Hello @Sotiris C.
I found the problem! My Arc Ultra was installed from the beginning using the LAN cable, so the WI-FI was enabled, but not configured yet. So I disconnected the LAN cable and connected the soundbar via WI-FI, and after this, the swap worked! At this point I suggest you change the instructions in your manual, or allow the WI-FI to be configured even when the LAN cable is inserted, thanks.

Hello @Dado65, welcome to the Sonos Community!

I am sorry to hear you are having trouble getting the TV Swap feature to work with your Sonos Ace and Sonos Arc Ultra.

In order for TV Swap to be available, the Sonos App and Sonos products needs to be on the latest available versions.

Have a look at our Support Article Update your Sonos Ace and Update your Sonos speakers on how to do so. Bare in mind that the update process is unique to the Sonos Ace, compared to the other Sonos products.

You can also uninstall and then re-download and install the Sonos App from our official Download the Sonos App page.

Please let us know if this helped.

Glad you figured out the reason for Audio Swap not working. However, there is no need for Sonos to change/adjust the Ace manual. See the insert below (last sentence) taken from Sonos website here.
