Hello. Since 10 days all my Sonos speakers can’t play Spotify and stream Spotify via Airplay. I have been in contact with Sonos support 5 times and yesterday they said that there has been a lot of users with the same problem. I have also been in contact with Spotify and they were not aware of the issue? I have updated all devises, re-installed Spotify and Sonos and done everything the supports have asked me to do. The only thing which is working is Sonos Radio and other music services but not Spotify.I told Sonos support to put this as an issue so other users could be aware of this enoying issue. But not seen anything posted. I guess they prefer of spending hours of support of people like me contacting them instead...

Sonos forgetting all my speakers...  why 

With setup Era 300 + Ultra Arc have you notice a significant difference (musically speaking) between spotify and apple/amazon music Apple/Amazon have HD music. In the other hand, not spotify. Although I enjoy the music discovery from Spotify, I wander if it is time to switch to a music provider that has HD music.  Knowing the lossless quality is better, can we  actually ear a difference from the compression format offered from Spotify? Thank you in advance 

I have a turntable connected to my Era 1 with the line in cable, but as soon as the record stops and I change sides the app loses all the rooms, they are greyed out, I have to close the app and wait around 2/3 minutes for them to re-appear, it only does this on the ERA with a turntable, its so frustrating as you lose part of the first track, the ERA 1 is grouped with an Arc, sub and two play ones

I have 12 ports and while i airplay or use my android phone to airplay to any of the zones the connection will play and then after a few minutes it drops and disappears from my samsung S25 or any ios device. i can restart and only get a minute or two of streaming.i havent tried on the Sonos app but i really want to stream music from my device (Spotify and Tidal)i see many post over the years regarding same issue, has anyone found the solution?TIA

The Sirius Xtra channels (not the live DJ’d channels, but the shuffled themed channels) seem to sometimes (but not always) skip to the next song prematurely, like after 3 minutes into the song, so before the song ends. This doesn’t happen when I stream from the Sirius app, only when I’ve started playing the Xtra channel from the Sonos app. I’ve confirmed this behavior with other Sonos users I know. Does anyone have a solution?

Hi all,I have a Sonos Beam that I’d like to connect with a turntable by a phono sound amplifier. The connection between the the turntable and the amplifier via RCA cables works well with other sound speakers.Since the sound amplifier output cable is an RCA 3.5mm I need a kind of connector to hdmi. I had a green solid light on my sonos roam after connecting it to a (new) wireless charging base, which I hadn't seen before. I wanted to know what it was indicating and searching for »Sonos Roam green light« I found the article for Roam charging light indicators, where no green light was mentioned.So i went to ask support and had a chat with the Bot who told me the product shouldn't be able to have a green light (which is a lie) and asking me over and over if it was correct the light was green. Hi, I have a question about the Sonos App (on Android).I’ve hooked up my LG OLED48CX6LB TV to a new Beam Gen 2 Sound Bar via HDMI. I’ve configured all the settings correctly. When I play a Dolby ATMOS test video from Youtube (on the TV) and look at the “whats playing” section of the App, I can see the audio formats change depending on what I’m watching. My question is when I play a Dolby Atmos test video, it says Dolby Multichannel PCM 2.0, is this correct or should it display the Dolby Atmos logo and say Dolby ATMOS?Thanks

While hunting down a problem with Music Library files not being recognized by some of my components (after installing a new Asus WiFi router) I found folders on the music library hard drive with names like:FTOY07~G_OLYYS~F_WTT9Q~PThis is shown in Finder on macOS when I browse the drive. If I insert the drive directly to a Mac, these folder names are not shown. Instead I find that they have unusual characters and quotes. Possibly also long file names.Names like:[RI028] "Mu"'Ignacio'Fax|Nmlk If I index the Music Library with only ‘old’ Sonos components (like Connect) active there is no problem on these components.If I index the Music Library with only ‘new’ Sonos components (like Play1 & 3 and Sound Bar) active there is no problem with these components.However when I mix ‘new’ and ‘old’, one of the categories will fail to find these folders when I try to play on these components. Which it is depends on which I indexed last.Maybe long file names will also produce these errors.-Previou

I share a SSD HD on my WiFi using USB to Asus AX WiFi router. I have my Sonos Music Library on that disk.I used to have an Airport Extreme router, using this disk. With Asus some players does not find the Music Library, actually they don’t even find the HD.Since I have older components I use S1. I’ve read that it might have to do with Samba version. Could that be the case when some components still can find the Music Library and play the files?Not sure if the Asus router lets me change Samba version.Also, which would be the recommended file system on the shared disk for Sonos compability?

When I try to connect my play1 to the system, the play1 do not play the sound-pincode. Is there a way to connect the speaker without it?

ARC/ERA300 Does Sono is planning to add the option in their app to easily switch from atmos to stereo, vice versa? Being audiophile, I really enjoy the era 300 power. The only show stopper to buy the arc ultra is disabeling the front driver of the era 300 when set in surround mode With arc ultra So, when I listen music I would be like to fully able the era 300 But it seems setting up almos then desetting it and setting stereo seem studious  Does Sono is planning to add the option to easily switch from atmos to stereo, vice versa?

I have a new Acer Aspire computer. I have 2 x sonos 1 and 1 sonos 5 speakers, I have downloaded a new controller. I have updated my music collection and Sonos WILL NOT recognise it. I have treid for 1 x week.Quite simply IT & related should make my life easier. Please do not patronise me by sending me some banal list of instructions - I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO DO THIS WHEN SONOS ISSUE AN UPDATE.I have emailed the CEO and i’d like the courtesy of a response.For the avoidance of doubt I am in the UK and have an MSc & two professional qualifications. Since last update, I have products dropping off. They just stop p,aging. App on Mac doesn’t find system.  When I do about system, I am not seeing WMO’s or 2morrow1.  Just started to happen.  Any ideas?

Since the Updated app was released, Sonos has been more or less impossible to work with.When turn on or off Music, changing songs or setting up different music in different rooms. Either it takes long time for response or it doesn’t work.I can see the response is often interference, but nothing Else has changed except the app Update. Before the Update there was no problem, no it’s constantely a problem. I wish it was possible to delete the new update and use the old versionI am serious conseduring to skip Sonos, if Sonos is not kabel to fix the appBRPeter    

I recently jumped the gun and installed four sonance in ceiling speakers with a Sonos amp controlling them. I already have a Samsung soundbar for the tv with a wireless subwoofer from Samsung. Now stuck trying to figure out if possible to have all speakers work at the same time for the tv? Would love to have the four ceiling speakers and sound bar work at the same time but concerned I can’t link all together. Help please
