I was eating when I decided to turn off my sonos ace and when I turned them back on you would only hear on the right side however the noise cancellation and the left side buttons work perfectly as I try to restart and reset them but nothing works.

Try a reboot. Don’t Factory Reset without without further consult.
As it’s under warranty I would call Sonos support. Maybe they can see a technical fault in a diagnostic. If they can’t solve the issue you probably will get a replacement device.
I’m probably too late to this conversation…but if you had “head tracking” engaged I would have tried turning it off and re-engaging it (if needed) once sound could be heard on both sides. Of course the above assumes you were watching a movie.
