Hi! Recently picked up the sonos ace and I’ve noticed some flaws….A really cool feature of the sonos ace ANC is how it turns off in low noise environments to reduce white noise. This is a great feature I think because I hate the white noise. However when the ANC kicks in, it sometimes makes a “pop” sound that can get a bit annoying. Is this normal for the headset? I notice it the most when I’m on my PC clicking the mouse, Also I’ve noticed a fair amount of clicking/poping sounds when moving around, the noises come from the hinge system as when I press on the headband the noises disappear. Very noticeable when running on a thread mil. Is this normal too? Both these issues are identical on both ears, which makes me think that it’s normal, just want to check if others have experienced the same :)Thanks for reading.

Trying to connect a Roam 2 to my tplink vr1600v without any luck.  No settings changed on the router, just the standard WPA/WPA personal security in 802.11b/g/n mixed mode. Has anyone had any luck doing this?

I am trying to set up my new arc ultra, but I’m not able to get it to find my Play 5 GEN 2 speakers to use as my surround speakers.  I have tried resetting all the speakers and that didn’t work.  Can someone help me please.

How do you hook your sonos beam bluetooth two a samsung s24

I just updated to the latest app (80.18.27) and I’m no longer able to set a sleep timer when listening to content from Audible. The … button in the bottom right of the player screen is no longer showing. Listening to local library content, or other services (tested with BBC Sounds and Sonos Radio) the … button is shown on the player screen and it is possible to set a sleep timer.

Just started with Sonos - took me hours to realise that Bluetooth stops on the ERA100’s when wifi was used to set up the surround sound system.  Surround sound is my main use of the system and I’m very happy with that, but on occasions would like to play music held on my android phone - so far my hours have fiddling & resetting have only given me one or the other.  Are there any simply ways to switch between surround sound from TV to music from the phone?

Hi,  i have a setup with an Sonos amp as front speakers, two ERA100 as rears and a sub mini as subwoofer.I want to config the sound to fit best for my specific room. If I understand it right it have to use true play to get the nearly best result. But as soon as I assign the ERAs and the sub to the amp in one room as a surround set the button for true play disappears.  Could you guys give me any advice how to fix this?

I got an Era 100 yesterday, and set it up in my kitchen near an existing Sonos One. When playing a mono stream to Everywhere (as I usually do), and listening between the two speakers, it’s clear that they are reversed in audio polarity. There is no stable central image as there should be between two speakers playing the same content, and the bass is weak. Is this a defect, or is there a reason Sonos reversed the polarity between speaker families?

Hello, I have a Sonos beam 2 connected to TV arc and also wired to ethernet as the basis of my sonos system for the house. I have some great Bose speakers that are no longer being used, but was wondering if sonos AMP would allow me to wirelessly connect these speakers as rear surround speakers (so beam 2 remains front L/R and the amp speaker rear L/R for surround). This seems a basic question - but I have read so many different things on line saying the AMP has to be connedted to TV and arc - it's not clear to a nuffy like me. Dont want to purchase if the above is not possible.

Both the alarm screen as well as the "enter share info" modal prompt for confirmation when navigating back regardless of whether any changes have been made in the first place, as well as when the "save" button was actually pressed right before. This is independent of how back navigation is invoked (back button on modal, close button on modal, back swipe gesture).

i have a problem that my acr ultra is turning the mic on and off by it self when i play music and i can’t turn it on or off again i the app but i can do it on the arc. i have try to reboot it but it didn’t stop the problem. what to do????

My sonos ace swap with sonos arc ultra doesn’t work.I’ve tried several time to uninstall and configure it using the app, but it doesn’t work!!!Anyone can help me?

Where is the EQ setting in Android app ?In IOS (IPad) i could find it in Device setting. The inconsistent menu between IOS and Android is confusing.

I have a Playbar that my family had for years - always in the horizontal position. For some reason, all of a sudden after using the same playbar for years, today it has decided to disable the front IR receiver and enable the rear IR receiver, and none of our Volume control works anymore unless we point our remote at a 30-40 degree angle down towards the soundbar.  The Playbar is in its horizontal location as it always had been. How do I switch this back? I cannot find a setting to update on the Sonos App.

Hello dear all. I am about to buy a second hand Sonos Beam Gen 2 from an online private user but I would like to check its genuinity? Can you confirm based on the Serial Number of the product? It is ******************Let me know if you also need PIN code. If you can also confirm how much support/warranty it still has I would be much appreciated. ThanksMário Moderator Note: Recorded and removed Serial Number. Why is the era 100 being marketed as a new product? Hasn’t it been out for a couple of years now?

Same exact problem here with my Sonos sound bar.  Sound shutters on optical input regardless of swapping cables in and out.  Also switched TV and still the problem persists.  This is a problem with the Sonos sound bar optical in, but it seems as though they don’t know or want to fix the problem.

I have Arc +  HDFury Arcana + UHD player and it worked well for a long time. But with recent firmware upgrade (since March upgrade I guess), I found Dolby TrudHD can no longer being decoded. (no sound at all, and in Sonos APP no audio codec)I have reset Arc and HDFury and there was no help. After some trial I found Dolby Digital Plus and DTS5.1 still works so that it should be no issue with my setup. The issue only happens with TrueHD audio, even for TrueHD 5.1.Could anyone also check if there is same issue?PS. issue is still present with April upgrade (version 16.7 build : 84163251)

Could someone who has these stands please provide a measurement from the floor to the top of the speaker with the Era 300’s mounted in the stands.  Much appreciated.

I’m considering paying for the Sonos radio subscription. I already pay for ITunes and SoundCloud streaming. I like the Sonos stations. My big hesitation is that there doesn’t appear to be a way to listen to Sonos radio outside of my house. Is there an app that would allow me to access my subscription while on the road?

Hi all, i have current setup:Arc - Watching tvSonos Five x 2 (standing upright on stands)1 Sonos Sub 4 i have just ordered another Sonos Sub 4, may i expect a difference? Any has this setup? This will br mainly for music👌thanks in advance

I told a salesman that I wanted to set up a 5.1 surround sound for my TV. He sold me 4 Era 100's, a Ray and a Sub. What's the best way to set these up? I seem to only be able to get 2 of the Era’s going and the TV remote only affects the volume for the Ray.

Can't add Sonos Voice Control into Era 100, but Alexa works well.

Is there a way to listen artist curated radios like Third Man Records Public Address System on older products which are controlled by Sonos S1?
