Not enough information here to help, unfortunately. What ‘bookshelf’ speaker are you having trouble with? Do you have other speakers on your account? Are you using S1 or S2 to control your system? What error are you getting, and when do you get it? Are you certain you’re using the correct ‘account’ email to add your speaker? Have you called Sonos Support to discuss it?
