I am looking to potentially connect  2 beam sound bars to one TV is there a viable way to do it?I was going to use an HDMI splitter into the Earc and told that may or may not work.Any feedback is welcome as it’s not my area of expertise.thank you

I have some nice Front L/R speakers along with some in-ceiling rear speakers.I went and purchased a Sonos Arc along with the two Sonos Amps and was surprised to find out that the Arc could not be setup as a Center Channel only.  Seems to me that Sonos missed an opportunity to sell me some more gear.  I returned the ARC and will setup the fronts to produce a “faux” center speaker.

What is the best way to connect a Port so I can feed my CD player, turntable and Sonos music into my hi-fi system AND link these sources to other Sonos speakers in the house?

Hi, I’m looking to use BT headphones by connecting my Port to a BT transmitter. I’m not sure if there is a cable to do this or if I need to buy a converter? My transmitter has a digital optical Input but the Port looks like a Coax Output. This is new to me so trying to avoid ordering the wrong part.Any product links appreciated.

Hi, I have just submitted two support diagnostic reports, ********** and ***********, but the support is not opened during the weekend so I try here instead. The reports log situations where I have a dropout at one of the speakers (named Kök) during the last minute and that remained for about 10-15 seconds. I have had problems with my system for quite a while now and have tested a number of things all according the suggestions in the chat forums, i.e. Unplugged/rebooted router and Sonos device numbers of times Set fixed IPs for all Sonos devices and checked for duplicated IP-addresses Tested both Wireless client mode and SonosNet mode (and later case I got the dropouts on the wired speaker?) Hi ...I have an Audrino set up to play music from my wall box by connecting it via a ribbon cable from the digital keypad. At the moment it works fine but it is only connected to a set of pc speakers through the audrino output using a 3.5mm jack plug … I have a small spare Acer pc that will fit into the wall box easily … the PC has a 3.5mm jack for microphone and also for head phones.. Is it possible to connect the audrino using a 3.5mm cable to the PC, then use the Wifi on the PC to connect to the WIFI on my Sonos system 

I have an old Sonos system which plays my music library stored on a Buffalo NAS.  I have recently purchased a new Assustor NAS and wish to transfer the music library from the Buffalo to the Assustor.  I intended to back up the Buffalo to cloud storage and then restore it to the Assustor, however I cannot find the music library on the Buffalo.  In the Sonos app it is listed as being at //Hs-dhgled4/Music but I cannot see this in the  Windows file manager (I have turned on “show hidden files and I can see my photo folders).  Can anyone help me please?

Does anyone know if using an HDMI cable labeled "High Speed" or "Ultra High Speed" is a better option to use with the Sonos Arc Ultra rather than the one included?

I have a large living room.  Home Theater is amazing!  But blasting music sucks.I have an Arc, full size Sub, 2xOnes (back).   I would LOVE to add another full Sub (which I see I CAN to the Theater system) and I would love to add LEAST 2 x Era 300s (front pair) or even more.    BUT… from everything I’m reading I can’t play music with those speakers even if I drop out the ARC.  I can’t select a group/room that includes all those where most of those speakers are also in the group/room/home theater system.Is there a way to expand my existing home theater system to include Era 300s? Or is there a way to easily toggle between home theater as is and Era 300s but include the subs and ones without manually dropping and adding speakers every time I want to play music?Any other ideas?How do people that have big living rooms and like to rock the house set up sonos systems?Thank you!!

Congratulations on all the progress made to resolve the issues associated with the new app. As you now can look forward, thought this might be a good time to offer a couple of suggestions for enhancing the system. 1.) Can you look at increasing the capacity of what can be housed in a Music Library, such as I Tunes? I don’t believe it has been increased from inception (?) and I would think customer libraries have grown over the years. 2.) The ability of the Amazon Music service to display all the library information remains incomplete. There is a work around, but it would be welcome if Amazon could partner with you to look at this and apply a more lasting fix now that the your app issues are mostly addressed and Amazon is out of its Holiday crush. Thanks for your consideration.

I have a Sonos Arc and Sub in my living room that’s primarily delegated to TV use, but occasionally I’ll AirPlay audio.  The AirPlay volume defaults to the last volume setting from the TV, which is too low, so I crank the volume.  Later when I return to TV the volume is way too loud for the TV and blasts the whole house without warning.It would be great if the Arc could remember separate volume setting for the HDMI input vs AirPlay and recall them when the relevant input is active.

The Sonos operation system is no longer supported on my iPhone 7, even though the iOS is ajour on my phone (iOS 15.8.3).When i bought the speakers, there were much more funktionalitet features than now - how can Sonos solve it?

When I search with the updated Sonos IOS-app, the results for my Plex service only show albums and artists. All songs are grayed out and cannot be selected to play and cannot be added to the queue. This problem does not occure with the Spotify service. When using the wep-app (play.sonos.com), songs of the Plex service can be found and played as expected.  Since the Windows app is working as expected, this seems to be a bug in the IOS-app. Unfortunately the queue cannot be altered in the web-app, so I have to switch between the IOS app and the web-app to play my music as intended using my iPad. 1. Can anyone conform this as a bug in the IOS app?2. Is editing of the play-queue expected as a feature in the web-app?  

More false promises from sonos, playlist editing was originally scheduled to be re-implemented back in November I believe and yet here we are in February and seemingly no closer to getting basic functionality in the app. Is there an update when this will actually happen?

Why does my Sonos Move 2 battery drains off completely, when not in use for a couple of days even when it is shut down. My Sonos Roam don't have the same problem 

I have the new Samsung S25 Ultra and running app version 80.16.32. I also have an S23 Ultra that I getting ready to trade in that is running the same app version. When I open my Sonos app, the recently played items at the top flash very briefly with what I have played, but then they go blank. I cannot tap on any of them and I cannot seem to find a way to get them to display. Is anyone else having this issue, or had it and resolved it?Thanks for any help.

No change in devices but no longer see Atmos in Now Playing on the Sonos app. I can get Multichannel PCM but no Atmos. My Apple TV 4K device used to see a separate Living Area set of speakers as an audio choice. Now I only see the Apple TV. When I select that option all I get is AirPlay, no Atmos. Apple told me to contact Sonos. Sonos chat support no help. Recommendations?

I have a playbar with optical out only port only. How do I connect this to an old projector that only has HDMI ports?The HDMI switchers I see don’t seem to have optical ports?  

I would like to set up two era 100s with an era300

After two calls and several hours on the phone with Sonos, I cannot connect the library to Sonos S1. Sometimes Sonos doesn’t find the existing system and posts a firewall problem. There is no firewall.I have made Music folders shareable, granted Sonos full disk access, and rebooted everything.Has anyone found the magic settings to make the system work? If so, please share.
