Hi my wife has just bought me 2 Sonos ones and a Sonos move 2 please could you tell me how to connect them to my Samsung sound bar and bass box I’m getting conflicting info some say connect yet can’t find and some say bridge and some say don’t ever use bridge.any help would be gratefully appreciated 

On my iPhone 15 Pro, in My System Settings I have no control of anything in there. It’s telling me to sign out and sign back in to have access to my system settings. It keeps repeating the same messages. Even when I go to Manage it won’t let me sign in. But on my iPad I can sign in and go into my settings. I made sure both my iPhone and S2 app were updated to the latest version. I deleted and reinstalled the Sonos app on the phone. The messages says… “Sonos” Wants to use “Sonos.com” to sign you in. This allows the app and website to share information about you. I hit continue and sign in…. Next message says Sign in as the System Owner, To manage these settings, sign out and sign back in as the owner of this system. It’s on repeat. It won’t let me sign in on my iPhone. Is this part of the update from many months ago. The crazy ass updates that messed everything up? Hi all. I have a projector that I want to connect to my Sonos wall speakers (no bluetooth). My setup is firestick to hdmi extractor --> 3.5mm jack --> Sonos connect (stereo input) --> symfonisk speakers. The sound is in sync with the picture when it works. But it is very jittery, like it doesn't buffer enough to keep up with the picture. Looking for community suggestions to try to fix this as it is ruining the whole cinema experience I was going for!I didn't go for a soundbar because the projector screen is in front of a floor to ceiling window (i.e. it comes down from the ceiling when in use) and so a soundbar would be in the way, or or the ceiling giving a strange sound vibe. This seems to mean no arc?Thanks 

My system exists of a beam gen1 and sub gen 1 in the living room and 1 one in the kitchen.I wanted to connect my old cd-player or recordplayer to my system. I managed to get my hands on a second hand sonos connect gen2.I installed the connect to my system. Updated it etc.I can see a “line-IN” option in my homescreen in the S2 app under sources. When i select this Line-IN, i get another screen which shows the connect. After that nothing happens. On my test setup, met old cd-player is connected to the IN ports red and white.I tested the cd-player with a receiver to make sure there was signal coming out of the cd-player,

I’ve inherited a Sonos system in a new(old) house and trying to get it to work. I have managed to get the amp working with speakers in two rooms but having no luck setting up a surround sound system in my tv room. The playbar connects ok to the tv and I have sound from it. However, the two Play 1’s in the TV room (different room from where I’m using the amp and other speakers) won’t work and I’m getting the message - Connection - ‘An Ethernet cable, wired to your router, is required to allow WiFi to be disabled,’Since my playbar and tv are far removed from the router, this is pretty impracticalWhat am I doing wrong and how do I fix it ? 

Hello. Until recently, I only had a 5GHz wifi and was not activating/using at all the 2.4GHz band in the house for anything (my Sonos Ones and Era are on 5GHz)I acquired a Sonos Ray recently, and this product only connects to 2.4GHz wifi, so I created a new separated SSID on this band just for that.However as I had to add this network in the Sonos app, now all my other speakers decided to use this 2.4GHz band as well.Is there no way to choose which network each product should use ?

I have a connectivity issue that traces to the motherboard. Power supply is functional.  Is there a way to buy a replacement motherboard?

Hey everyone. So I wasn't sure how best to set the sky streams output settings with the Ray? Soundbar only, no surrounds or sub.The output options are dolby digital, pcm, or passthrough. I can't decide what's best as a true stereo representation of the output of sky stream box. Anyone else have one set up? CheersAndy

Has anybody had success using an Arc for TV sound along with a third party Sub and surrounds powered by Amp?  I am having a challenging time integrating the two systems to play at the same time, Sonos app seemingly makes me choose one system or the other to play when watching tv and getting sound from TV’s hdmi Arc —> Sonos Arc. 

Trying to connect new Sub Mini to Beam Gen 2, will not connect. 

Sounds fading in and outI’ve got 5 Sonos AMPs in my home in separate zones.  Some point this year, I believe since the update, one of my amps/zones consistently won’t play music without routinely fading in and out (to silence).  It does this approximately every 20-30 seconds and lasts about 2 seconds. All amps are hard connected to LAN via ethernet from a Ethernet switch. It is the same amp every time.  If I play it alone or in a group, it will do this. I have powered on and off the entire AV system starting at modem, router and amps. This occurs with AirPlay or streaming through app. Any ideas what this could be coming from?   I am hoping it isn’t an amp issue as it worked perfectly fine for several years previously. 

It is clear from searching Airplay on this support page and Google that something has happened to multiple users to stop Airplay from working seamlessly with Sonos products.  I play music to my Sonos Era 100s and 300 once or twice per month via airplay but tonight it is not working.  I tried resetting all devices per other posts and factory resetting etc….  Best case scenario it will play a song for like three 3 minutes and then drop and not play further until I reset everything again.  This used to be seamless.  I dont have further time to troubleshoot this but somebody either at Apple or Sonos has dropped the ball here.  If its Sonos please fix asap.  If I cant get this stuff to work next time I need to play music I am just going to ditch all my Sonos products and switch to Bose which is shame because I thought the Sonos sounded better than Bose.  But Sonos is useless if the Airplay wont work. Reddit has some threads on this too - here is onehttps://www.reddit.com/r/sonos/comments/1g

Hello all, I got a new sonos beam for Christmas and I love it!  When I connect it to my Yaber K2s projector it plays great.  The only problem is the projector only has one HDMI output, and I am looking to use the sound bar when playing Xbox or streaming something on my Google Chromecast.  I bought an Orei UHDS-402A matrix switch (here's the Amazon link for the one I purchased) and while the video plays through perfectly the sound plays through the built in speakers of my projector, and doesn't output through the Beam like I believe I have set up correctly.  My setup is as follows: Inputs: Google Chromecast, Xbox one HDMIOutputs: beam, projector I've also tried hooking up the beam with the optical, but that hasn't worked either. Any help on this would be appreciated!!

There seems to be a new problem that was recently introduced where music is streamed on an Amazon Echo Show instead of on Sonos speakers when Alexa is asked to play music. Because of the ducking problem which lasted 12-15 seconds for all of my 10 Sonos devices, I was advised to create multiple Alexa groups and add specific echo devices to each group along with specific Sonos devices as speakers. This fixed the problem with the 12-15 second ducking occurring for all of my 10 Sonos devices and instead occurring for just the Sonos devices that are in the same group as Echo device that heard the command to play music. Everything worked pretty well until a new problem started occurring in the past couple of weeks. Now, the music I ask Alexa to stream is played on one of my Echo Shows and not on my Sonos speakers. I have not changed a thing. For each Alexa group I have one or more echo devices and one or more Sonos speakers.  How do I get the correct behavior back? 

I’m having trouble connecting my Sub Mini to my Beam. Everything was working fine before I left town for a few days, but when I returned, the Sub Mini wouldn’t connect at all.I’ve already tried unplugging and plugging it back in, rebooting my WiFi, and factory resetting the Sub Mini. I was able to add it back to the system, and it briefly let me adjust the audio settings, but then it disappeared again and showed as “Sub Mini is not connected.”The status light is on and solid. I even tried connecting the Sub Mini directly to the Ethernet, but still no luck.Has anyone else experienced this issue or found a solution?

Sonos app keeps not recognizing my wifi network and wants me to update all my products.  There is only one SSIS in my house

Hi everyone,I was looking for a related issue here but couldn’t find anything.I recently purchased a Sonos Beam Gen. 2 and a Sonos Sub Mini, which I wanted to connect to my TV.After setting up the Beam Gen. 2, I added the Sub Mini, and everything worked perfectly fine in terms of sound quality. I received a deep, very rich bass and was super impressed.However, after unplugging the Sub to do some cable management and then reconnecting it, the Sub failed to deliver the strong bass it had just 10 minutes earlier. I could barely notice a difference in sound whether the Sub was on or off when playing music through the Beam. I tested with Techno and Rock via Spotify over WiFi, so there should have been plenty of bass. Additionally, I tried it with my PS5 and the actual TV, which is connected to the Beam via eARC.The Sub is technically working, as I can hear a very faint bass if I put my ear right next to it.My Sub Mini is positioned in the corner of a 20 sqm room, with about 20 cm of space f

I realise everyone hates the app and the Sonos team are obviously having a total nightmare managing the situation, and I’ve tried to resist piling on, and have bought multiple 3rd party apps and tried workarounds, but I’ve really just had enough of trying to use this system and really want to chuck it all in the bin.  The UX on this app is just so appalling in every way. It’s SO slow and laggy. Sometimes you can make it start okay, others you can’t. You want a tune. You want the 6 o clock news at 6. But it just does nothing. You wait. 30 seconds… and then. . . You just give up and use your phone speaker! Sometimes the volume works, other times it doesn’t. It’s so unintuitive as to which room is active. Why can’t I see the actual radio stations I want in a list on the home page? Why is there no hierarchy among the favourites? Why do none of the playlists work? Why do you prioritise the junk Sonos streams as if they’re real stations? Why can’t I manually control the viewing order of stat

My sonos arc routinely will drop sinal/sound. When watching TV, it will routinely drop the sound and go silent. After a few seconds of silence, my TV then reverts back to TV sound while the Sonos arc will flash white and then reboot itself and eventually return. The whole process takes about a min to reboot and is very annoying when watching a show with dialogue or a game. When I pair the arc with my Move to listen to music, it will routinely unpair and leave the move as the only device playing or derail the whole system, shut the music off and make me go back into the app to restart the music. Doubly annoying when I’m listening to a playlist and essentially have to reshuffle. Any help would be greatly appreciated. There have been no network changes since I installed this about a year ago.

I have a Playbar on Wifi in a room with speakers mounted to the wall. Those speakers are connected to an AMP (not Connect:AMP) in another room across the house. I want those speakers to act as a surround to my Playbar.The playbar works just fine on wifi. I have also installed the AMP on WiFi and can play music through those speakers just fine as standalone. However, when I then go into the Playbar and try to "Add Surrounds", the AMP gets kicked off WiFi and doesn't reconnectg. The 'add surround' process seems to go without any errors popping up. But afterwards, I can see that the old standalone AMP is still on the "System Settings" page with a status of disconnected. The Playbar shows that it has surrounds, but those surrounds are listed as missing. Nothing plays on the AMP speakers. I have to factory reset the AMP, then can reconnect, but have tried this sequence a few times with no different outcome. Bonjour, J'ai dans mon salon, 2 play 1, 1 play bar et 1 sub, lorsque j'écoute de la musique, il arrive que le son se coupe un court instant et revienne,  ça le fait plusieurs fois, phénomène que je n'ai pas avec le son de la TV.Ma maison est équipé dans toutes les pièces d'enceintes sonos et je n'ai pas ce soucis sur celles-ci. J'ai déjà changé de routeur et j'ai toujours le même problème Une aide svp.Merci. 

Speakers work fine from tv. It’s not showing up in the app. But everything works. 

I've just bought a Beam, a Sub Mini and two Era 100s. The two Era 100s are configured as the Beam's surround and it works fine. But I also want to listen to music only on the Era 100s in stereo (without using the Beam). No matter how hard I look, I can't find a way to create a second configuration that allows me to do this. Do I need to create a second room in the application? Or should I link the two Era 100s in Bluethooth? I'm at a loss.   Thanks for your help.

I have a pair of Sonos ERA 300 speakers, they are grouped, and I have a turntable connected to one of the speakers using the Sonos adapter (USB-C/Jack). However, the sound from the turntable only plays on one speaker. Is this normal?
