Apple officially released Spatial Audio support to third parties for airplay 2. Does the Sonos team have a plan to implement this feature and if so what is the rough timeline for this? I love the sound of Spatial Audio on my pair of era 300s but don’t enjoy having to use the app to do so. I’m prepared to take them back and wait until this feature works with airplay 2. I don’t want to have to though, so a fast follow for this feature would be a high priority for me.

Recently I'm planning to buy a nas to stream my music library with my Sonos system. Is it gonna be possible with the Ugreen DXP2800? I'm not planning to buy a plex premium account, I just would like to use the nas as a streaming media center. Do you think it's gonna work flawless? Thanks

When trying to install Google assistant on my new sonos arc I select the installation but after selecting open assistant the spinning wheel just keeps going. Try again comes up but Judy the same thing happens  I am so over all the issue with sonos. Very disappointing

Over the last few days, when I have tried to play music, a message pops up on the app, saying that it’s unable to play music because the account is being used at another location.I have never had my speakers out of the house. My wife is the only other person using the app that is connected to my speakers. There have been no changes to speakers. No changes to Wi-Fi. No changes to the YouTubeMusic account which I stream most of my music from.  What do I need to do to be able to listen to music again?I can still listen to YouTube music on other devices, so I can’t believe the problem is with YouTube.

En écoutant Apple Music via Sonos, je perds les fonctionnalités des paroles normalement disponibles sur l’appli Apple Music.   comment faire pour les activer ?

I have a Play Bar, play 1 surround sound and gen 2 sub connected on wifi, using Apple TV and Sony TV on Dolby 5.1. Since the app incident, my sub has simply stopped any output. I can see it’s connected to the Play Bar in the system but there’s no bass, vibration, sound. I’ve spent time chatting with Sonos and sent all my diagnostics, but to no avail. Has anyone else had this issue?

I yesterday updated as recommended the link for Android 12 and updated my Sonos Era 100 speakers.  The updates stopped them from playing the raadio stations.  Alexa responds when I ask it to play for example BBC Radio 2 but then nothing.  Previously I could ask Alexa to play various radio stations with no problems.  My speakers are only 6mth old.Any suggestions on how to fix this.  When I bought the speakers I didn't have to set up skills to play the radio stations but now I keep being prompted to set them up..I only want to listen to various stations

why cant hey sonos find BBC radio stations

Is a SONOS Connect Amp serial 1603 a Gen 2? I am pretty sure Gen 2 starts after June 2015 so March 2016 should be 99% Gen 2 right?

Hi, I would like to stream music from my Mac computer directly to one of several sonos speakers that I would like to purchase.  I’m thinking about purchasing a port-Network Audio Streamer that will connected directly to my computer and play what I want without relying on some paid streaming service.  More importantly, I don’t want to a phone or phone app to control anything.  I wish to have my computer directly control my sonos speakers.  I understand to control the equalization of sound (bass/treble) you have to use a phone app which is fine and hopefully that’s a one time setup, however if I want to play music, I don’t want my phone to control anything. I do not want to walk over to the other room where my phone is to play music, stop the music etc…  or, If my 4G network is down, broken, or if I lost, or temporarily misplaced my phone somewhere, it would render my system useless for days.Would I be able to stream and control my music directly from my computer?

I was eating when I decided to turn off my sonos ace and when I turned them back on you would only hear on the right side however the noise cancellation and the left side buttons work perfectly as I try to restart and reset them but nothing works.

Hi,Does anybody knows when it will be posible to pair two Sonos Ace with Sonos ARC?  Regards.

I have a Sonos Beam and two Sonos ones for our TV, the Ones only kick in when music is playing.  How do I get the ones to play all sounds?

Hi, thanks in advance for any help or suggestions. I have been using HiFi Cast for more than a year with no issues at all. It was able to play to Sonos media renderer and all of my Sonos speakers played perfectly. It seems that in the last few weeks (not sure exactly when) that something changed. Now HiFi Cast will only play to one room at a time. Here is the odd behavior that I can't seem to get past. In HiFi Cast if I go under connected devices it displays all of my Sonos speakers, but only one speaker can be selected at a time. If I try to select something different it exits the connected devices screen and kicks me back out. If I then return to connected devices screen it will have made the change, but again just the one room is selected. I am unable to open the settings for each connected device although I see the gear icon beside each Sonos room.I have the following rooms in Sonos: Arc Group which has the Arc, a pair of Sub 3 and a pair of Fives.I have another room called Sides wh

Is there a way that you can set the sub audio settings to a preference for Music or TV input? Ideally I would have the sub set at 0 while watching TV/Movies and when swapping over to music the sub setting automatically adjusts to 3 as a set setting instead of having to go into the app, settings and changing manually.

I am trying to set up new amp to existing system and when I get to the prompt to push the “press the button on the sonos amp with the flashing light” and it shows picture of join button on rear of amp.I push this button and nothing happens. Is there a solution for this? I have tried all the advice on support. Thanks

Hi, my system comprises a Panasonic 55” 4k tv, Sky Q 2TB, Sonos sound system (Beam , Sub and 2 Play 1 as rear speakers), I also have a QNAP NAS that is linked to my Nvidia Shield Pro and have a major issue changing between Hdmi 1 (SkyQ) and Hdmi 3 (Nvidia Shield) as all my sound disappears and the only way I can get the sound back is to switch everything off at the wall and then turn it back on again, there must be an easier way to do this but have tried so many ‘solutions’ that I am doing my head in.Cheers

What is the best level of sound for the rear era 100’s for surround sound?

For the past month or so my Sonos Arc has been dropping out periodically while watching television.  I believe it is rebooting itself based on the white pulsing status light.  I have tried quite a few troubleshooting steps but have not been able to solve the problem.  It is occurring approximately every 45 - 60 minutes.  Using Sonos ARC, Sonos Sub Gen3, Vizio P75 television and AppleTV 4k.  So far I have tried the following.Factory reset of soundbar Two different new HDMI calbes Plugging soundbar into different power outlet Changing CEC setting on Vizio television to ARC Only Rebooted Apple TVAny other recommendations?

Hello, I tried looking for conversation that would help me place my ERA 300 for surround sound.  I recently purchased a large package with the ERA 300’s as the surrounds.  Where I will place them is in a big open room in which I can not place them at eye level behind the sofa.   I have been directed by my significant other that she will not allow any stands behind the listining area and no movement of furniture.  I have attached pictures of place areas on the wall where she is ok with having having them.  They would be 8 feet high, with close to 3 feet above the speaker on the first ceiling shelf only getting higher from there.  They would be close to 2 feet behind the listening area.  I was going to order the angled wall mounts that can angle down to around 30 degrees and to the side 5 degrees.  Do you all think this would be acceptable placement with my limitations.  Any advice welcome that could help me with placement without upsetting the gf.

Hola, en Colombia donde encuentro servicio técnico para Sonos?, barra Beam2 no enciende

Factory reset both units….either unit sets up first all ok .Second unit goes through the process all ok until it tries to connect to the router via temporary wifi facility ..It sees and I can select the correct router ID but on proceeding it’s says the password is incorrect …even though it was correct for the first unit ..that’s it, back to square one !!!

I recently purchased a Sony K50S30 and a Sonos Gen2 beam.  Both were installed by a 3rd party from Best Buy.   The issue is that every time I turn the tv back on the sound is coming from the tv speakers.   I can disconnect the eARC/ARC and make the beam work that way or I can press the power button on the tv remote and do a restart or I can unplug tv and beam,  disconnect everything connected to tv, plug tv and beam back in then go to the Sonos App and select TV setup and follow those instructions and then it works.   All this just seems wrong for equipment I have only had for 2 weeks.   Any help would be greatly appreciated.
