Can't add Sonos Voice Control into Era 100, but Alexa works well.

Odd. I’m aware that Google has a restriction to be the only available voice control, but I didn’t think that included Amazon / Sonos Voice control.

The first thing I’d do is reboot both the Era 100 and the router. Probably worth closing the Sonos controller on your device, to, and reopening it. Oh, and double check for updates, too.

But, if after all that, it still doesn’t work, I would call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
