, if any, options do I have these days to send audio from portable devices? For example, watch a movie (think any of the numerous video streaming services available) on a phone, tablet, or laptop but have the audio output from the play 3 pair? So far it seems impossible without another device added to the mix. I have a play bar and sub upstairs, also a Move 2.Thank you kindly.

Hi all,I searched the forum for this but all the relevant threads were closed, so that’s why this new thread. With Sonos Ace it’s possible to listen to the tv through a compatible sound bar. I own the Beam (gen 1) so that shouldn’t be a problem. My question: will it be possible to listen to music through the Beam? Is it technically so different listening to the tv through the Beam than it is listening to music? Usually I listen to my library through 2 Play3’s en 1 Beam.My music library is on a Synology NAS

Hi all,Wondering if anyone else is experiencing this:Earlier this week, I was at my mom’s place (she has two older-style Sonos Play:1s), and one of the speakers wouldn’t start properly. I reset it to factory settings and set it up again – seemed fine at first, but then the sound started dropping out occasionally for a few seconds at a time.Interestingly, it happened with both speakers, independently of each other. Now I’m noticing the exact same issue at home (I’ve got a larger setup with 16+ Sonos devices), but only the older Play:1s are acting up. Everything else is running ‘smoothly’Is this a known issue? Could it be something from a recent update? Or are these older Play:1s maybe starting to show their age?Would love to hear if others have seen something similar. Thanks!Peter

Hello it is not possible to Connect my new bookshelf to my account

Hi allI have a turntable plugged into an ERA100 through line in. I’d like to group this with my Arc Ultra so that when I play music from the turntable I get the sound from both speakers. How can I achieve this? If I group them through the app while a vinyl is playing, it just stops. I have to unplug and re-plug the line-in to get some sound…Thanks for any advice

Recently I changed my WIFI password. Tried reboot wifi and play 3 but not able to update network on sono app. Keep showing no product found when trying to update network. Tried reconnect several times but it doesn't work. Can only play using ethernet cable.

I have read extensively on the Sonos Forum and elsewhere and am struggling for clarity on a fairly basic question: can a Sonos Sub be connected to a Sonos Amp via standard home WiFi or can it only be connected via the network that the Sonos Amp creates (unclear whether that is called Sonosnet or something else when it is 2.4GHZ or 5 GHZ but neither work for me as signals don’t reach far enough).  My use case is pretty simple:  I have an AV closet with multiple Sonos Amps are that are connected to ceiling speakers in multiple parts of the house.  The subs for the rooms are too far away from the amps to connect via the proprietary Sonos network.  I know this because if I put the subs next to the amps near the AV closet they connect and work fine.  But when I move them to the relevant rooms they show up as Sub Not Connected.  I do not have Ethernet ports to hardwire the subs in these rooms. So, is there a way to connect the Subs to the amps via WiFi?  Is so, what settings do I need to mod

Hello,My dog ate the power cord of my Era 300. Could you please confirm that this is the right power cord?https://www.sonos.com/fr-fr/shop/angled-power-cableThank you in advance,

My device is Sonos Five. I know that streaming is supported up to 16 bits/44,1 kHz in Tidal. My question is: if I connect my phone/computer to Sonos Five via line in, do I get 24 bits/48 kHz quality? Tidal app shows the "Max" text in yellow, however I am not sure if Sonos re-converts it to 16 bits/44,1 kHz while on line in.

Bonjour, depuis la mise à jour hier...mes hauts parleurs ne jouent plus ensemble. Ils jouent mais indépendant.

Hi community, As of yesterday, the cruise control station doesn’t play anymore and is giving an error: “cannot play content. Try again later”. I am a Sonos radio HD subscriber. Does anyone know if there’s any information published anywhere regarding which radio stations are actually available or when someone else makes any changes to their library of stations? It’s one of our most used stations so hoping that it’s a temporary issue on Sonos server side   Cheers in advance.

I have 2 new Move speakers and they are the only ones recognized by the app. The other speakers were working flawlessly up until yesterday.

I have Sonos Beam (Gen 2) and two Sonos Era 300s as surrounds. I know that front-firing speakers are disabled when Era 300s are used as surrounds. However, in my case, only the outwards facing side speakers are playing. There is no sound coming from the inwards facing side speakers. I tried to remove and add surrounds in the app multiple times and it made no difference. When tried Dolby Atmos sound test (available in Dolby Atmos from Apple Music or Tidal), both left and right surround and left and right surround channels were played played by the same side-firing speakers of Era 300s.Do you have it the same?--Sorry, I meant both left and right surround and left and right REAR surround channels were played by the same side-firing speakers of Era 300s. Moderator Edit: Combined thread and reply.

Multiroom Sonos system. Living Room group has Sonos Amp wired to Mirage tower speakers through speaker outputs and a Rogers Soundlab Sub connected via Sonos sub out jack. Crossover frequency set with app Amp system settings to 65 Hz. Connected wirelessly to home network and other Sonos products on home network. Every couple days I find the crossover setting is back at the 80Hz without having made an adjustment to desired crossover frequency. Is there some situation such as changing speaker grouping through the app, or perhaps transient loss of network connection or power related event that I am unaware of that prompts the Sonos Amp to do this reset to default? Other settings for the Amp remain as set. All components in this group function normally and connection is functional for connection to other groups in system, just this inconvenience.

I can’t connect to the internet with my Play 1 speakers. I have Spectrum and the router is SAC2V2S. I have tried turning on UpNP and changing to 2.4 GHz frequency and rebooting the router, modem and the speakers. I still can’t connect to the internet.

Hello - due to changes in space requirements in our (very small) living room, (and the arrival of kids and all their related paraphernalia!) I have had to replace my floor standing speakers with smaller wall-mounted satellites (Cambridge Audio Min Minx 22) and a discrete subwoofer. The Min Minx 22 have a lower frequency response of 120Hz so require a sub to fill in for anything below that. I have purchased a sub which will do the job from ~38Hz to ~160Hz, ample for my needs. However; when setting this all up I discovered that the Sonos Amp crossover settings will only allow a cutoff of 100Hz or less, a good ~40Hz or so below where I would ideally like to set the crossover point.Presumably this is a software limitation, so I was wondering if others are facing this issue and whether Sonos might be able to update firmware to allow a higher cutoff frequency for the sub output?I see other similar products on the market which offer much more range in the crossover settings but would really lik

Trying to listen via S1 App to Mixcloud content via my Sonos system. Can search Mixcloud OK but not getting any audio at all - I can listen via the Mixcloud site after listening to an ad.Is anybody else having this issue?

Hi everyone,I recently bought a Sonos Arc Ultra and noticed a small depression in the top center of the speaker grille, approximately where the led is located. It’s not visible in photos and can only be felt when I run my finger across it. Is this part of the design, or could it be a defect? I haven’t noticed any issues with sound quality, but I just want to be sure. Has anyone else experienced something similar? Thanks in advance!

I have a Sony Bravia TV and Sonos Playbar and having persistent and very annoying lip sync Issues. Can anyone detail the settings I need to be using? Thanks

Why isn’t Iheart radio working when I ask alexa to play on my beam in the past 2 weeks.  Will work if I go through my phone or computer

The app has limited functionality on my phone, I can access tv, music library and radio stations, but when I try to log in to change the priority from tv to Beam to play music for an extended period, ie for more than 2 songs, it switches back to tv, cutting the music off.I click log in on my phone but it just sits there doing nothing, I can’t get past the log in screen. It worked fine on my previous phone, but hasn’t logged in once on my present one. I can’t even log in to update the app, which I had no problems doing on my pc.Can someone help please?
